BUYER BEWARE#####BUYER BEWAREAli, Muhammed and Clique are crooks. They sold me a Toyota Sequoia that was doctored to hide a frame that had sever damage,. See photosI gave them the chance to make it right but they insisted to hide behind the VA law that allow them to sell something AS IS,. So once you drive off the lot they got you. I suggest if you test drive a car from them have it throughly checked out by a mechanic. My mechanic informed they used bondo and paint to hide the damage. see pics. These guys have no moral or ethical code other than get the money,. The quality of the vehicle means nothing to them. Sad because they claim to be people of faith. When I looked under the vehicle initially it looks fine, but by the time I returned home the paint and bondo had fallen out because they just painted on top of rust.

This place is AMAZING! The team was patient and friendly. They stay open after closing hours to assure I got the car I wanted. I got the Audi A4 of my dreams at a great price! Highly recommend buying from these amazing people!

Do not go here. I went to look at a car that seem like a great deal. When I arrive to look at the car, I was promptly greeted and given the key. So the customer service so far was pretty good. Then when I looked inside the car, when I open the door, I was almost knocked to the ground. The entire inside of the vehicle was moldy and mildewy smelling. It was an absolute nightmare of a smell. I immediately took the key back to the guy and was going to leave and not even say anything about it. Then he asked me what I thought of the car. I told him it looks good but It was mildewy. He said oh, that’s not mildew, that’s just because we detailed the inside of the vehicle. Interesting how you could see where the leak was coming from on the back glass, and the inside of the vehicle was dirty. Strange.

The people at Best Roanoke Auto Sales Inc. are good people. We had an issue which is why my previous review was bad however after some negotiations we came to an agreement that resolved my issue. Thank you for all your help to the director of this business and I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest place to purchase a quality car.

This place is amazing. The man that worked with us was so polite and understamding and he was so nice. He worked with us due to our card not allowing us to pull the full amount off in 1 day. Run, dont walk away from this dealership. My daughter was purchasing a car to drive to college. She payed cash upfront and the guy said she would get the title in a few days by FedEx. When she left the lot with the vehicle, the engine light came on 20 mins up the road. It was too late to drive to the lot because the car was purchased next to closing time. Only having the car a day, it was leaking fluids. We called the dealership, they wanted us to pay $500 to purchase a warranty. We had a mechanic look over the vehicle and found numerous other problems with this vehicle. We even consulted with a Ford Dealership. They said that we had been sold a lemon. Numerous calls to the dealership and they did nothing.On top of being sold a lemon. We went get tags to the vehicle with the paperwork we were given. We were told that we needed the title to get tags. The vehicle was purchased at the end of July and the 30 day tags expire Aug 26. This place is not good. My daughter had to leave for college without a vehicle and we cant even get tags because we are still waiting on a title.

I bought a 2008 Chevy Impala from them only to discover it needed $1,600.00 worth of work. Now the check engine light is on. I am furious. Im quite sure they knew the car had issues. Dont let their friendliness fool you. I would not recommend them.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. I had the worst sales experience with this bussiness. Saw a car i liked online, drove a hour to their location expecting to purchase it or maybe another vehicle on their lot. I gave them cash for a car i liked, did all the paperwork, and paid for insurance...only to have the sales rep increase the price of the car before giving me the title🤬. Not to mention they had already went up on the price before completing paperwork. The price went from 5,500 to 7,300 in minutes. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone, but if youre interested in making a purchase with them, i would be extremely cautious!

You ever just feel like being ripped off, lied to, and extorted go to Best Roanoke Auto Sales. This is the first place ive ever been to where i had an experience bad enough to actually want to share my experience and leave a review. My Fiance wanted to purchase a vehicle from this lot and the first sales person was polite. the issue occurred when he had to get his manager on the phone to help him complete the paper work for the vehicle she was intending to purchase full in cash. when his manager got there we were finshing up with the title and 30 day tags. at this point the manager begins to act as if there is a problem. he tells us, after paying for the car, he made a mistake on the price of the vehicle and it was actually 300 dollars more for the vehicle and if we could pay the extra 300 we could leave with the car. Woah. Woah Woah. yes, you read that correctly he added 300 dollars onto the price of the vehicle after we already were finished with the paper work. when we refused to payed the extra 300 dollars he began to try basically extort us for the 300 dollars. we made them rip up the paper work took our several thousand dollars back off the table literally, and left them with a few choice words.

I would stay away from this at all costs. This place sold my sister an absolute potato of a car with a blown head gasket. They then refused to do nothing to make it right, even though this whole thing took place within three days.
