Nice Walgreens i got my covid19 vaccine shot at this location, very nice service and didnt feel the shot the lady was so smooth 👍🏽👌🏽💉💦

I thought the pharmacy was very professional and efficient in handling my prescription needs. I thought the store itself was clean and neat with the exception of the mens room which was absolutely disgusting and filthy. I also noticed that there was no sanitizing in between customers. But then again I find that in a lot of businesses where they dont do appropriate sanitizing in between customers.

This Walgreens is the worse and the slowest. Theres a line and no one is helping the customers. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to find out they allowed someone to sit in the line while they wait instead of circling around so other people can be helped. I just had knee surgery and to go park and get out my car. Theyre faces look like they dont want to be there. Ive been at this location all my life and this is just horrible. Please do something.

Always had a good experience there. Staff is friendly and always greet me. Product is well stocked. Everything is fine. Its basically a normal Walgreens.

Nearly every time Ive used this walgreens the staff is so dang rude. Im not asking for much. Once I went through the drive thru, the pharmacist didnt say a word. Not a big deal, but it adds up. Twice Ive filled my rxs and have had inappropriate comments made about them. (Not medical advice) Amongst other weird rude behavior. Ive worked lots of customer service and this place by far has some of the worst.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Customer service in non-existent.

I dont know why theyre such negative reviews here Ive never had a bad experience at this Walgreens. The pharmaceutical staff is awesome and is always very helpful. The cashiers are always friendly. Its my go-to Walgreens

4 for 4 candy deals, wonderful customer service, flexible and reasonable hours. What more can you ask for? Having stores like these we can take for granted but we appreciate our local walgreens. Thank you.

Great prices on booze and good selection although fairly limited. they’ve got the basics. also, being a member is worth it for the deals

3 trips to the pharmacy and still don’t have Rx1. Drive up window tied up with shoppers parked at the drivethru getting general store products processed at the Drivethru, waited 17 minutes and left.2. Counter staff started to process my Rx pickup and got distracted with another task left after waiting 5 minutes.3. Inside at the counter, staff couldn’t locate Rx left after wait’n 5 minutes.It would be easier to transfer Rx’s to CVS maybe they’ll find and process the order for Walgreens.

The staff was very kind however they told me that my photo pick up time would be 9:06pm. I only had 9 images in the smallest size of 4x6. When I arrived at 9:24pm they hadn’t bothered to even print the pictures yet. Just a bit disappointed but again, the staff was helpful.

Incredibly RUDE staff !! Will try my best to never walk in that store again. Was basically told to go somewhere else to shop because I oppose entering my drivers license data into the register for cigs and after spending a large sum of money. The employee needs some training. They have no customer service skills.

Rude and not willing to help customers

Their online ordering is terrible. They send you notice when a reorder is due. Then they don’t have it In stock. They seem to think it is acceptable to force you to make multiple trips for one prescription. I have seven prescriptions to fill. Two or more trips for each one means you are driving to the pharmacy everyday.

The staff named Laskisha is a worst server. She is rude and not friendly at all. I came to store and picked up photo, she didnt give me to my hand and say anything nice but slided it on the table to me. She did it twice when we checked out in the front. Really walgreen? I have been here for a while but never seen the rude staff like her. Im very disapointed.

Extremely rude staff. We paid for a Rx online so we swung through the drive thru to pick it up. Technician tells me to come inside so he can scan the receipt on my phone.I asked if I could just give him the phone to scan from the drive thru...apparently he was too lazy to pick up the scanner gun right in front of him to scan the receipt. What is the point of a drive thru pharmacy if you cant use the damn thing. His tone was very condescending. Not a way to treat your customers.

Horrible. My insurance changed so I switched back to Walgreens after a couple of years away.All too quickly I remembered why I switched. MONTH AFTER MONTH Walgreens continues to get my prescriptions wrong. They do this in a variety or new exciting ways, rarely the same way twice. One month they have only half my pills, so I have to come back (their fault) but I am one day late so they put my prescription “back”. The next month, my phone number was deleted from my account magically so all my auto-refills were cancelled. And on and on.It’s quite creative how many ways these ignorant, imbecilic pharmacy employees manage to screw up 2 prescriptions I need monthly, exactly the same every month. After 16 months of consistent incompetence, I am switching to Publix pharmacy because I literally get angry just driving to Walgreens now in preparation of the BS they NEVER FAIL to put me through.I’ve even switched Walgreens within this town to (hopefully) have less problems and IT DIDN’T WORK. This place is a sh!tsh0w, if you’re a manager of a pharmacy at Walgreens- I want you to know I think you are really bad at hiring & doing any kind of work. Please fire everyone including yourself and start over.

The pharmacy is awful....they lose your prescriptions, the folks at check out don’t know to use the system and they are seriously understaffed. Plus the store is dirty...,moving all my business elsewhere!

I consistently have issues with the pharmacy at this location. They never have the meds I refill every month and you really have to beg to get them to make the effort to call around to other locations, if they’ll do it at all. Today was the worst though, because the tech read my prescription wrong and said it was too soon to refill. I tried to tell her I only had one pill left and that it couldn’t be true. The date she kept referring to was the date of another prescription of mine. Instead of listening to me she suggested I had lost some of my medication. Sure enough, when I got home and checked the fill date on my bottle from the previous month was NOT the date she said it was and it was within the period to be refilled. So not only did I not get help with my prescription, which I needed for the next morning, I also spent the day thinking I was insane.

I really Despise this Walgreens. When Ive tried to talk to the tech about my prescription (a lower strength), she was completely full of attitude and said, We dont sell that here!. I asked if it could be ordered and she acted as if I was an idiot saying, I said we dont sell it!! Upon asking about another product (otc), she told me to find another pharmacy.I dont go to this Walgreens and I am completely disappointed with the way I was treated.

Gerard at western union is awesome. So is the pharmacy dept. Im from jacksonville. Never been treated so nice before. This is my store.

I have walked out of this place twice empty handed, due to lack of assistance. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dropped a prescription off, lady said would be done in and hour!! I was like wow and hour ok whatev!! I go wash my truck vacuum it and come back in 73 min walk up to counter and she said its almost done, should be finished info 20 min! I said you told me an hour when I dropped it off almost 1.5 hours ago! Now your saying 20 min more.... so I sat there and 5 times she said 2 min will be ready4-18-2019 EditAgain come to this facility to try to get a prescription filled yesterday its at here for 4 hours and didnt get filled come here today to get another prescription filled Interlake well we have to call the doctor cuz we dont understand whats going on but it probably wont be ready today you could call the doctor yesterday I dont understand what the deal is with this facility filling prescriptions please Walgreens check it out Im not asking for much just my medication

Was told by cashier I broke line when there was only one person in that line. The line at the middle cash register was long. I looked at them to see if anybody wanted to move up to the line I was about to get in. Nobody moved. Cashier told me I broke, I said no I didnt. About that time another lady walked up and said she was waiting for the next available cashier. I said you were in the other line, so I got in this one. Cashier actually tried to get a fight out if me and he almost got it. They said nothing to me when I walked in, but the next lady they said welcome to Walgreens. They are very racist there. I will never step foot back in that store. I talked to the shift leader, he said he would take care of it. I ask if the credit card machine was working, he said he didnt know. He is a cashier. I will be calling corporate.

Customer service was ok. Clean.

My favorite store for the little things O need and snacks. There is always a Walgreens nearby!

Im glad that they moved here. Bigger place with more options.

Store manager Beth is inconsiderate. I will not return. Stay away if possible.
