We’ve had great experience with them up until the pandemic hit. Since then, they appeared to move locations. We’ve tried calling, reaching out on social media, visiting the new location (which appears to be closed?) and have never been able to get ahold of them. Are they out of business? Are they just taking a hiatus? It’d just be nice to know so we can take our jewelry else where for maintenance and cleanings

Laurie was very helpful in helping us find a wedding band that fit the exact shape of my fiancé’s antique engagement ring. She ordered us multiple options and we were able to come try them all on to decide which looked best. They ordered the ring right then and there and we got a fairly quickly! Everything was awesome.

I hardly know where to begin. First of all they made it clear to me that an oval stone was more affordable than other shapes so I was able to get a nicer and larger Stone which they place in a setting that made it look custom. After that they created a custom wedding band that fit beautifully to the engagement ring. All of this they did for a fraction of what was quoted to me by a large Diamond retailer. Additionally at no charge they resized the engagement ring because we had given them the wrong size to begin with. I now live in a different state and whenever I come to the Scottsdale area I bring my wifes rings to have them cleaned, which they are kind enough to take time to do while I am in the area.

My husband bought my engagement ring here. We looked at several places and really liked a setting that we saw at another place, but felt a bit hounded by sales people. Diamond House was probably one of the only places that didnt try to pressure us before we left (hes not going to buy it in front of me anyway!). They worked with him and got him something that he loved. Josh even drove to his work place to deliver the final piece, so hed have it before we went on our trip! Ive had my wedding band for many years and it was in poor condition - scratched and bent in some places. I brought it back to the Diamond House where I had originally purchased it and they restored it to a condition that was even more lustrous than they day I bought it.
