We went to multiple stores to find the perfect ring but nobody had exactly what we wanted until Robbins Brothers had the exact ring we wanted. The price was exceptional too after not being able to find anything close to what we wanted we were shocked at how good the price was. We would have gladly paid 5x probably even 10x the price because it had everything we had talked about getting if we did a custom made ring. Staff was kind and helpful and a great experience overall. Ps ring has held up well over the past several months.

Came to get my ring inspected for the annual warranty guarantee. I got there right at opening to ensure that I would be able to get my ring back in 2 hours. I live in East Mesa so its about a 40 minute drive to get there. The woman who assisted me said that the jeweler already had 2 appointments that morning. Not sure how since you dont make appointments for inspections, but nonetheless, they were able to get my ring done in about 2 hours and 10 minutes.If youre in a hurry, maybe give them a call a day or two in advance and ask if they take appointments.Cant speak to the showroom experience since my ring was purchased at a Robbins Brothers in San Diego, but the Scottsdale location has done a great job cleaning my ring during the annual inspections.

Victoria emailed me about styles I liked, and sent for different settings from stores across the country in advance of my appointment date. She was always very responsive through phone and email, and was great to work with!My boyfriend ended up purchasing a ring from a different store because we found a larger center stone within the budget. However, I would definitely recommend Robbins Bros. and Victoria to all of my friends in the Valley!

Were not from the Phoenix area but my fiancé and I both knew we wanted to buy our rings from Robbins Brothers (weve also visited their locations in Riverside and San Diego, CA), because they simply stood out among various other jewelers as far as selection, process, experience, etc. I have had the opportunity to work with Joe Provenzo on two separate occasions in regard to ordering my fiancés ring as well as picking it up upon arrival and getting my own ring resized. Joe was thorough and professional. I am very satisfied with his response time and attentiveness and would recommend him, along with Robbins Brothers, to anyone who is in the market.

When my girlfriend and I walked in one late afternoon, Joe helped us. My girlfriend was looking for just a relatively simple (and therefore not that expensive) engagement ring/wedding band. Joe was very patient and never pushed for something more expensive. In fact, he did a great job at helping narrow down the choices. Additionally, and as a bonus, Joe was very nice and pleasant to talk with. Then it came time to buy my wedding band. Again nothing too fancy, but again Joe was very patient and even checked with the manufacturer and his jeweler with some questions we had about various options. When we would occasionally pop by the store for one reason or another, other employees were very helpful and friendly as well. With the way Joe treated us you would swear we were spending a bundle. I wish all salespeople could be as knowledgeable, pleasant, and a joy to work with as Joe. We highly recommend Joe and Robbins Brothers.

I was being pretty picky about my wedding band, and couldnt find anything online that I wanted (gunmetal color, simple design - which sounds straightforward but was really hard to find). My fiancé and I went to 3 jewelry shops and were almost done, but decided to stop by Robbins Brothers since we were already out. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by Victoria and she asked what I was looking for. Right when I told her she walked me over and brought me some styles, and BAM - there it was. She was extremely helpful, breaking down the material of each ring and their pros and cons, while sticking to our budget. When she was cleaning the ring and ringing us up, the manager Sharon came over and was just so nice. I will DEFINITELY come back here--next time for my fiancé--because of the amazing work of Victoria and Sharon, and their extensive selection that can truly fit any budget.

We were just browsing, but had a wonderful experience here. The associate wanted to get to know us and our styles. She went to find some samples for us, but quickly returned and helped when we needed it. She went over the less romantic details with out being pushy. By far the best weve seen. I plan to return to purchase and would recommend visiting.

Out of all the places I went shopping for a ring this store was the best by far. Friendly staff, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. What I truly enjoyed was the feel I got working with Trey one of the sales reps there. He treated me more like he was my friend trying to help me pick out the perfect ring, rather then a sales person trying to sell it to me. I highly recommend checking this store when you are looking for that ring for that special someone. The service and the choices of rings far exceed anything in the Phoenix area.

Oh my goodness. This place is so amazing friendly and professional. They dont pressure you with anything but get you excited to look at rings and find the perfect fit. They have us a dry erase maker to make the glass over the rings we liked which is so fun! We had the joy of having jay jay help us and we loved her! She greeted us right as we came in. And for the rings, AMAZING! They had such a wide selections of styles I havent even seen! And Greg was amazing gelling us design our perfect ring! Thank you guys so much!!!! ❤

The staff was incredibly friendly, listened to us about our budget and what we wanted. They were not pushy about purchasing anything and gave us the freedom to shop around without hovering over us like we experienced at other stores.Jen is a ring guru and has become a friend of ours. We were so impressed with her service and genuine care for not only his ring, but our wedding and marriage, that we decide to purchase my wedding ring there as well. I purchased a tennis bracelet and a diamond pendant for my wife for Christmas and to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We were supposed to get something made of wood....I liked the idea of a tennis bracelet better. After making the purchase their system was not functioning properly so they said they would email me the receipt for signature. I had updated our email address in their system to a family email I could control and had given specific instructions to send the receipt to my personal email. They sent the receipt to my wifes email. Imagine her surprise...Supposed to be on Christmas morning. Please refund me the surprise, smile and look I would have seen on my wifes face Christmas morning.I returned my purchase to RBs and made a much larger purchase from London Gold. They will have my business moving forward.

