I was in the market for a new-to-me car and was not having luck with local dealerships. As I Google searched, Enterprise Car Sales popped up. The closest office was about 1.5 hours from my home. With work and family commitments, it made it impossible to go visit. I searched their inventory online, was in touch with the office and they brought the car I chose to me! This experience outshines any I have ever had face-to-face with a dealership. The staff was very pleasant and committed to pleasing me and making sure I am happy with my purchase. THIS WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I found a car I was interested in online, set up an appointment on line and got a call in just minutes from John to confirm and answer we any questions I had. We were running late to the appointment and let him know we were. Another salesman had the opportunity to show and sell the car we were interested in. But they didnt. Everyone I came into contact with at Enterprise in Roanoke, VA were friendly, courteous and very helpful! However, the car I bought had a defect that did not become evident until we were on our way home with it. We called Enterprise from Christiansburg and they told us to leave the car with Enterprise there in Christiansburg, along with a note as to what was wrong and why we were leaving it there, as it was after hours and there was nobody on duty. Although the defect was repairable, we decided not to go through with the deal. I would not hesitate to car shop at Enterprise again.

Was just starting search for a car for my Daughters 18th birthday. Had looked at some new and was driving by our local Enterprise Car Sales and noticed a car. I stopped in and was immediately greeted and they asked which car. I was told that that car had just been transferred for sale to another location but was told to look at their cars and let them know if I was interested. I wasn’t pestered when I found a car I liked they brought it up for me to test drive. After drive when discussing I said I needed to bring my daughters by for their option. They offered for me to take the car to them overnight. I did came back and purchased the car quickly and painlessly. True enough my experience purchasing my 2016 Nissan Altima was easy, but to have to replace the transmission 2 yrs and 2 months later is crazy. With all the used cars I have purchased I have never had transmission or engine problems. I called them to see if they could help with this and of course no real help was offered. Being that this Covid has hit it’s hard for me to get hours at work and I’m considered an essential worker and we are not allowed to work in more than one facility so to purchase another vehicle is out of the question and that was basically the only option the salesman offered. I know not to buy another rental car. Cause they are not kept up the way they say they are.

Purchase was easy using online tools. Pre-qualified for a loan, so I knew what I was able to spend. Enterprise online search has a lot of features so I could review what was available nearby.When I didn’t see exactly what I was looking for, I expanded to Nationwide and then continued to review, looking at mileage and how much the up-front/non-refundable transfer fee would be.Paid the transfer fee, and my car was delivered to town within a week. During a pandemic, I get this was very reasonable.We all wore masks, a table was set up outside for paperwork, and final signing was done inside whole meeting all social distancing guidelines for Virginia.I gave the review 4 stars because one tire didn’t match the others and needed to be replaced. That was done at no cost to me.

First things first... BIG shoutout to Josh who helped me with my car sales and Bryce the Finance manager. Im a former salesman myself and I can detect a Used car salesman vibe when I see it. This is my 7th car Ive bought and I NEVER had this great of an experience before. Coming from DC I always was weary of car salesmen trying to up sell me.What you see is what you get. I went in from a follow up call with Josh telling him I didnt come here to buy right away. I wasnt in any rush for a vehicle. I didnt want to waste his time as I value mines too much to waste anyone elses time. Josh was very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I got exactly what I was looking for at a very good price. The No haggle pricing is very easy to deal with and its very fair or even under market value.When I told Josh upfront Im in no rush to buy a car, he still showed me all my options that I was looking for. In the past Ive had salesmen walk back to their office when I said Im just looking.Bryce the finance manager had great vibes like Josh. He told me what it was to the point and didnt try to sell any extra insurance I needed. I did choose the 5yr extra warranty for peace of mind and convenience.I had 7 days to come back and return the car if I didnt like it. I then came back to the lot after sending Josh a list of cars I saw on Enterprise Car Sales similar to the model I got with a better price. I came back and they showed me more options. My reasoning was to have a lower monthly payment to reduce anxiety with my other financial obligation just in case.Im in the process of fixing my credit and I got very FAIR interest rate. The guys even gave me advice to build up my credit and to set aside a separate account to pay off my car. Im going to listen to their advice and do as so before I pay it all off from my tax return.I chose enterprise because when i rent cars I knew they sold them after X amount of miles or whatever. People who rent cars take good care of them and maintenance is obviously up to date. I knew I wouldnt have to worry about a breakdown because they take care of their cars. People who rent cars also take good care of it because they dont want to get charged.Im going to Josh and enterprise car sales from here on out for the rest of my life. Id only not go to Josh if I moved away. Josh and Bryce were so hospitable and cool. They even filled up my tank when I decided I didnt want their options.I told Josh upfront my credit score, my situation, and everything to make his job as easy as possible. Being in the sales/business industry myself, I know how it can be dealing with people.I want to let them know how much I appreciated their services and how they treated me. I went to Enterprise on May 20th 2020 and was greeted by a gentleman named Dalton super kind super friendly got right to the point to make sure he could get me into a vehicle within 15 minutes he come out with good news that I was approved which of the time has been a very stressful situation because for three days I wasnt having any luck after he got me approved allowed me to take all day to get my finances and paperwork ready then when I do show up at 7:30 and they close at 8 a gentleman named Bryce and Steven both are at the door waiting to take care of me they had excellent customer service and did everything possible to make this transition easy for me all the way to signing paperwork that I didnt understand and explaining it even talking to my insurance company to get me squared away they took their time and was with me until 9 to 9:30 at night so they stayed over a whole hour longer than they needed if I ever could recommend anyone to get a vehicle it would be the Enterprise in Roanoke and ask to talk to either Bryce Steven or Dalton oh and PS the car they got me in is immaculate no damage great amazing miles so if youre looking to get a new car or if this is your first time buying a car please go see these guys they will take care of you and get you in a vehicle and dont be discouraged if you have bad credit cuz they will make something happen I promise all Ive got to say is they have my business for years to come thank you to the three men who helped me get into a new car and build some self-confidence

