The customer service here is amazing. The employees that work here are super knowledgeable about products and brands. Very organized and clean as well.

When asking a sales associate if Sephora brand continues to make their coconut water face wipes I was told that “face wipes are terrible for your skin” and was not given any suggestions on what to use. I use Dermalogica products which are not available in the store and felt very unwelcome especially because the sales associate is telling me not to buy a product. She’s not even suggesting another and was very rude. I understand face wipes are bad for your skin if that is the only skin care you’re using. I was looking for this product for a friend and asked why they switched to 99% natural wipes that don’t work as well. The associate did not even move from behind the counter to look for any. Guess I got my answer. Won’t be shopping here.

Experience was ok. They were out of alot of products or inventory was very low. Young lady was very helpful but had to ask for help several times had a hard time color matching. Tried her best very friendly.

I am totally unfamiliar with purchasing make-up items so it was great to receive assistance from very helpful staff. I was able to buy a gift for my mom and she was delighted.

My experience today at Sephora was not very good. The consultant who helped me was very nice but not knowledgeable . She did not really listen to me and what I wanted. She did not seem like she really knew the many different product lines very well. Was a disappointment.

I am increasingly annoyed with the Sephora location. I went in and asked for a product that online it says they have in store. They had it they just hadn’t put it out yet, even though it said they have had it in stock for over a week. I guess after I asked about it they put it out in the store and before I could even go back it sold out. If it had been put out in the first place I could’ve just swatched it and bought it when I came to get it, but instead I asked about it and then it was put out. so other people that came later got to swatch and buy it. With so many employees bothering me while I’m shopping you’d think someone would’ve had time to put those out on the floor instead of letting them sit in the back for over a week. I have also overheard some of them gossiping about customers or other employees which kind of left a negative impression. The store is small enough that voices carry and other customers can hear it.

Gabe went above and beyond to help my friend find exactly what she needs to do and his recommendation was spot on. Although the products were not in stock the service was more than exemplary.

The worst Sephora I have ever been to, rudest management and worst employees ever. They shipped my product to an AC repair shop and have been rude and unhelpful in getting a replacement. This is my first google review. Congrats On being the actual worst Sephora in the country. I am shocked these people got hired

Went here because I found on there website that theyll put on false eyelashes if you buy them here, bought them here and because of coronavirus they dont do it. Find out three days later that theres no reason to pay 15$ for eyelashes they wont even help you put on

I like coming here because everybody is so friendly. They have an amazing selection to choose from. And everybody is so nice any time that we needed anything they were available to assist us with it from hair care to make up I definitely recommend these people to anybody who is looking for help with their makeup and hair care needs. This location I went to was inside of the Governors Square Mall so feel free to shop till you drive and come here for knowledgeable staff.

Super friendly. My 1st visit and I brought my 5-yr-old granddaughter. They didnt mind her trying the testers and telling the customers about the secret drawers under the displays. They didnt have my shade in stock but theyre shipping it to my house for free. Im sold!

Love shopping at Sephora and somebody is always smiling and willing to help in the store. Sometimes you will run into impatient staff that make you feel like you have to pay them to talk to you because their time is precious, but it isnt always the case. Generally, everybody is nice. My only complain is they are out of stock of most of the products i want to buy :(

Im a very frequent shopper at Sephora, both in person and online. This location is usually clean and well-stocked. However, customer service can sometimes be hit or miss. Most of the employees are helpful, but occasionally Ill be completely ignored while Im there, or rarely an employee will give me attitude or clearly not care about what Im saying.For instance, during my last visit there, I asked an employee why an eyeshadow palette I was interested in was no longer stocked in the store. She rolled her eyes and said, do you not know what limited edition means?I dont want this review to sound negative, as the majority of my experiences at this Sephora have been positive. However, these few negative experiences do leave a sour taste in my mouth and make me hesitant to come shop in person rather than do so online. I would advise the managers to focus on customer service training to make sure your customers visits are consistently positive, as I would love for mine to be.

Very disappointed in my experience at this Sephora location. The displays were dirty, no one seemed willing or happy to help, and they were sold out of most of what I was looking for.As a loyal Sephora customer, I will never return to the Tallahassee location. I either order online or wait to go back to my hometown to shop. If you enjoy shopping for makeup, avoid this store at all costs.

One of the worst customer service expiriences i have ever recieved. I came in with $100 in gift cards and cash as i was prepared to overspend, however I ended up leaving with nothing at all. I had to litterally walk up to associates and ask for help. Most of them looked completely bored and bothered when i asked for assistance and were absolutly no help (i asked one associate for help woth foundation she squirted one tester on HER hand that was wayyyy to dark looked at me said yea i think your a 150 and walked away). I work in retail in this same mall the least you could do is smile and take my money but instead i left with a bad additude and $100 in gift cards ill probably never use now.
