She even ordered in a different color frame for me to try with no obligation to buy that frame. Great selection, wonderful service.

She said would try to bend the frame back into shape and insert the lens. Diana was terrific. I needed two pairs of glasses and she helped me find ones that fit well and looked good on my face. I need long temples, so while i has having my exam, she pulled all the glasses of the general style i wanted that have the longer temples. If you want the white glove treatment then this is your place. Diana is such a professional. She will listen to your needs and give you options you might not have thought of. I was unsure if I would like the progressivesl but she assured me most people adapt to them, but they have a 60 day guarantee......cant beat that ....(She was right...love them!). I needed a repair on my glasses (can’t see anything without them!) and this shop was in walking distance of our AirBnB. Diana was so knowledgeable and fixed my glasses so quickly! Her selection is so unique I couldn’t help myself and bought a pair of the Coco and Songs! I’ve never received such great customer service- she treated us as if we were family!
