Best experience Ive ever had at any beauty store. Was helped out the second I walked through the door, and the sale didnt feel like it was to just make a sale. She took all of my concerns into consideration and help me choose the products I wanted carefully and without bias. Best Sally Beauty to go to in the area.

Do NOT shop at this sallys location.Upon arrival to pick up a product I called in for, one of their workers with emerald green hair was rushing out the door and smacked me in the face with the door, like she didn’t even notice me coming in. Due to the glare on the windows I couldn’t see inside, but walking out of the store she should’ve seen me. She said “welcome” and turned around and walked out to her car with no apologies for remorse for what she did.When I came inside, with a headache, I got to purchase my items and the manager was very rude and talked to me like i wasn’t comprehending the prices from professional verse the 30% off sale on my items.Very rude and upsetting day at Sally Beauty in village sq. This store has always had terrible employees and managers. I’ve never had helpful service and they just want to steal your money. Don’t waste your time. I will be driving across town to get my items. I will NEVER return here or recommend anyone coming to this location.

I had a good experience there. I was well attended to and the products I bought worked well for me. I was on a budget and they understood. Ill be back. I was treated very politely as well.

Consistently rude and ignorant staff. Recommend damaging hair product then wouldnt honor love it or return it policy with a recent receipt.I dont know where customer service went at this location or who hired these staff, but it is sure disappointing. after multiple negative encounters involving bad attitude with returns, being followed around the store like I was going to shoplift, and being scolded by a young employee for merely picking up an item to look at it, I felt compelled to warn others and write my first negative review ever. Please hire kind, customer oriented individuals so I can enjoy shopping at sallys again.

Sales staff do not have much knowledge on items they sell. I had to call the manufacturer while in the store to get assistance on guard sizes for clippers. The young lady at the cash register had no clue and was not worried about helping me.

Very clean store, well organized, its a smaller Sallys, but in a nice plaza, super nice and courteous staff. Busy parkig lot, but easy to park, accessible.

I just came from the Sallys on Thomasville road( Dont go there!) I bought some hair color stuff and a smooth serum.I wasnt pleased with the results and I went today to return the items. The color was put on a Sallys card which I understand it was used. But the serum wasnt used or opened and the girl(Donita) she has two big puffs she called the manager and told her it was opened which it wasnt. Then put that amount on the card too.If yoy live in the Tallahassee area just avoid Sallys on 1400 Village Square BLVDGrabage!

The green haired girl working in the evening was very nice, however the black girl working with her her was rude as hell to me and treated me like I was going to do something wrong in the store to the point I put my things back and left without purchasing. I won’t return to this location.
