My wife and I purchased diamond earrings from the team at Schubach jewelers. Joe and Margie were easy to work with and incredibly flexible, too. Joe took the time to go over all the different diamond earring styles they had to offer as well as metal and stone choices (diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, clarity enhanced diamonds and moissanite to name a few).In the end we couldnt be happier with our purchase, and were now talking to Joe about doing some custom jewelry using a family antique diamond. Just picked up my custom made necklace for my wife today! The quality and look beat my expectations. 22 years ago my husband and I designed my wedding ring with Joe Schubach. He made the process exciting, educational, and memorable. Greetings Schubach Jewelers and all viewers of the Schubach site. My first introduction to this amazing group was in 2007 as I searched for a designer for a new ring I felt I needed! From the start - I was totally impressed. After many emails and phone calls, the decision was made, and the first drawings came from Joe. The original ring was like a super bowl ring with 13 stones on the top of the ring, and six others 3 on each side of the upper shank. Work, work, work, and in 2010 my ring came! WOW . . I could not take my eyes off of it, and wore it until December 2016, when . . . after a personal visit to Phoenix, and finally being able to meet Joe face to face, I chose the stone shown in this picture. It is a very large elongated cushion cut. While it is amazing, fabulous and fascinating all by itself - what is even more amazing is the inside of the ring. An azure back hand made and installed. Wonderful experience working with Jen Wood at Joseph Schubach Jewelers. My Valina wedding set looks like a million bucks! I worked with Jen long distance since I live in North Carolina. It was like having a personal shopper!! Jen was so patient and detailed and sent me countless photos of settings. She then shipped me samples once I narrowed down my choices and I made my selection from there. Not a day goes by that I dont receive numerous compliments on my wedding set. 100% recommend this place! I called on a Friday hoping for a weekend appointment and they scheduled me the next morning with Joe. He walked my fiance and I through the entire process starting with stones, bands, and being mindful of our budget the whole time. I think the process of how he ran his shop is what made our experience so great. I think well always remember it, and it made this part of our engagement so special. I was looking for a quality jeweler who would make a moissanite engagement ring, and Joseph Schubach Jewelers had such great reviews and an easy-to-use website that, after perusing tons of jewelers, I went with them. My fiancé and I both got custom rings from here. Both got infinity set ups. She had an idea from a line from vilagio and Jen ran with it. She talked with Joe and they got it done. Exquisite blue Moisanette set in an eternity style band with diamonds. The eternity wedding band was in the same white gold with diamonds all the way around. The peace gets compliments everywhere we go and people always say they’ve never seen anything so beautiful. As far as my ring goes I wanted to get something no one else had so to match her blue stone I got medium tone salon sapphires, with meteorite set in cobalt chrome. Just absolutely beautiful all the way around. Would not think about anyone else. Affordable as well.

Joseph Schubach will offer you a more personalized and custom buying experience than you could possibly ever get from any of the chain jewelry retailers. We upgraded my wifes wedding ring there several years ago and it still gets more oohs and aahs than anything weve ever purchased from those other retailers. Beth & Joe were both great to work with. Between the stunning quality of their rings and the phenomenal service from the employees, I could not have envisioned a better purchasing experience!It all started when my fiance (spoilers) and I decided to start ring shopping for a setting she would like, she mentioned Joseph Schubach and I decided to reach out to them. Their immediate response was to let me know that not only would they set the stone to the setting I chose, but they could even build it from scratch to allow for customization. The process of getting the right design and to build the perfect ring was incredibly smooth and enjoyable, and the price of the gorgeous ring they were building in house obliterated the market price of the setting at different stores.Throughout the course of the design and build, I was constantly in the loop about the rings status, and they beat their expected build time by 3 full days. Every time we called schubach jewelers someone picked up the phone and answered all of our questions. They even rush ordered my ring because I was a eloping and my fiance wanted to have it in time for the ceremony. They made it happen! Cant say anything bad aboutthis company. Before I proposed to my girlfriend, I reached out to a number of jewelers about setting a loose paraiba tourmaline (purchased elsewhere) in a hand-fabricated ring. Schubach were one of the first to get back to me, and one the few jewelers willing to work with a stone that wasnt bought through them.Joe called me himself a number of times during the process. I was pretty particular about what I wanted, and he was very accommodating of all my requests. He even did the legwork to investigate and bring in some high-carat micro alloyed gold to experiment with, something they had not seen before. The customer service and communication throughout the process were absolutely phenomenal, and the finished ring is amazing, even better than I could have imagined. His goldsmith is very talented.My experience with Joseph Schubach Jewelers was excellent. Well be getting our wedding bands done there as well.
