I went to get a Wallflower fragrance for the Turtle Plug In I have. I had a great one but it was used up. So I got in the harvest mood and got Pumpkin Apple. Its smells so delicious!! Salels girl was really nice and sweet. I need to get more wallflower holders soon!!

This store has the best sales team. I hadnt been in this particular store in around 2 years as I had moved to South Florida. Almost the second I walked in I was greeted by Mo, who not only remembered me personally, but also remembered the scent I ALWAYS buy!

During Pandemic. Open. Good sales. Scary with almost no one wearing masks. Lines maxed out to buy. One clerk at counter had her mask basically as a chin strap. I will be ordering online til people mask up.

Love this place! Associates were extremely helpful. One lady noticed I kept going back to a certain table. She noticed that I had three items already and told me to get the other two because they were buy 3 get 2 free!!

Bath and body work just need some more help there they just be so business until they have to let 5 are 6 ppl in a one time I think any one spend over 50 60 are 70 bucks should be able toget something free at least ones a month yall can do a lil better then yall are doing to nie

Been here a few times so far. The smells and aromas are out of this world. They mainly cater to women, which makes sense, but they have some of the best stuff for guys in there. Ive found my new favorite cologne!The prices can be a bit steep when you want to buy a lot, but its not TOO bad if you compare it to other brands of smell good items. They also have deals often and can send coupons and what not.The staff is very very friendly, but sometimes it can get annoying when 4 people ask you the same thing a few minutes after each other, nothing serious though, I just smile and say thank you and keep moving.I definitely will come back and get more stuff to keep smelling fresh!

I love coming to shop here, I went to charleys and ran into this young lady that helped me out she said her name is Ms.Naiya. I came one night with my mom and was looking for Forever Red and my mom all time favorite Cherry Blossom but I was told Forever Red is a seasonal fragrance and they only had the best sellers plus fall fragrances in. Ms. Naiya had introduced me into Dahlia along with other fragrances. Spending way over my budget because of this young lady showing me some new things. I talked with the manager that was working they call her Jess and brought it to her attention on how great the young lady who was up front selling was and how she is so helpful and very sweet from my understanding I was told she was new but she came off as if shes been working there forever. I look forward to coming in and getting more items and asking for this young lady help.

My (online and in store) purchases with Bath and Body Works were made so easy! I found all the scents I was looking for and more. The descriptions of the products (online), for scents I had never smelled before, helped me pick out new items to try that I have quickly fell in love with. I could not be more pleased with not only how easy the online shopping experience was, but also the friendly staff at the store near me. I decided to make a run and pick up a few items that I just had to have right away and not only was every staff member just as professional, friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to an amazing employee Moe that helped me find everything I had on my list. I was in and out in no time and beyond satisfied with the entire experience!

Worst customers service of all 🚫 The Store Manager (Female) 🐷 was rudely stuck-up didnt really bother to look at me nor helped me for that matter. Unfortunately, she & the other ladies 👥 that work there catered to Males customers instead of Females customers. Unfair treatment from them. I have left the store with empty handed 🤷‍♀️

I recently made an in store purchase and wanted to exchange a few items (3 lotions for 2 soaps and a lotion), all of which were the same price. I was told by the cashier that I would have to pay an additional 6.25 per soap because of a buy 3 get 3 promotional discount that was applied to my purchase, and that what I desired to do was not an equivalent exchange!?!?! I tried explaining to the cashier that what she explained to me was the equivalent of a buy 5 get 1 free promotion and was unfair. My concern was completely disregarded and the employees refused to process my desired exchange. Whether or not this is corporate policy or a misunderstanding of policy by employees, customers should not have to pay more to exchanges of items of the same price.

Great deals! I love the car fragrances and the holders. I got a super cute turtle one with jems in it this time. I am constantly getting brags about the look and smell of this little turtle. The staff was also super helpful as ever.

