The Diamond Vault is truly a gem of a jeweler! While looking for an engagement ring, we walked in thinking that we might just get some ideas for a purchase elsewhere. However, after spending a half hour with Oren, we knew that we had found our place. He is so smart, knowledgeable, and personable that we decided to work with him and we were so glad we did. He quickly located the perfect diamond for the ring and had it shipped to the store in a couple of days so we could see it. Then he helped us design the PERFECT ring to our request. The finished product is beautiful and better than anything we saw on the market. Well, my journey in total of finding a diamond has been very difficult. That’s when I came across the Diamond Vault . I spoke to a man named Oren on the phone, from what I understood he was very knowledgeable and made my experience that much better. Oren walked me through a whole process of what each term within the diamond vocabulary meant. Really narrowing down in the end what I actually like . With elongated shapes I preferred a ratio of 1.5 or higher. He checked for me almost everyday, and let me know about the process. I was very particular about the price and Oren is very competitive. He deducted $10,000 less than his lead competitor down the street for the exact SAME diamond. No back and fourth negotiations, just straight up this is the price and he was so upfront and honest about it, right then and there he for sure had my business for life. I was very particular on how I wanted my ring set, I wanted a super thin band and he really made that happen for me. I could not be more thankful for this place, and even down to his jeweler is so kind ! DO NOT shop anywhere else but here. You will thank me later !

This place is unprofessional. They tell you one thing on the phone then when you get there after driving a half hour, they tell you your diamonds are not the proper size even though one is certified. For my 25th wedding anniversary, I decided to update my ring setting and found the perfect one however the company would only sell it to me if I also bought a diamond. I love this place even though Ive only been here once I had brought in a loose diamond that had fallen out of my engagement ring which happened to not need because of bad memories and so I took it to the closest pawn shop to make sure that the diamond was real and was told that it was a half karat and flawless diamond. I took it to a variety of plAces where I was offered 50-150 for it which I turned them all down. I entered the store 15 minutes to closing time and thw gentlemen inside were polite and very inviting and gave me a seat and bottle water while I waited for him to appraise it. I was compensated $300 for it and would have gotten more if it wasnt just under a half karat. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Love this place!!

10 weeks ago I proposed to my fiance with an engagement ring I purchased from the Oren at the Diamond Vault. Ive been meaning to get on and write a review since then. Oren from the start was extremely patient with my numerous visits and questions (both about the ring, and about the diamond business). He respected my budget, never tried to upsell, and delivered a really special piece of jewelry.If you are like me, you obsess over details with purchases like this. The Diamond Vault stayed patient, answered every question, provided numerous options, but in the end... led me down a great path. Would shop there again, would recommend it to anyone.

Great service and great prices Ill be purchasing all of my diamonds here in the future. The lighting isnt the best which makes the diamonds look better in the store but if you check the certificates you know what youre getting into. After purchasing a lose diamond here I had it appraised when I had it set some place else and they said it was worth almost 1k more then I payed!
