Dropped vehicle off says greener-dayz.com

I purchased my vehicle last year in July 2020 and during that time covid had affected receiving my title which I understood. I called Berglund in November 2020 to see if they had my title ready for my vehicle and I was told they would call me back because they weren’t sure. I never received a phone call from them so I called last week and was told they had sent my title to me in the mail “certified”. I have never received anything from Berglund not even a phone call. I also had asked to see the “certified signature” because it wasn’t mine and she said she’s sorry but this is my responsibility now and I could come by and get a lien release and take care of this myself. This whole situation is very unprofessional and I will not buy another vehicle from them.

This place is the best in Roanoke They helped with my 500 Credit score which no one would help me with! I loved the customer service and great sales people Joey the account manager was great help in explaining everything I needed to know! This place is Top Notch All the negative reviews were a little scary at first but I went in was greeted with donuts and coffee! Jj Johnson one of the workers there tryied to rip me of and get me to buy a car thats worth $5000 for $10.000 . I talked to the manager to try and resolve the issue he did nothing to fix it .He told me that it would take 15 days to receive the check that this guy had stolen had to come back again with threats and slope to a real manager and she cut me a check the next day no problem needless to say some people were fired .This place is the worst ever a big rip off joke dont go there.

They are a good way to get a vehicle if someone has bad credit. They have an option for folks who cannot qualify for any kind of car loan. The down payment on a vehicle isnt too bad.

This place dont even need a 1 star period!!!! I had a car for almost 9 months, had problems with it since i had it, transmission went bad and they like to never agreed to put a transmission in due to being no warranty but also argued that it did not have any issue and actual dealership diagnosed it and i then showed them on paper that it needed new transmission, finally put new transmission in and paid $100 deductible after several times calling and telling them about my frustration about the problem, then you have Fred in service which was very ugly about several issues on the car & saying that i took it to a shop that didnt know nothing. Then 2 months later, cruise control, gas pedal and transmission messed up again, service argued that theres nothing wrong with the car, gives it back to me then it continues to do the same and stalling on me, i called back again and took the car back to them to get help fixing it, and again they say nothing is wrong with the car....THEN to find out this company is suppose to report your on time payments to the credit bureau...they wasnt which has topped it all off!! After working in this type business my self......BUT this company and business is nothing but a pure rip off, and i recommend you all to please go somewhere else for better quality cars and honest people because this business isnt honest period!!!!

Was a wonderful trip into the hood. Did my business and got out as soon as I could. And by business I mean attempting to fix a mess up on their part that lasted for 5 months just to get a letter that could have taken 5 seconds to type out and mail not hard to do.

Got a car from Berglund last May. I was down on my luck. Needed a car got tired asking friends. And they take you when they ready. I went on a bus and left in a car. Ive had some minor problems, like serpentine belt and pulley. Had get new spark plugs and starter with in the year Ive had the car. But they helped me when I needed a car most. I would recommend them.

Stopped by and looked at a vehicles and told them what I wanted in payments and they made it happen. Couldnt be happier with my wifes new ride. Thank you for helping my wife and I with our new SUV

Bought a car from them last summer. I currently moved to Florida about 7 months ago. I’ve been trying to get the copy of my title for the past 4 months in order to get my new Florida tags. They’ve been giving me the run around for awhile now. Don’t move from Virginia or out of state you’ll never get any documents you’ll need from them. You’ll just end up with a ticket for expired tags and no empathy from them. Worst company ever! So disappointed. Every time I call I get rude responses and seem to get no help. I never do google reviews but this was needed. Also when I bought my car last year I had an issue with the transmission and they claim they couldn’t fix it. It hadn’t even been 2 weeks since I had gotten the car. This place is a scam.

For anyone looking for a car, this is not the place to go. The car that we got is not worth the price we are paying for it. There is something constantly wrong with it and is not at all what we told it would be. Also, if you have direct deposit set up, cancel it. They will take out more money from your account then the contracted price and then when you call to get it corrected, they will blame you for it. On top of that, will charge you a late fee and not tell you that they have charged your account a late fee, and let it keep accruing over the months until they finally tell you its on your account. What company doesnt have an online site for you to view your account yourself? Ridiculous! Its just a huge scam, from a faulty business. Dont waste your time or your money on them, their inventory is not worth it.

Would give less if could... got a car from them 05 Nissan Altima has problems after the first 3 days car wouldn’t go in drive if it had set for over 3 hours they said it was normal in an old car took it for an oil change guy at jiffy lube pointed out to me that all the filters in the car were the wrong size took it back to them they said jiffy lube was trying to scam me told them the car was running hard they drove it said it was the best running 2.5 they had seen 2 days later the car was sitting back on there lot because it cut off on me took them 2 days to look at it called me back said it was Cadillac converter and it would cost me a cpl hundred to fix a week later I went and picked car back up and car still doing same thing so I took it back turned it back over to them an explained I need a dependable car and that was not it so 2 months later and about 30 visits to the car lot they had there car back and I went somewhere else payment were up to date.... so as of today 1 month since I turned car in my credit score has went down 100 points and they put on my credit that they had to repo car also added a fee. I called and was told that I still owe the balance on the car $9,000.00 and they are gonna take me to court and garnish my wedges... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!! They don’t even drive cars from there lot that should have been my first red flag