[deleted first review]EDIT: The day after this review, which was a five star review, I find out from the sales manager, Bryce, that the financing option I took has issues with the insurance that I took to get the car off the lot. I got insurance through progressive and my policy was set to a $2,000 deductible. This was suppose to be fine because the finance company required a deductible. Great. But now that I posted this review, nearly two weeks after the day I got the car, NOW I’m being told about problems from enterprises with member one credit union. Bryce, very casually and brushing it off like it is nothing, told me he missed the part on the papers that I signed that said my insurance policy needs to be set with a $1,000 deductible. This raised my insurance payments by an extra $43 a month.This isn’t something you just expect the customer—nay, buyer, because if I was a customer, I wouldn’t have been dealing with someone with a frat boy attitude who doesn’t know what customer service is. This is bad business practice. You don’t just miss something on critical documents and expect the customer to be ok with increasing their insurance when you call them. I’m beyond angry that I have to increase my insurance because some lazy sales rep missed the writing. Should i have seen it? Possibly. But I’m 22 years old and I told Bryce (again, the sales manager) that I had never come to a dealership and driven off a lot with a vehicle. They knew that I was inexperienced and they took advantage of the small print. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. My reason is because whatever sales license they need, they got from a toy box. Maybe if they weren’t so focused on trying to get me to buy the gold package that I got approved for, they might not have missed the fine print they should have drilled into their brains about now.- Grayson Thrush

I went into Enterprise Cars sales after being turned down without a large down payment at another used car dealership, I asked what I needed to do to get a used car from them ; be it a large down payment or what . They were kind, considerate and eager to help me . Long story short I soon left in a 2018 Rogue with no down payment and a car payment that was less than I had been paying on prior vehicle . I had totaled my previous vehicle and had just finished paying off the loan, after 6 months of not having a car. Thank you Bryce and Jude.

Repeat business should say it all but not quite...My husband and I purchased a truck for our personal use about 5 months ago and had such a great experience that we returned when I needed a new work vehicle. To be honest I personally purchased me a suv in 2016. Had an amazing experience that I had to brag a little an tell someone. I told my mom about it. My mom went to get her a car on 9/9/20. The salesman who walked with us to look at a few cars was a tall dark skin man with a few extra pounds. Sorry cant remember his name he was fairly new and extremely nice. The head man comes out and was talking to us(small talk) I continued showing my mom cars. She seen a Nissan rouge sport red. She loved it. Mom pop the hood. Doesnt sound good. Sir do you have another of this vehicle. Sure a black one with upscale edition. It didnt matter about the perks just the ride. Wanted to make sure everything seem to be ok. We already had a bank loan but they was so persistent to get her information to offer a better deal. She already had a better deal thru her bank. Normal thi n gs that car dealership do. They sent the bill od sales to the bank agent and then added extra things because my mom didnt know any better. I should have stayed by her side. The bill a sale went some time 9/10/20 and finally my mom showed up on 9/11/20 with a check for the car. Everything should have been done and the check should have been giving to them and the keys and thats that. However my mom spent another 4 to 5 hours there for them to not even give her tags( 30 day tags) she got temp dealer tags. They never told my mom there was a issue with the dmv or nothing. Took her money gave her tags that expire the end of Dec 2020. Bad business how could you take the money and not explain anything. She had to figure it out on her own with her daughters help. Lord please dont let them do another sole like that. On top of it I had 3 employees that was vouching to use their employee discount all it would have done was save my mom 1000.00 bucks. Nope sorry its too late. Nope no more referrals for your establishment in Roanoke Va on Melrose ave. Worst location worst overall grade you failed.

