Absolutely phenomenal service, Lisa was more than willing to design anything we were looking for, and brought in several different diamonds for us to view before deciding. Carat, cut, setting, the whole nine yards.This jeweler does all sorts of custom jewelry, we originally came in for a different design we found online and their master jewelers were more than happy to make exactly what we were looking for.The ring box also has LEDs in the lid so when you open it the ring stands out beautiful. Opening that box felt like opening the briefcase from Pulp Fiction.Working with the designer was easy, they text back quickly and can make a mock up of most anything.No cash discount so make sure you bring a credit card with cash back :)

As a Mom with a Daughter getting ready to graduate high school, I wanted to come up with a special and meaningful gift. After the holidays I took a pair of earrings I had made several years ago to Galicia to have the diamonds re-set into matching necklaces. I had gems left to me from my grandmother and they literally came in a ziploc bag. It contained 2 diamonds, a beautiful emerald and a platinum band. When my fiancé proposed to me we decided to try to make an engagement ring with the jewels. I went to multiple different jewelers in the Valley and Scottsdale area, the women at Galicia treated me respect and genuinely wanted to help me. I had some dealers flat out tell me that they couldn’t help me and tried to sell me a different ring all together. She was able to weigh and categorize the diamonds, emerald, and platinum band. She even contacted a gemologist who specializes in emerald to help find out more information where the jewel came from. Together with my fiancé we were able to create a beautiful ring that I absolutely love. I know my grandmother would of loved what we made. I am planning on going back to get our wedding bands!

Galicia is my go to place for jewelry and Lisa is the best. I first started going there almost 15 years ago when looking to have my wifes engagement ring reset and she did an amazing job helping us find the perfect setting. My wife still gets compliments regularly on that ring. We also had some old jewelry that my wide never wore anymore and Lisa worked with her to take the usable stones out of the old items and make a new ring she would wear, at a very reasonable price. Shes also taught us a lot over the years so we make better, more knowledgeable jewelry decision. She takes time to help you make the best choices and youll never feel pressured.

I had a fairly dated Bulova watch that needed a battery. Being that the Quarter is close to me, I knew of Galicia from many walks there and wondered if they could assist me. Most jewelers will not change a Bulova watch, they say the battery compartment is too tiny. To my surprise, Galicia was able to change my batter for a very reasonable price! The owner and everyone that works there was very nice and knowledgeable and offered to open up cases of other jewelry for me to look at.I will trust Galicia with all my jewelry needs going forward.Thanks!

I went in to get a watch sized and a new battery put in another. Even though I wasn’t buying anything, the staff treated me like royalty. Jodi, is amazing and their gallery has some really nice pieces that anyone would love! I definitely recommend stopping by when you are shopping around the Quarter. Five stars for sure!!!