Never get a car from these crooks. there is a lady in the back office that will demand payments and threaten you will a law suit when you are only one payment behind. she refused to switch my due date so my payments will be on time. when I first got my Nissan Samuel said I could not make one monthly payment but a every 2 weeks payment. thats how they make their money but telling customers pay every 2 weeks than the interest kicks them in the butt. also I only had my Nissan for 2 days than the check engine light came on. they offered to fix the problem but needed my car in their shop, it took 3 days than my warranty ran out. to future customers never ever get a car from Berglund credit line you do better going to shelor motor mile or to a small car dealer in town. the car dealer located beside Berglund is better than them. I will be contacting the better business bureau and state attorney general.

Returned a truck that kept having issues only after 3 days. They did try to fix but problem was never solved. I VOLUNTARILY took truck back. They reported to my credit as involuntary which is incorrect. Better watch how they report to your credit!

If I could give a 0, I would. We were stopped in the lot as we were just going to do a drive through and look. Was typical sales of course, showed us a car within our price range. After salesman, Zachary Byrd, (he has also posted a great review on here portraying a satisifed customer) went into the office we were informed that was not the cheapest one so took us to another one we were told was in our price range. While we test drove it he was going to work the numbers and get us a great deal. We were pushed through a contract, told where to sign (all along were still thinking its the price we were told it was). After reviewing the contract after we left we see they have charged a totally different and much higher cost than what we were told so 15 minutes after leaving the lot we call and want to cancel the whole deal (Our fault we should have taken the contract to review but of course we were not made aware that was an option). We were rudely told there was nothing they could do, that all had been processed and sent to DMV And financing (keep in mind this is after 5 pm on a Friday night, we all know nothing has processed). After speaking with my lawyer he suggested that Monday I contact the financial institution they use. I was informed by Centerone Financial that they had not received anything regarding this deal. I called again at the end of the week, still nothing. Until our lawyer finalizes everything, we are stuck with these crooks. As soon as we can get away from them we are. If it wasnt going to hurt my daughters credit I would let them repossess it and not give them another dime and just be out of $1300.00 we put down. My daughter is a college student working PT to pay her tuition and we were just trying to get her something dependable, affordable and build some credit. This place completely took advantage of good people. NEVER buy anything from them. Dont even try to drive through the lot, they will literally stop in front of your car and completely screw you over.

I have had credit problems in the past but they worked thru them and now I am on my way to a better credit rating and I have an awsome new car. No more deppindin on taxis or friends to get around. My husband and myself purchased a truckIn 2016 thru Berglund Credit line after an accident.The truck was totaled after a few months and insurance payed. Leaving us with $9000 in debt and no truck. They offered no gap insurance to cover the difference.Now we pay whatever we can afford since we had to get another vehicle.I do not reccomend them.

Had a truck that was totaled back In August of 2018 and the truck was paid off 2 days later. This vehicle 6 months later is still on my credit report after multiple disputes. I would not deal with Berglund anymore. Not only did they get this truck paid off but got a brand new 2018 Camaro from the Berglund Chevy also paid off. Will be taking my company car and truck buying needs else where.

This place is a joke, do NOT buy a car from them. The car I purchased has been worked on 3 separate times and when I go to pick it up the car has the same problem that they fixed. They are unwilling to fix the actual problem and making up excuses about fixing it. If they didnt want to fix the car then they shouldnt try to sell a broken vehicle in the first place. I am BEYOND angry with this place and I would advise anyone looking for a car to go somewhere else because this place is a waste of money and time. TREY TUCKER is the finance Manger and JOEY DAVIS is the sales manager. They have no idea what they are doing and will NOT cooperate with anyone.

I bought a truck from these lairs and after I paid it off I didnt think nothing about the gps or kill switch that Berglund had added to the truck,a year later my truck had a dead battery no big deal went and got a new battery put it in hit the key and nothing happened all the lights in the dash lit up but when I hit the key it was like it didnt have a battery in it,so I called a friend who works on cars at another Chevy dealer he said he had the same problem with his truck and it was the starter and his truck was the same make as mine. so I got a new starter put that in and got the same results as before I WAS STARTING TO GO NUTS come to find out it was the gps after I had to have it towed to a repair shop and pay them to fix the truck.So I called Ray Dalton and told him about it after I emailed the BBB and he flat out said no way could the gps or (remote start)cause the problem but after the shop by-passed it the truck started I told Ray Dalton to make it right or I would seek different venues and all he did was basically laughed in my face.SO DONT BUY A CAR FROM BERGLUND CREDIT LINE

I was. Only giving one option the lady really pressuered me into a contract. For a car that was honestly ready to be sold. it was dirty, there was a huge whole in the floor of the car. Right where the gas is thats she knew about and never mentioned. And also the check engine light turned on the very same day i bought it. When i tryed to take the car back she said no the very same day not even two hours later really !!!!! Very poor customer service. Very unhappy to stay the least.