My family needed a new van after our old one died. We decided to buy one about six months ago and have already put upwards of 8000 miles on it. Excellent quality vehicle and mechanically sound...and I DID NOT have to overpay for it! I loved the no-haggle pricing and didnt have any surprises when it came to financing. I have never been so disappointed ever in my life with this location we made a reservation, and was promised a pick up. Only to have to catch a cab to the location because the enterprise pick up never showed and had the door locked and closed in my face after being told the reservation didnt exist. The only reason I gave 1 star was to activate the ability to post my disgust!! This location needs customer service training not stars.

The sales personnel were amazing. The sale was painless and wonderfully easy. I have never purchased a used car before and they made me feel at ease in the process. They explained how they maintain the cars and the warranty that is left on them. The only reason they didnt get a 5 star review was because of the issues with the dealership in WVa from where my car was shipped. It had crusties in the crack where the steering wheel meets the dash, crusties in the cup holders and there were two dents in the drivers side that look like door dings. Robert, my sales rep, was mortified. He assured me that everything will be fixed at my convenience. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car. The issues are cosmetic and they are going to be fixed.

My vehicle buying experience was amazing! No haggling, quality cars and the sales representative was NOT at all your typical used car sales person. He was patient, thorough, there was no pressure and he listened to me so that we could find the perfect car for me. After I decided on an awesome vehicle he assisted me with the stuff I dread -- He called my insurance company to add my car and made sure I had shiny new permanent tags. All this, and he was genuine and nice. I dont often do this, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Enterprise Car Sales.

Generally when purchasing a used car, you have no idea what sort of maintenance it has received, but knowing that this vehicle was used as a rental and was cleaned and maintained rigorously gives me so much peace of mind. Because commission and sales are handled differently than at typical used car lots, there is no pushy used-car salesman effect, and I felt like I was in great hands.On a personal level, Jude and Steven were both very friendly, laughing at my jokes and helping me work around a restrictive budget to provide a great vehicle within range of my target monthly payment. They were very helpful and willing to transfer multiple cars to my nearest branch so I could come in for a test drive. I had initially contacted them about an 2010 Ford sedan, but walked away with a 2015 Focus hatchback with features I had considered WAY out of my price range. I had my trusted mechanic look over this car once it was in my possession (Enterprise offers a 7-day return policy!) and for the first time in my life was told Your car is in great shape and wont need any work besides maintenance for the foreseeable future. We were looking for a car and visited several lots to get an overview of the market. We later looked online and requested an online appointment to look at some of the cars at Enterprise Car Sales. We were very shortly called back and made an appointment with Tyler over the phone. When we arrived at the office we were also introduced to Johnny and Bryce. The personnel in this office are very friendly and outgoing and Tyler made what can be a difficult experience very easy as well as being a great conversationalist. I really appreciated the attention to detail even over minor things and their ability to answer a variety of questions. For example, they found out exactly what our needs were before selecting the perfect vehicle for us and also answered a plethora of questions about how to work the car accessories. They really know the product and are eager to help. In addition, Enterprises ability to offer good prices and work with a variety of lenders meant we were able to obtain a car just one year old with no money down.

This was my second purchase of a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Roanoke. They were so helpful when I needed to drive my old car to Colorado and leave it there for my son, and then fly back to Roanoke. They picked me up from the airport so that I could pick up the new car at their location. They answered all of my questions and took care of all of the details. When I had not received my new license plates, they issued me a new set of 30-day plates without questions. It was a really good experience, which was why I went back to them for my next car. :-)Well, now I have purchased my third car from Enterprise Car Sales in Roanoke, and again, they went above and beyond.
