Only hair store I go to. I love it so much and the workers are so nice.

I love this place. They almost always have what I want and they introduce me to new products. The owners are awesome and Korean (I love Korean culture so its cool to meet people that are actually from there)! Theyre polite and funny people. This is a good place to shop if you have a hair routine down-pack. Tbh, I dont know what they have in way of nails or makeup. Im not interested in those things so I never pay attention to them. I do know that they have beauty products up front as well as their hair oils. This isnt as big as some of the other beauty supplies in Tallahassee but they price well and Ive never felt unsafe going to them unlike some of the other locations. All-in-all great place to shop. Ive always felt welcomed here.

On multiple occasions the owner was very nasty and rude. From not greeting to telling us to get out the way rudely while we are looking at lashes so her employees can vacuum.... I will never waste my time nor money here again

My 5 year old wanted pink hair. Instead of dying I went to get some clip ins. The woman at the counter actually made us some by sewing the clips on the tracks. Absolutely so nice!!! It saved me from having to buy blonde and dye them. I am very grateful. They also have a beautiful formal dress selection. I will definitely be back.

I made a special trip to the west side of town specifically to visit Best Beauty Supply given that Ive received good service in the past. My family and I walked in at 8:45, and was quickly greeted by a store employee--perhaps mid 50s and who smelled of smoke--to let me know that they close at 8:50. I informed her that I looked up their hours prior to making the 15 to 20 minute drive and the online hours stated 9 pm. I dont like being hurried. The price for the Remy Saga increased to $45 per pack. So for a non-weave person I was not paying $135 for hair. She offered another brand of hair but they had none in stock in 1B & didnt know when they would receive another order. So in conclusion, I will not be returning.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Came in rushing me from the door. Then asked me twice to “hurry up she wants to lock it up” and Wether I’m paying cash or card when I just walked into the building within 2-3 mins and had over 20 minutes until the store was supposed to close. DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY HERE.

I was looking for a particular color wig and they didnt have it. So as Im looking at other wigs and asking questions...the manager or store owner throws up her hands and comments she doesnt even know what she wants! I did know what I wanted but they didnt have it so I chose something else to give you business!!! But I will not be returning. The store was to crowded with merchandise all over the floor!!

This beauty supply store is nice overall but I really don’t agree with them telling customers they can’t use their debit/credit cards if they purchase something less then $5. People are already coming to support your business but you can’t get over on people and force them to pick up more items they may not even need! Don’t know if that person has a certain amount of money on their card which is inconsiderate. All I know is it’s ILLEGAL and this store better hope Law Enforcement doesn’t get involved for them to get closed down!

Spent 250 dollars on a wig that dried out and frizzed so bad in 1 week, I asked for the best wig in the store, and was scammed into purchasing this wig. Supposed to be human hair, but it’s trashy plastic, the pineapple wig. Don’t waste your time with these scammers.

Terrible customer service 👈 Wittnessed an aweful Disability Discrimination situation that was truly not called for forcing the customer out of the store. No one deserves to be shamed nor embarrass by another, period, & especially by some one uneducated in US rights. When you come into this country there’s a lot to learn for sure, in regards to the English language, slang, currency, our country’s laws and such.But if u chose to run a busy, surely BEFORE you open a business, you need to understand ALL that comes with this responsibility, which will include 👉peoples rights. And then before you confront them, you definitely need to know what you’re talking about, & make sure its factual 👍

The Owner and Staff provide excellent customer service!!! Best prices in town!!! They carry a vast variety of supplies and hair items and the owner is constantly ordering new merchandise. This is by far the best place to shop for all your beauty needs!!!!

I like this beauty supply store. If I dont order my hair online, Ill find myself in this store. The owners are nice, but the employees know little to nothing about hair. They know what hair products are and what they do, but actual weaves and what hair is needed - NO.

Reminded me of the beauty supply stores back home in Detroit, products were easy to find. I was in and out within 15 mins 👍

Decent prices, and a wide selection of products. Didnt have my favorite brand of Kanekelon, but was good enough for my purpose. Convenient location was a 100% plus.

The owner will follow you around the store to harass you. The most unpleasant shopping experience Ive ever had. Never come here. Never even has the color I need in stock. A waste of time

The woman sold me a product I didnt ask for. I cant see very well and was unable to read the lable properly, so I took her at her word. Got home, realized it wasnt what I asked for, went back was told a bunch of stuff that made no sense when I asked for my money back. Lady looked me in my face and told me lies and things that could have nessed my hair up!!!!. All she had to say was that she wasnt gonna give me money back instead, tried to talk to me like Im stupid. My suggestion to anyone would be to go anywhere else for hair care and products because this place will most likely not help you out

I came to this place after reading the reviews, and SO glad I did!!!!!!!! It has a huge assortment of weaves, wigs, and the prices are right!!!! The staff was so friendly my husband asked if I knew the personally Lol!!! I would highly recommend!!! I went in to buy a wig and ended up buying much more!!! I was visiting this city and so glad I found it!!!!

The hair store is at a great location and has the usual products an accessories you ll find at a hair store. But they do not carry an 100% human hair brands.
