I went to this dealership expecting to look at something similar to what I wanted, not only was I able to do so but they helped me find exactly what I wanted. My salesman was David he was great and his manager Keith as well! I told them the price range I wanted to stay in they did just that and they met all my needs for what I wanted in a vehicle. Obviously you will have to wait a few hours before everything get all wrapped up but these guys will do just that! I had went and test drove several different vehicles from various dealerships and decided I wanted a Nissan Rogue. I decided to service my vehicle before it needed it and came in for my appointment on the 3rd of February and had to wait an additional hour because the staff at the service center forgot about my vehicle. It all ended well I was given a credit for my windshield wipers which was 50 dollars and went on my way happily. Ill be back in March to get brake fluid changed. First Team is a great place to buy vehicles and this is my second vehicle from them. My next will be too!!!

Had a recall and needed an inspection, quickly repaired, and completed inspection, great customer service!

Bought a new Impreza here in December of 2020; that part was fine. A few months later, I had a minor collision with a deer and decided the best place to take the car to be serviced was back to the dealership. I was completely wrong. Right away they seemed to do everything to make the experience as bad as possible. Attempting to schedule dropping off the car was a headache that took nearly a week of them giving me a run-around for whatever reason. Finally get the car there, insurance gets the estimate the next day, the shop says it should be fixed in about a week. I made a few attempts to get an update on the repairs but every time I’d call in, a grouchy woman would just immediately transfer me to a line that never would be answered and, despite leaving messages asking for a return call, no one ever got back to me. Finally they call me saying the repairs will be done by the end of the day (on Friday). I didn’t have the time to get there that day so I waited until the following Monday. When I get there, they tell me my car isn’t ready, it needs to be reassembled, and, in a very condescending manner, denied ever calling me saying the car would be ready three days prior. As I am leaving, I go around the back of the building and find my car, fully assembled. I go back in, tell them what I saw, and I’m told I’m wrong. Finally the receptionist talks to a mechanic who then confirms that the car is ready. I pay and am ready to leave when they tell me they need to wash it first because it got dirty in the shop. I tell them I’d just like to be on my way, I’d rather wash it myself. They say ok and that someone is going to bring the car around front. After waiting for 20 minutes, the car finally shows up, turns out they washed it anyways (although it wasn’t washed well). I get the car home and I start finding all sorts of issues: small imperfections in the paint where they resprayed, a white stain on the passenger seat, the headlight housing isn’t seated properly, damaged pieces from a replaced part were left inside the bumper cover, an area of the bumper that needed more paint wasn’t even touched, and a previously undamaged part of the bumper cover (on the opposite side of the impact) now has a large white mark and paint missing. In short, the customer service is every bit as terrible as the repair quality. A one-star review feels far too generous for this pathetic excuse of a shop.

Tracy Meador is an outstanding sales associate. She made the sales process very smooth and even stayed late to finish the paperwork for the 2021 Genesis GV80. She delivered the vehicle to my office on her day off and went over the features in detail.I already knew First Team Hyundai to have an excellent service department and now I can remain with a great company for service on the new vehicle.

Bought my car almost 10 weeks ago with a cancelled GAP insurance payment through First team. They have done nothing but give me a run around, no one seems to know where this payments is supposed to come from. Customer service has been so poor, no one answers their phones, and no returned emails.

Oil changes for the life of your vehicle that you purchase from them. And they are very quick doing it to. They >>service all makes and models of vehicles for a small price. Job done very well!

I had a check engine light on. 2 codes came up. I was told it would probably take 3 or 4 hours. It only took 3 hours to complete the work. I was very pleased with the service. Mike Adams was awesome as always.

No haggle low prices are nice and bring you in, but you have to add freight, which can be over $1000 and $697 processing/paperwork title fees. Add $1700 to any advertised price you see. Horatio is great.
