Friendly, timely, and easy to get to. The opticians are wonderful and the receptionist theresa is engaging. Dr. Fessenden is the best. We drive from miami for our eye exams because all things combined this pearl vision is the best!

I lost my glasses in the ocean and with my strong prescription and double astigmatism, I thought my vacation was doomed. Thankfully, Bambi was the best help I could have asked for. She got me the same frames I had before and gave me a way to get my prescription lenses that same day. Bambi saved my vacation!!

Everyone was so friendly and professional! I was taken right on time and the doctor really listened to my concerns. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I will return again in the future.

I just picked up my second pair of glasses from Pearle Vision Sarasota and am very pleased with the teams friendliness and good service. Bambi is good fun to work with and offers excellent advice as to proper frames, lenses, coatings, etc. I was also impressed with the quick turnaround time on both prescription sunglasses and progressive lens daily glasses. Recommend without hesitation.

This place is awesome! I had a very comprehensive eye exam and got new glasses too. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses as well. The handsome doctor was thorough and funny.

My husband had a pair of glasses for 20 years. His prescription is very strong. He was afraid his new glasses would end up being thick as his previous one. This Pearle store has a very bright, open design with many work stations for their fitting staff to handle their flourishing business. Technician and sales associates are knowledgeable and efficient in fitting customer’s desires for optimum sharp vision and budget requirements with a great number of frame and lens requirement variations. My Daughter was in town and we needed to get her new glasses and an exam. They were able to get her in that same day. The Doctor was great and knowledgeable. She loved his sense of humor. They brought her out and the technician was Amazing. She worked with my daughter to find a pair of glassed that fit her face and were functional and she was able to take them home that day!We will defintily be going back!Store was super clean and all the Staff was friendly, professional and helpful!

My family has been using Pearle Vision in Sarasota for over 10 years. We have never been disappointed with their service or their products. Dr. Fessenden and his staff deserve 10 stars for all they do. We would not trust our eyes to anyone else. Sure wish our dog Buddy could be a patient as well. 😊

Well, how do I put this. Was driving through the parking lot and just happened to see a place to stop in during a pretty good Monday from my perspective. So I decided to park my truck and walk in to see if I needed readers or if my aging was causing my inability to now read things 1ft from my face. Well I got the do you have readers out of my mouth but the rest just wasn’t going to be allowed to be asked, they promptly looked at me like I was a white male scrub of a man and told me another retailer has what I need. Tried to reply with the rest but paper work and a busy staff with 1.5 clients in the building must of been considered Slammed in their opinion. So I slowly turned around and slowly walked to the door seeing if one of them would realize how rude they just acted but as my hand grasped the cold aluminum there was no such response. First ever negative feedback. I’ll tell you if I treated anyone if them That way If they wanted Construction work performed I would of been asked to leave their home. Don’t walk in! Don’t ask more the. 1?, Dress like you are someone special (No Boots or work shirts) and don’t be a Man.

Been going here for a couple of years. Very good customer service! Dr. Drew is great and the people to help you pick out the glasses are freaking awesome!!!! I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me who was so patient with me being picky because she recommended that I get a lighter frame because my lenses are so heavy which is so true and I am loving my new glasses because they are not falling down my face!!!! Thanks for being so awesome!

I went in to have a lens put back into my frames that had popped out. they proceeded to snap the arm off of the $300 titanium frames. then to fix the situation put my lenses and a cheap plastic pair of frames as an alternative. and then proceeded to charge me $90 for a new pair of frames but I didnt even want. Being that I couldnt read without them I had no choice but you purchase the cheaper frames. not very good business when they break your frames, and then force you to buy a new pair I will never give them my business again. very shady. By the way my frames werent bent and did not need adjustment just a lens put back into the frame.

I recently had an eye exam and a recheck with Dr Fessenden and his staff. My appoints were made in a timely manner, the staff here is professional, careing and always very helpful from check in to help with finding & fitting the right glasses with everything being done in a timely manner 30 to 45 minutes out the door. Thanks for the great atmosphere you have in your office!

I have been a client here for a few years. Great place, staff is always very friendly and helpful in every way. Tim really helped finding a good frame fit and making sure my frames were comfortable when I picked my glasses up and Dr. Fessenden is the best!

Dr. Fessenden has been taking care of my eyes for nearly ten years. Prescriptions have consistently been spot-on, and the staff is great.

Dr. Fessenden and his staff provide a comfortable, affordable and professional experience from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave. His staff are all friendly and welcoming, providing a personal experience that you dont receive everywhere. Appointments are made with ease and efficiency and the office runs on time. Dr. Fessenden is highly trained and you can tell he cares about each patient individually. My husband and I see Dr. Fessenden, as do all of our children. His knowledge and expertise are evident throughout the appointment. I have recommended Dr. Fessendens office every time a friend or colleague asks for a good eye doctor!

Horrible customer service the woman that originally started helping me was very rude and had an attitude. The drs assistant was very nice and helpful but the manager lied to me about why their prices on their glasses were 100.00 more than msrp. Was told that the price difference was because everyone else that is selling them at actual retail was owned by luxxotica, Well do your research because they are as well. Got the owner on the phone and he informed me that the 30% in additional cost was for the cost of doing business. the proof is there walk in the store and look at all of their glasses and then check manufacturer websites to see how much this gentleman is ripping you off. Will not do business with a business like this. It is unfortunate because I work so close and I would have loved to make things easy but I refuse to be ripped off and neither should you.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Fessenden for close to 20 years. From my first visit when I mistakenly thought I had an eye disease (funny story that I wont share here!) to my most recent visit, Ive always been treated with care and respect. I wouldnt trust my eyes to any one else.
