This store is extremely overpriced. I got 6 packs of hair and spent like $80. I went to a different store because they didnt have all the hair I needed, and I got THE SAME EXACT HAIR for $40. When I called and asked if I could get a refund, less than 24 hrs later, I was told no they only offer store credit. I didnt pay with store credit why would I accept that as a refund. No.

So today was my first time visiting and I am in love this is a A1 Beauty Store I left with three lace fried wigs at a very good price they have top-notch quality for a very reasonable price I will admit even though Ive been a cosmetologist for 13 years Ive only been getting into hair pieces and extensions the last three years and by far this place is the best for your buck Ive seen some other stores advertising their lace front units the lace front units at this location are so amazing they melt right in so realistic I give it a five-star I cannot Rave enough about how happy I am with my new favorite Beauty Store I will be going there at least twice a month and the gag is I dont even have a client looking for anything right now I went and spent money just to play around with these and spoil my 10 year old niece I highly recommend you check this place out they have everything and anything you need

Good hair gel selection even for a man

Upon arrival, I did not see any employees. When one finally came from the back, Im guessing from their storage area or whatnot, I was not acknowledged, so I left. They were listed as a store that was supposed to have what I needed and they had none. So it was a wasted trip...nothing in stock & bad customer service...well employees who are willing to speak and assist.

Great bundles, ask for 10a and up. A little pricey, but worth It for the convenience.I also get my lashes there, and beads for my nieces.My only complaint is lol, there are no Trinidad and Tobago flags 🇹🇹. We’re in tally too, and we’d like flags please .

Cali’s is good if you are a professional stylist you want to spend all your money in one place. I would only go to Cali’s if you know exactly what you need and where it’s at because if you ask for help the associates will up sell the hell out of you.Eve’s beauty supply on the south side is a way better shop, worth the drive over.I will never go to Cali’s again.Explanation as follows...My first experience with Cali’s about a year ago was average. I went to the location on Appalach PWY, and dealt with a man who seemed to be in more of a manager position. After a few awkward conversations he never understood what I needed hair for but got me in the right direction anyways.So fast forward to now, I am in need of more hair to continue the same project. I went to the newer location off of Tennessee st. since it’s close to home.I knew I wasn’t going to find the same exact hair I got last time. I remember from before I got a brand they were no longer going to stock. No big deal I can use almost anything.When I got assistants I asked for the‘cheapest human hair’.That’s all I need.Doesnt matter what I’m doing with it just show me the cheapest and I’ll see if it will work or not.Just cheap, real, and I don’t need a lot.The sales associate started to pull out $160 pack of hair that were only in packs of three bundles. If I started looking at something else she kept forcing my attention back to the large super expensive pack. Saying ‘oh but you can dye it and it wouldn’t matte up and blah blah blah’...I didn’t need all of that. I understand some people might. And that’s awesome but for my project it was way over the top.I could tell the sales associates either didn’t care about what I needed the hair for and just wanted that commission or she didn’t understand why I needed it and never tried to. Just kept pushing the $160 pack.So I walked out and went straight to Eve’s beauty supply and got exactly what I needed for under $50 and without any judge-mental looks.I told the lady at Eve’s what I was using the hair for and she smile said ‘that’s cool’ and got me exactly what I needed, even deterring me from product that we above my skill level. That is a true sales associate and it was awesome. I felt like I could fully trust them to help me get the product I needed without being overwhelmed like I was Cali’s.When I was at Cali’s the atmosphere felt like I was buying a car.Again if you are experienced and looking for high quality, yes Cali’s is your spot.But if your looking for a place that caters to all levels, is warm and understanding of new and unpopular projects then DO NOT go to Cali’sthey will make you feel WORTHLESS.Eve’s made me feel like a queen.

When I went to the register to make my purchase, a black young man with dreads (and light brown eyes) behind the register completely ignored my presence and continued to text on the phone like I didnt exist (Strike 1). A young lady at the other register had to stop fixing a product and check me out. While walking out the door, something caught my eye and I returned to the register to make another purchase. Once again, this young man did not acknowledge my presence, neither verbally nor with eye contact (Strike 2), but he did manage to check me out...seemingly with attitude (Strike 3). Afterwards, I let him know how rude he was. If you cant even speak to paying customers, especially after they have spoken to you, its evident that customer service is not the sector for you. There are far too many hair stores in Tallahassee for a business to be complacent in the service that they provide. I.e.: You just lost at least one customer as a result of this interaction.Edit: I guess I cant be too surprised, though, after seeing the snarky responses to other reviews smh.

The product is very nice, the staff is nice, but the only thing is the music is not appropriate.

Told me you could ONLY try on 3 wigs.... Ive had my hair locked for 3 years. 2nd time EVER wearing a wig. I wouldnt know which style to get in 3 tries when there is LITERALLY a wall of wigs. Fort Lauderdale WOULD NEVER! Wont be purchasing my wig from this overpriced wig emporium. Which doesnt even have U-Part wigs!

I went into Cali’s without a mask on my daughter(13) had on one I literally walked pass two employees (both which DIDN’T have on a mask nor said anything to me about having on one) Once I got to the counter the I asked the gentleman behind the counter for bundle before I could finish my sentence he cut me off asking where was my mask 😷 I then said I didn’t have one they refused me as I walked out a customer walked in without one and they said NOTHING!!!!!OH AND THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS NO KIDS LOL A JOKE
