I took my BMW in to diagnose a noise coming from the front wheels, noise increased with speed, but not with increased throttle. I also asked for the couple hundred dollar inspection. I received a cool inspection with a few photos I was able to look at on my phone. But I had to ask what the noise from the wheel area was, they said I needed a new tire, that it had a flat spot on one tire, but couldn’t show me. It sounded weird, but I went and bought new tires, with no change in the noise. The tire shop couldn’t find a flat spot either.So I took it to another mechanic a few days later and had my alternator replaced. This mechanic tells me I have worn wheel bearings and should be replaced ASAP because they are making a lot of noise. Noise solved. Disappointed that they couldn’t diagnose a simple wheel bearing.

An appointment to this establishment was setup because of the overwhelming positive reviews--Im glad I did. Everyone from the owner, service advisors, and technicians all the way to the guy that washes your vehicle upon completion--are an absolute pleasure to deal with.Automobile maintenance is a necessity with German engineering. As preventive maintenance came around the corner, I needed an engine coolant and brake fluids flush; as required. These guys offer premium services without premium pricing.

Taylor an Co. did a wonderful job with my 2013 Mini Cooper S. They managed to fit me in a busy day and get the inspection done along with all the repairs.Upon inspection they send a list of recommended fixes via text message categorized by urgency and the associated price that you can accept or decline.All in all it was a fluid experience and I would highly recommend!

Came here for the first time bc i needed a new mechanic and they had alot of really good reviews. They did not dissapoint! Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgable and Tracy was really able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable with what they were doing. Bruce and Ashley were great also and even Gavin the technician was super cool too. I came in for an oil change and they gave my car a complimentary 67 point inspection which i was able to receive via text message. They even gave me $50 off for checking in on yelp and washed my car for me!!! All around a great shop run by some great people. Ill def be using them exclusively from now. Dont forget to try the cookies!

I got an oil change and vehicle inspection here and that was done well. HOWEVER after I received the diagnostics, they told me I needed a lot of work, no big deal if I needed it. But the rep tried to push a transmission service thats $1,300 that I had gotten done elsewhere a couple of months ago. I let him know my mechanic had performed that service (we have records) and the rep insisted that it hadnt been done and I needed to get it done. He also said I needed a new tire that the BMW dealership had advised needed to be replaced in a couple of months; but the rep made it sound urgent and dangerous (fear selling tactics). He said he couldnt get the tire in until next week, and I told him that oddly enough BMW has the most competitive rates on my tires. He asked me to find out how much they were and report back to him so he can price and shop his tires accordingly. And the kicker after I didnt agree to additional services was that he told me: if you have a mechanic, why didnt you have him perform the oil change and vehicle inspection? He should be able to do that. Terrible service and pushy on unnecessary things.

I’ve been coming to Taylor for many years, feel that they have always been fair and honest with me, And that’s the ‘most’ important thing when owning a BMW. Bruce the owner & his daughter Hester are very personable. I was referred to Taylor Co by a relative. I was very please with the service. The digital recap inspection is really comprehensive and specific and gave me an excellent overview of the condition of the car. I was able to approve specific repairs and defer other repairs. I came in to get my bmw 3 series checked out and the manager Mike clearly explained all the issues with my car. I was very pleased with the service. It’s more on the expensive side, but they do use all OEM parts unlike other indy shops and customer service is great. I highly recommend them.

They quickly diagnosed my issue and a plan for needed repair. Unfortunately it was a warranty issue so we have to go through thd dealer. Fortunately they did no try to get me to do things that would have resulted in kug of pocket expenses. Very friendly and pro customer attitude. Will be returning for all non-warranty issues.

I had to recently take my vehicle in for brake service and a few other recommended services. The total price was more than I wanted to put on a credit card and have to pay interest on. Taylor Co is associated with a company that offers a credit account for automotive services...and whats even better is the credit company gives you 6 months to pay off the balance with no interest!! Our family has been using their services for many years. From our 7 series and mini to our newer BMW, they have always provided us with exemplary service.Servicing these vehicles is always more expensive than many other brands because of their specificity, and still their service fees are very reasonable. They offer wonderful communication and even use a vehicle inspection summary that is messaged to clients at the end of their vehicles visit.They offer a free inspection for first time vehicle visits and also will communicate with warranty centers to see if a vehicles warranty will cover some costs.We highly recommend their services and are glad to have found a trustworthy, certified bmwand mini mechanic.

I have recently serviced my 2015 M3 with 19k on odometer. The service I have received was excellent. On top of it all, the charge was reasonable in comparison to local dealerships and other BMW specialized shop. I am planning to take my other cars there for oil change in between a scheduled (free) service at dealership. As we plan to keep our cars for a long while, Taylor will be the only place that will service them.

