When I went to pick up my truck I was greeted with no problems at all by a lovely lady who was so beautiful and the staff that assisted me with getting my truck out were great did I say the girl in the front at the window was gorgeous beautiful oh and the service was great I had no problems nothing was taking out of my truck like previous places my car has been impounded and theyre really hospitable everybody was great fast efficient did I mention the lovely woman at the window gorgeous great service shes beautiful s&j good tow company great tow company Im about to get my car impounded again just so I can go see that lovely lady at the window

This tow truck company ruined my parking sensor on my truck . They need to hire employees who know how to properly hook up a truck to their tow truck without damaging it.

Whomever hired the unprofessional girl behind the counter probably should slap themselves...That girl needs to GO, i mean she was so rude when I went to swap a battery out covered thru warranty. She refused to believe i dont have to pay, and by the time she caught onto the transaction, wisdom led me out the door and to ANY other place that didnt provoke me to such rage! STAY AWAY

I called AAA and they contracted the job out to S&J Services. I am very happy that they did. Rafael came out quickly to handle our situation. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our battery, replaced it, and answered all the questions and concerns I had. These are the moments that make you appreciate your AAA membership.

My car was in there for 24hrs and somehow they took all my Air fresheners, took my febreze Ac clips off, and even took some detailing spray. Didnt know they had to go through your car and take stuff. Not cool #smhrats

Typical tow yard. They towed my DA when i got pulled over one time and even tho the car was dropped in front didnt do any damage. Id say good

I don’t advice anyone to work with this towing truck company they tell you a price and charge you a different price and the drivers are very aggressive

Needed a tow. They were great and fast. If you car breaks down in the Pomona-Claremont I would definitely suggest them. Couldnt ask for a better driver. :) thanks for the tow!

Theyre just doing there job....and doing it well.

One employee of this place hit my truck on the left rear wheel on the 10 east, 15 north ramp. After a few phone calls and emailed pictures the coward owner does not answer or return my calls. This is a company that displays the AAA logo and is recommended by them as well which i dont understand why if they are so dishonest.

They damage the front my my truck was towed Saturday3/7/2020and got it out Monday 3/9/2020 and they dent the front of my hood have a video before my vehicle got towed Saturday difenely didnt have that dent in my hood of my truck but they dont say nothing there but to pay to release my truck there quick to charge
