Good clean store they just for some reason never have the lights on by the road so unless you live by it you may not know its there

I love the prices but this store always has rolling racks stuffed full with merchandise in most of the aisles. I cant even get through! I wasnt able to purchase all the products I needed because I couldnt get through! This store is like this daily. It was so nice after the redo but is now back to the way it was. Very poor representation for the Dollar Store brand.

You can find cute inexpensive home decor here but you have to be quick.

I have nothing against the store itself. However I had the worst experience here due to some thief stealing my wallet out my buggy.

It is fairly decent. I Think it could be a little bit more tidy, for example I was in search of PJs for my childrens school Christmas party, and I had to search through the clothes on the floor basically. Usually I have pretty decent customer service, but one day the cashier was just having a full conversation on the phone while checking me out. I mean I understand a quick text or something really quick, but she was just doing waaay too much. Of course Ill be back there though!

I have such an awesome experience in the Dollar General store that I visit the most. The managers and the clerks are all very helpful and dont mind when I use my coupons!!

This store needs either a management visit or refresher with its staff. I honestly love dollar stores but this one is never fully stocked. Carts with merch is always in the aisles. And theres always only one person at the register and the lines are always long! Ive honestly avoided going to this store a lot. If it werent for forgetting an item at Walmart I wouldve never stopped.

New store design. Couldnt find anything! Lol but it was clean and the cashier is always nice.

This place is really good with the prices. However they should be doing as well with the customer service. I have never been to this place when I didnt have to wait in line for a clerk or a teller.

Dollar General is a very good store but the store that they have located on the Southside in Tallahassee Florida off South Monroe Street that store needs to be closed down that is one of the dirtiest stores Ive seen since Ive been visiting Dollar General on the other hand its a good place to shop and good prices and its convenient but the managers really need to step up their game with their stores.

The Dollar General on Crawfordville Hyw is one of the better stocked and clean stores in Tallahassee.

Trashy, not organized, inventory to be restocked is ALWAYS on big carts blocking major walk ways and isles! And most importantly the check out is always always over crowded, wrapped around the isles and 1 register is risky cash only and the other is both so typically they only have 1 running. . I feel like they are complacent when people come in =/

It was okay, staff wasnt particularly friendly or helpful, and management seemed extremely overworked and tired. I would like to say I would never go again but Im afraid Im going to have to at some point.

This is my favorite Dollar General store. They always have what I need. I live in Woodville now, but still go to this store weekly. I go to the one in Woodville too, but certain things I can only find here.

We were there two minutes ago. The hours clearly say open until 11pm. Its 10:30! The lady literally stared at us behind the locked door when I was like its not 11 yet? If they arent going to keep the doors open until the listed times they should probably tell their superiors so they can list the correct times on their door and online. Seriously peeved about this and the overall laziness of the people employed there I deal with on a daily basis.

Love the changes and customer service. Some prices on items should be placed .It would help sales.

The customers are unable to walk through the aisles due to clutter but worse than that is the customer service. There was a line of customers so I went to let other employees know and when the manager came up to help the other cashier she was quite rude to me and thought it was appropriate to speak poorly of me to other customers as well as the other cashier. Had I not gone and got someone else, other customers would have gotten irate and I know this because Ive witnessed customers doing so in this store. As I was checking out and put my basket onto the counter the cashier shoved the basket back at me and told me to unload it myself. I wouldnt have minded doing so had she not been so rude. She then knocked my drinks off the bag spinner. The cashiers continued to speak about me to other customers and spoke rudely to me. When I told the other manager about the situation and the service I received from his employees, he blew me off. I would NOT suggest shopping at this location. I used to enjoy this store when it was ran under different management.

Good place for bargain prices.

Soooo this is not the cleanest Dollar General Ive seen; yet not nearly the nastiest. Its a typical Dollar General. What I mean by typical is that the store is smaller than the amount of inventory it has. Thus, there are boxes all over the store somewhat blocking the aisles, but I cant say that Ive had a problem with an item being out of stock. This store is conveniently near by house and its late hours (7 days a week) make it easy assessable should I need to make a quick run. The store is never over crowded with customers, but business is pretty regular. The cashiers are always friendly and I never have to wait too long to check out.This location has a few dairy and meat products. This is a great place to purchase everyday products at a great price. Sometimes you dont want to run to busy Walmart or Target but you need a place where you can get in and get out and this place is it!Download to DG app for even better savings. Theres usually a coupon for $5 off $25.

Dirty, overflowing trash bin outside, cant take shopping cart down ailses because of merchandise in bins, cut my arm on one bin trying to squeeze through, workers are always grumpy. This Dol. Gen. is the one on Crawfordville Rd., down from Publix.