Great quality work just suuuuper expensive got quoted $400 just to replace spark plugs, geesh! BMW doesn’t even charge that much. Other than that I will always bring my car here for work that I can’t do myself. So 5 stars even with the outrageous spark plug price because even if I did go down that road I know there is a lifetime warranty and I will be taken care of. But since I’m capable of changing the spark plugs myself I will just save $300 and do them myself

Taylor Co offers the best service I have ever had with any mechanical shops or body shops. They are very patient and detailed with everything. They sent me a diagnostic test via text and it explained what was checked and what needs serviced. They explained everything I needed to know patiently (I know nothing about cars) and offered suggestions on what should be fixed first. No pressured sales! They even offered Lyft service while my car is serviced, car wash service, and left us See’s candy in the car when car was ready. I know those are little things but it sure made me feel special. I have had my cars serviced here on numerous occasions and have always received excellent service, the staff is very professional. I am always leery about mechanics, but at Taylor BMW I trust them wholeheartedly with providing me the best service and reasonable prices. I can usually drop my car off in the morning without an appointment and the work is completed by the end of the day. The staff at Taylor BMW is very knowledgeable and many times can tell me exactly what the problem is when I bring the car in for service. I recently went to the BMW dealer to have my 2014 BMW 535i serviced. The dealer identified that a rodent has chewed through a wire under my car. The dealer quoted me 4 hours labor to repair the wire for a grand total of $650. I shopped around, and found Taylor BMW in Pomona. Its right off the 210 free near Claremont. I made an appointment, and I was greeted by a warm friendly staff in a very clean shop. They were very prompt with their diagnosis, and found that the repair would take less than 1 hour of labor. I had my car back, and I was on the road within an hour, for about $100 bucks. These guys obviously know what they are doing, and they are fair and honest. I know now I have found a shop that I can trust with all my BMW needs, and not feel threaten to pay the BMW rates at the dealer.Thank you Nick and team. I was overly impressed with your work and all the staff at the shop. Ill definitely be a return customer.

Bruce runs a first-class operation that provides better service at significantly lower prices than a BMW dealer. Weve had Taylors service our 530i ever since the 4-year BMW warranty (and its so-called free maintenance) expired. In 6 years of taking care of our BMW, Taylors only had one maintenance error, and when it occurred, Bruce personally apologized and made good on it right away. To put the pricing question into perspective, our 10-year-old 530 needed motor mounts and we took it to Taylors today. Taylors price was $840 using BMW parts and a lifetime warranty. I called the BMW dealer just to see what they would charge, and after the dealers voice-recording delays and a 20-minute wait on the phone, they told us the exact same job would be $1,455. Taylor BMW is a quality operation and a fine business.

Came in to have my 7-months old battery checked due to low battery level warning on my 2009 Mini Cooper. Since the battery was purchased and installed at Taylor & Co., I brought the car back thinking that it may be defective, or worse yet a bad alternator. Best news yet was when Bruce, the shop owner, told me that it was due to the low miles driven on the car and it all needed was a battery tender. So instead, I had the oil change done on the car. And with the $50 shop coupon, it was good deal. Thanks Bruce.

Ive been a customer of Taylor BMW for over ten years now. John and his team took care of my 2003 525 until it was totaled in a rear-end collision recently. These past few months Nick has been a valued member of a group of people who have helped me find a replacement BMW. I went in a couple of times and phone him more than once, asking his advice or seeking an answer to a question. He was never too busy to help. Finally I found a car, a 2011 535. (It took months because I wanted a manual transmission and a color combination that was something other than grays and blacks, low mileage, and at a good price.) I bought it from Beepi, a new on-line buying service, which I highly recommend, and took it in to Taylor BMW for a pre-purchase inspection. Nick, John, and the rest of the guys went over the car thoroughly, test drove it, and gave it a big thumbs-up, which means real peace of mind for me. Nick then printed me a schedule of the upcoming maintenance on the car--the first of which is almost a year away, and spent more time further familiarizing me with various features of the car. This car is beyond its original BMW warranty, but the upside for me is that I know whatever maintenance it needs in the future, I will be in good hands taking it to Taylor BMW. In fact, one of the downsides of buying a car that was BMW Certified was that Id have to drive to Ontario or Monrovia for service. I dont know those guys like I do the staff of Taylor BMW and so, even though Ill have out-of-pocket costs, Id rather pay them than have someone I dont know service my car. I look forward to many more years doing business with Taylor BMW. They simply are the best in terms of knowledge, skills, and customer service.

No check on power steering fluid. 1 week after the service light went on and went again. They told me other services need to be done for $1300.00
