Terrible!!! Only reason they got the one star they got is because theres no option for zero stars... Called them right before closing to see if a car was still available and was told it was. The next morning me and my daughter drove down to see it and it was not there. 4hr drive round trip and when I got there all I got was a bunch of lies. It was probably best tho because every car on the lot looks like it was in an accident and they used bubble gum and duck tape to put them back together to make a quick buck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID

Be cautious with this dealer. Their ads mention We are committed to providing the best in honesty, integrity, and customer service. Never have I seen a more flat out lie from a dealership. We had several conversation about the car being in excellent condition, only to arrive to find the vehicle in the very poor category. Cheap and under maintenanced vehicles is all youll find here. Dont make our mistake and shop elsewhere.

Buyer beware.... Poor quality vehicles. Over promise and under commit in terms of vehicle condition. Claimed vehicle in excellent condition. Called and confirmed No issues at all.. Arrived to find vehicle interior is destroyed. Pictures angled to avoid damage. Top was in poor condition. Overall horrible experience.

I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter just for school and work. I finally found a black Nissan Sentra at this car lot for a fair price, the car has a little bit high millage but its more reliable and dependable so far. the people work there are honest and passionate about answering all questions with honesty. definitely would recommend this place to my family and friends for their future used vehicle.

Terrible place to buy your car. Guy seemed car inclined and told me my car I just bought 2 months ago runs great. Ive had it in the shop 5 times now and have spent hundreds and after the engine pump over 2k. There are tons of other places to buy a car I will never go here again

Like the inventory they have. I looked around for couple days to find a decent car with low price and good quality and this is where I ended up to purchase a 4 doors Ford. It has been a month since I bought and still runs good. no issue yet and got me 90 days warranty. hopefully nothing changes in next couple months at least.

Cars are nice but theyre not completely fixed, car i bought had it for a couple of days and check engine light turned on and the service traction control did as well, wasted 200 dollars in getting it fixed. Terrible place to buy your cars.

Wow - what a disaster. within weeks, the trans died, as well as the cat converter .... even WITH their warranty, it didnt cover even 30% of the repair costs. When you reach out to them for them to make things right, you hear nothing but excuses. New website coming soon - stay tuned!

Great place to work with!! We were in the market for a used car. We were on our way out of town to look at a car because the dealers in Roanoke were either too shady or asking too much. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a car I liked on this lot, so we stopped. We ended up buying a car within the hour. Very personable, kind people! When it was time to get tags, there was a problem with the paperwork. A signature was missing from the dealer they got the car from. I went into the office, told them the problem. Someone from the dealer drove to Northern Va to get the signature, had it back to me in less than a week! We had a great experience, and in the future this will be the first place we check when we need a car. I recommend!

Paid cash for a vehicle only to have the transmission go out within 11 days. Good thing I purchased a warranty because these guys refused to do anything to help. SWORE to me it was safe to drive all over the country seeing as I travel a lot for work, but couldnt even handle a 6 hr drive to Ohio without needing a whole new transmission. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Now Im out even more money to have transmission put in and having to get a rental vehicle to get back and forth. Ill be talking to an attorney about the lemon law in this state as well as reporting to the BBB.

This is a horrible business i purchased a vehicle from them in November the check engine light was on i was told it was a o2 sensor a couple months later the whole transmission went out they are refusing to help fix the vehicle and im stuck financing a vehicle tgat is not driveable they knew sometgung was wrong from the begining and slammed me with a 1500 dollar warranty lied and said i had to have it the fiance company said i did not so i cancelled it now i have no vehicle they are horrible people and knew exactly what they were doing seems like they have done this more than a few times !!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Bought a vehicle and transmission went out less than 2 months after I got it. My mechanic had it for 2 minutes and said any mechanic would have noticed the problems. Would highly suggest anyone thinking of buying a car from here to have a mechanic check it out first. Ended up wasting $3,000.

I was treated with respect and dealt with honestly at this dealership. They were upfront about the vehicles potential issues and provided the carfax. We ended up purchasing a truly great Honda at a great price. I highly recommend checking out what inventory they have, as it definitely proved worthwhile for us.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from them, which had only 70306 miles on it, didnt have any lights or codes in it and was running fine when I test drove it. Not even 60 hours after buying the car, the transmission completely messed up and the car wasnt working at all. I called the shop and they wouldnt collaborate or help me at all. They just told me to go through the warranty company and it wasnt their problem anymore. They literally didnt even apologize or try to work with me. The warranty company wont pay for labor and doesnt cover several things. I had it diagnosed at a shop and there were 9 codes in the history that they had cleared so I wouldnt see them and the transmission was clearly already ruined when they sold it to me. The shop had put a temporary treatment in the car that would cause it to run fine for the time being. I paid 6500 dollars for the car and its been sitting in the shop for 3 months because it needs a new transmission. I still cant believe they did this to me and didnt even feel bad about it or want to help me afterward. The men who work here are completely unethical. This shop needs to be shut down or the people who work here need to be put away. Do not buy from here.

I was really satisfied with the dealers responsibility. I bought an inexpensive car 2 weeks ago. After buying the car, on the way home I found that the airconditioning wasnt working. I was very embarrassed and upset. So, I went back to Roanoke Auto Sale. Hes really apologized for that. He promised to fix and bring it to me due date. Actually I live in Blacksburg, which is quite away. Anyway, at first I was really perplexed and angry, but his responsibility made me relieved.I strongly recommend to buy used good car here.

In Nov 2017, I have bought a car, 2012 Nissan Altima, from Basir at Roanoke Auto sales. It has been over a year and half, the car is running great with no issue (already driven over 25k miles). I have just carried regular oil change.The best part about this dealership is that while I was trying the cars, he will clearly mention about any known small nicks or issue with any car.Given I was a student then, he reduced the price way below the market price and even installed all new tires.I will highly recommend this dealership for their honest approach and below market price.P.S. my flatmate bought a car with him in 2018, Hyundai Sonata - 2013. And he is also very pleased with the purchase.

Please do not buy a car from this man/business. They are norm customer oriented, they try to fight with you instead of working with you. I visited 2 times to purchase a vehicle and within 30 minutes of both visits other customer service came to them complaining about problems with their cars and that should have turned me away immediately but I really wanted this car. He fought me on getting just a 30 day warranty but I settled for a 15. Luckily on day 12 a part of the engine cooling system went out and now I cannot get a hold of Mohammad. This is about as greasy as a car lot and car salesman as they come. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, please.

Zero stars! These guys are thieves! They shouldnt be in business. They sold me a car that they had obviously tried very hard to COVER UP the issues. They put stop leak in the radiator. The whole engine needs replaced. The tie rods were bad. They wouldnt even fill up the tire pressure for me. Buyer BEWARE at this place. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! They also charged me a “processing fee” deven though i got it tagged in another state. When i needed them to extend my temporary tag, they claimed “they forgot to mail it”. The only reason i needed the extension in the first place was because the car was in the shop for weeks! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
