I am a medical student and am extremely busy so it was challenging for me to find a time to come into the store to get in person help. However, Tyler was easily able to adapt to this challenge and provided personal assistance in finding the right jewelry piece electronically. He went above and beyond with sending me images of bracelets until we were able to find the perfect one together. I cannot express more that The Estate Watch & Jewelry Company is the best jewelry store in the state of Arizona because of the exceptionally talented and knowledgeable employees like Tyler.

Thoroughly enjoyed doing business with her.The store itself is well kept, jewelry beautifully displayed and has a huge selection of estate jewelry.However, I give the store itself a WEAK TWO STAR rating. Reason being; with the price of gold at such a high value right now, I feel that their offer of $300 - $350 for my 14K gold Lady Elgin Watch (purchased in 1968) with 14K gold mesh band was quite low compared to what I was offered 10 years ago at another of their stores. This offer is half what I had been offered years ago when the price of gold was much lower. Very disappointing, and makes one wonder. Especially since this same watch was appraised 04/09/10 at a value of $1,585.00.Watch is in good working order (cost me $500 to get it serviced and cleaned) a few years ago / 17 jewel Swiss Mechanical Spring Driven Movement ETA 2412 / Total Watch Weight = 16.9 grams.

Wow!!! Love this Jeweler!!! Every part of our experience was exceptional. Went in to look for a special something... Worked with Emily (who is beyond incredible, patient, creative and professional). She carefully listened to what I was describing. They had similar things in the store but not exact and she spent about 2 hours with us custom designing the right piece. I was blown away. Friends insisted that we had to go to this amazing antique jeweler in Scottsdale. They added that they also carried new pieces. When my best friend, her adopted daughter and I walked in, our friends awaited us; we were all blown away. Not only was the store beautiful and quite large, but all the conversations and expressions of the staff were friendly, respectful (even to each other, which is so important), and inviting. There were five of us, each of us impressed and confident we’d come to the right place. I’m usually the most reluctant and and least likely to purchase anything of the group, but I was looking for something for my husband’s and my anniversary. It took only a few minutes for me to find the perfect ring for the occasion. My husband agreed immediately after seeing the ring on my hand in the picture I sent. So, it was immediately purchased. It was unprecedented—I came, I saw, and I purchased! Wow. That had never happened before with this group of friends!The fact that Ruth Ann and Emily were amazingly gracious and patient while helping us, even bringing other items they thought we might also like, which may have had something to do with it. The information you have to ask any other shop to find in their files was displayed right on the price tags, which made decisions simple. They never made us feel rushed or left us standing so they could help others, which I’m sure it was tempting to do. I found two bracelets before we finished our second trip to the store, a casual one for everyday and the second one for formal occasions. I went to Estate Watch & Jewelry to have a watch battery replaced. When they returned my watch the self wind second hard mechanism was not working. It was working when I entered the store. They suggested it could be repaired but the watch was probably not worth the price to repair it. They had nothing to say when I explained it was my fathers watch who died from COVID. NEVER GO IN THIS STORE. Their cavalier disrespect for their customer’s property is inexcusable.