My daughter and I absolutely love the store. Mo was very helpful. She even found a candle(Wine Cellar) that I have been looking for for a while. Sadly there was only one left. They are currently out of two popular mens colognes, Teakwood and Graphite, but we will be back. Thanks Mo!!

This store is packed and I mean packed with scented lotions, body wash, perfume, and drop in your purse items than just about any store I have ever been in. I was there to find a hair and body wash I had been given as a gift. The staff were helpful and they knew their products. Im dropping it one star due to the cluster at the checkout area. I would like to see a better way to get people checked out and out of the way. Go there for their selection and sales. I didnt need it, but the sale was buy 2 get 1 or buy 3 and get 2. The savings in my case would have been 13.50 or 27.00. A pretty nice savings. Jeremy Shaw

This is the last Bath & Body Works left in Tallahassee! As usual great customer service I should actually say wonderful customer service! They are always friendly and willing to help you find exactly what you need. And the store is so well kept it is impossible to not want to shop in there.

Great products... I wish I could get more of the of perfume. But I see myself buying $65 of 4 perfumes.Update ... End of season sells are crazy... signup so you can get coupons to your address... not emails. You get FREE stuff. Awesome products. They educate on the products. Be careful I got 100s of bath body products for low prices... I really don’t need to buy any for the next 3 years. Dec sell I got 28 items for $45. Way better then last year...

Wonderful, as always. Had to be patient because it was packed. But they have beyond exceptional customer service. They treat you like a golden nugget or like a doctors patient. They work hard to contribute to your needs. I bought a Eucalyptus Mint lotion to help me focus in class because, college. The plus-size black lady was amazing in helping me. Not to mention, she also used the products herself so that was a Plus Plus. Thanks so much for the service Bath and Body. You always fail to disappoint me. 👼💖

Like the store and some of the product but I think prices are too high and there was not anyone who worked there who cares about the customers, as I was completely ignored only because one of the employee was too busy visiting with someone who was obviously a friend or someone they knew.

It was the semi-annual sale and the place was packed with fragrance lovers from near and far. I particularly enjoy Beautiful Day; however their new mens line has a scent that is undeniable. I love the Noir for men and that Backwoods. I think that this company is going to be around for a while. Also, the smells keep getting better. I miss the original sweet pea tho. Wish they would bring it back.

Located on the second floor, next to New York & Co. and Torrid, near the entrance where Buca di Beppo used to be. Nice store, with overpriced products. Why spend $13.50 there, when you can spend $5 elsewhere and smell just as nice? I only shop there during the Semi-Annual sale and never fall for the B3G-Whatever promotions. Like I said, nice store...to purchase something as a gift, but pricey for everyday use.

BBW on its own is fantastic. Im doing this review because I received the best customer service Ive ever experienced at any store. Chastity knows her store & products. She took the time to really get what I like in a scent & even went out of her way to provide me with materials to help ship my items for my upcoming move. She made me feel like a VIP! After being a customer for over half my life I darn well should be LOL! She appreciated even my knowledge of their products & this seemed to help motivate her even more than she already was to make sure I got what I was looking for. Ive never witnessed a customer service rep run around the store consistently for my entire visit, while helping others, to please me or meet my needs. You can tell she loves what she does & is one smart cookie. Girl knows her s***!😉

Awesome place to shop or work for that matter. Plenty of fragrances so theres definitely something for everyone -- including men and home fragrance! Employees are always friendly and Im not just saying that because Ive worked with them lol. Like any place there are draw backs; therefore, when shopping I suggest to have your coupon ready from your email because there isnt much signal in the mall. I recommend screenshots if you want a speedier check out.Nobody beats BBW hands down and I cant wait to return.

Bath & Body works is found in the Tallahassee Govern Square Mall on the 2nd floor. They always have sales going on coupons in the mail if you are on the membership. Friendly staff and always willing to help you find the perfect scent for you or someone special.

Always a good place to go for Lotions, body wash etc. White Barn is connected to it and has candles, air fresheners etc. Lots of deals for quantity purchases; but they can sometimes be confusing. Post holiday clearance up to 75% off!