I got my wedding band here three plus years ago. They people are so nice and helpful. I take my ring in every six months or so for a polish and they do such a wonderful job. Always a pleasure.

My husband got both my engagement and wedding rings here and I absolutely love them! All the employees are extremely nice and are always more than willing to clean your rings and make them shine brilliantly with every visit! The rings bought for me were custom made, and they are everything Id ever desire! The warranty is great too! Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional when we were looking at wedding bands. I was able to take my time trying on bands without feeling rushed, pressured, or guilty for trying all different kinds and styles on. Made the whole process easy and fun! My fiance did not originally purchase my engagement ring from here but they were definitely someone we could trust to size my engagement ring. Picked up both my newly sized band and engagement ring and they were just absolutely stunning. The fit is perfect and my engagement ring was cleaned to perfection. Im in love all over again!

I purchased a ring for nearly $7,000 last year. Paid it off in 14 months, although I was financed for 2 years. They do not offer automatic payments, so you have to call or physically go in to make the payment every month. When I owed the last $300, I apparently missed the due date and they reported it. My credit dropped almost 100 points because of this- even though I paid the ring off 10 months early. I strongly discourage anyone from using their financing. Furthermore, I strongly discourage entertaining any type of business with them. They are not customer oriented. Think it cant happen to you? Sign up for financing with them, with no option for automatic payments.... its 2018. Get your rear in gear.We will stop by every time we are in the area to get the ring cleaned for free. Thats part of the $7k, wreck your credit deal.

The rings we got here are absolutely beautiful. I still havent found a set of rings I like better. The customer service is always wonderful. I highly recommend them.

The cheesy sales tactics are bad enough but the relentless follow up after being told that we were not interested is too much. If you do stop in I would keep your contact info to yourself until you decide that you want to buy something. That said, be sure to shop around as the prices we saw were 30-50% higher than what we had seen elsewhere for no discernable difference in quality.

The people here were friendly and made sure I picked the perfect ring.The only thing was they never called to follow up with us on the progress of the ring. We had to keep on calling. My fiance loved proposing with the ring he got from here thought! So I tried to get a ring from them for my husband for our wedding day and they said they would call me with the price estimate but they never did so I called them and still never heard back from them. So I took my business somewhere else that did call and follow up. They have a beautiful selection just need better follow up.

Its simple. 5 starts. Greg and the staff there dont push or upsell. In fact based on what me (and my now wife) were looking for in a wedding band he suggested something a few $100 less. Greg was in a position where he couldve easily omitted some details and made a few $100 more. I respect that tremendously. Their policy after you buy from them had us feeling comfortable that wed appreciate the ring forever (which is the point, right?). Their no pressure appreciation for their customers make a semi nerve-racking experience of buying a wedding band a lot easier to deal with. Thanks Greg.

Not sure what Mandel was talking about with auto payments, they go through outside banks and I have set up auto pay through Chase very easily. The staff was always friendly and helped myself and my fiance out tremendously. Definitely recommend coming here to shop for rings!!

Superior customer service now all three times me and my fiancé have been there. We went about two years ago to look at engagement rings. He was able to create my exact vision in a custom ring with the help of the sales person there at the time. Recently we went back just to get my ring cleaned and to look at bands for him. We found ourselves so happy with the customer service we received from Jennifer that we came back the next day and decided to get our wedding bands even though we won’t need them for quite sometime. Jennifer assisted us both days and made us both comfortable with our final decisions. Robins brothers is the only jeweler I recommend to any friends or family that ever ask where they should go. They have created a relationship with both of us that will have us being lifelong customers.

Victoria Chevers helped my fiancée and I find a ring for me, and she was extremely helpful advising us in how to properly reshape and resize it based on my need for a specific thickness and size that would not interfere with my violin playing (I’m a violinist). They messed up my documents for the progressive lease which they told me has to interest or tax which made me do it instead of just buying it cash. I had to drive out over an hour a total of 3 times first to sign a document they forgot and then to get the ring resized then to pick up the ring and the original time getting the ring. I guess it’s my fault for trusting the person that sold it to me that caused me to pay double for the ring because she told me i would have to pay tax on it but i had to pay for tax on the ring in the payments and for the lease charge which was more than the ring costs and when i found out i just payed it all the way off which came with pre payment penalties. Between the 8 hours i spent driving to them and paying double for the ring and then threatening to come take the ring because i couldn’t come back when they wanted me to to sign the paper they forgot. I received no apologies or compensation for any of this.

Do your homework, make sure to schedule an appointment and prompt payments on layaway. My husband to be loves his meteorite Lashbrook ring, and I got a simple but beautiful band by Henry Daussi and its worth the wait & every penny. We will be a repeat customer for sure. To their manager Sharon, hands down to you.

So overly pushy and inconsiderate of customer desires.. We said we needed to go multiple times and new salesman would not stop pushing and continued to trg to bring other employee specialists into the conversation even as we were walking out the door. Also dont even think about mentioning youre getting the stone elsewhere, we were practically locked inside while they tried to tell my fiance her taste was terrible. Absolutely unacceptable experience all around and we will be spreading the word.
