I went here to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. What we did was a little “unconventional”, we had been together for a long time, and she is very big into jewelry so I decided to let her get a custom engagement ring.We went to at least 5 different stores, all being disappointed in what they could offer. My girlfriend wanted a marquise cut, which is rare, so we faced a lot of hardships in every store. The store across the street told her she would never find her dream diamond and we should settle with them because of their warranty.The Diamond Guys was our last stop, and by far was the best. Elan was extremely professional, honest, and courteous. It was like he could read my girlfriend’s mind with what she wanted. The first two diamonds that we wanted to see sold before he could get them (less than a day) and by the next day he had two more picked out. My girlfriend fell in love with one and I bought it.Next was the custom band. Elan had my girlfriend walk all around his store looking at all the rings telling him what she liked about them. After a few hours, he was ready. He gave us a spot on estimate, and sent us CAD drawings so she could give her final approval before it was casted.I was not pressured at all by Elan, and it was overall a very pleasant and easy experience. Went to Diamond Guys for custom made wedding bands. They were fast, honest, and transparent through every step. We had a great experience with Elan. I’d also like to note that I am a woman and I am marrying a woman. My wife and I actually looked around other shops before coming to the Diamond Guys, but we finally purchased our rings here. Ron and Elan are knowledgeable and specialized on diamond. Purchasing a diamond ring here is also an experience of learning. They explained to us each term regarding diamonds and rings and answered our questions patiently. I can feel that they tried their best to let us know the exact conditions and qualities of the diamond we were going to buy. Buying at the Diamond Guys is more transparent than buying at other jewelry shops. The price is also fair enough. Other than that, my wife and I felt comfortable with Ron and Elan. They are patient not push and respect our budget and decision. The Diamond Guys is always our first choice when we purchase our next jewelry.

I ordered a ring from a well known online jeweler (Kay’s) around September 3rd 2019 because I was planning to propose to my girlfriend in mid October on our cruise out of San Juan. The online retailer has a three week delivery schedule and after three weeks I called them and I was told it had shipped and I would receive it October 4th. On October 5th I again called the online jeweler and was told they never received my order yet had gladly taken my 10k payment for it. I cancelled that order and began my search locally in Phoenix on Sunday October 6th to hopefully find a jeweler who may have something comparable to what I wanted. I’m so grateful to have found The Diamond Guys in Scottsdale. I called Sunday October 6th knowing they weren’t open but left a message hoping to get a call back sometime Monday. Much to my surprise Elan called me 30 minutes later and I explained to him my predicament and time constraints, sent him pictures of the design I wanted and that I was scheduled to fly to San Juan on the 12th. He assured me he could take my design, build my ring and deliver on Saturday afternoon (the 11th) so I would be able to fly Sunday to San Juan . I received a call from Elan on Friday afternoon saying I could come pick it up because it was completed. I was in total shock to know it was ready a day early but drove there eagerly and was just hoping it was close to what I had wanted. I walked into the store and Elan greeted my by my first name and instantaneously my mind was set at ease and all stress relieved. When he opened up the box and I seen this ring for the first time I was completely in awe of the quality, craftsmanship, and the meticulous attention to detail that Elan and his team provided me with the build of this ring. I cannot express in words to describe how grateful I am for finding Elan and The Diamond Guys, the quality, craftsmanship and customer service are unprecedented. By the way she said yes and now I will task Elan with another design... a wedding band in which this engagement ring slides into. I have found my jeweler for life, not only because of what he has already done for me but what I have seen in his showroom. The Scottsdale store is amazing- some of the most beautifully designed jewelry I have ever seen. Elan and his team at The Diamond Guys are worthy of your business. I’ll never shop at a “chain” jeweler again.

After getting the perfect engagement ring, I got the pleasure to meet the man who helped my fiancé pick the most beautiful diamond. Ron has made this whole process so seamless. He is very easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make your vision become reality. I had the pleasure of working with him one on one to help us pick out our bands. Ron took the time to get to know us and teach us about what we should be looking for in stones. We happened upon The Diamond Guys because of their amazing online reviews and decided to check them out. We met with Ron and the experience was absolutely fantastic. We came in without any real ideas towards styles and preferences, and Ron walked us through everything step by step. At the end of the first meeting, I had a very good idea of what my girlfriend at the time, and now fiancee, would like. I initially presented to The Diamond Guys in search of an engagement ring for my now fiance, who would not be involved in the process at all. Elan was fantastic to work with. Zero sales pressure and extremely helpful as far as narrowing down the diamond search and answering questions along the way. Also, their in-house jeweler is a magician. He was able to take the ring size from a 6.5 to a 4.75 and kept it perfectly symmetrical. Ron helped me put together my ring design and gave incredible expertise as to what detail needs to be added to make the ring stand out even more.
