I actually had the same repair done on the opposite axle boot a few years back, and it was more than double the cost and time at the dealership. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done before close which was super helpful for me. He did a great job and I most definitely will be going back.

I have long been a fan and owner of Volkswagens and in all the years and trying mechanics these are the guys that get VW guys. They helped us get my son’s Beetle running just in time for him to get to drive it after being gone for 2 years. They know the details of the variations of different VW’s and are willing to talk about what you have going on. They also do the work right at appropriate prices. If you have a VW or an Audi this is the place for you.

When my clutch blew on my 2013 Golf R, it was a daunting thing taking it to a new VW/AUDI shop, i hadn’t been to, to do a critical job. before i went, the prices for clutch jobs online say that they range from $1000- $4000, so i was pretty nervous about the cost, and if i could trust this shop i didn’t know. BUT, when i went to drop it off, i knew i trusted Wes right away. he gave me assurance that the job could be done correctly. We could both talk cars, and he sure knows his stuff. and when the time came to pickup the car a couple days later, he showed me the service report, and told me everything he did, and how much he charged for each. there’s way too many shops that charge for unnecessary jobs, but this was not the case. Wes did what was needed to be done, and didn’t do the jobs he just wanted an extra penny from. with as hard of a job it was to do my car, and how many other Audi and VW mechanics charge, i feel totally confident in using this shop again. Wes knows his cars, and he surely knows how to get the cars back on the road SAFETLY.

READ THIS!These guys displayed extraordinary integrity and honesty by declining to perform an expensive repair on my car that turned out to be unnecessary after they cleaned the engine and discovered the real problem. They could have done the job anyway and billed me and I would have never known any better. Ill be a customer for life.

Very honest people! Brought my car in twice although the last time i brought it in wasn’t good news they still do their best and are very honest.

Performed diagnostic for a check engine light and told me it would be about $1700 repair for parts and labor.OEM parts online would be $250 total (dealership price: $450), when they would have been $1,200 here all together.Dont trust these guys. If anything get a second opinion.

I recently had some service done on my car assuming that it would be cheaper than the dealer, it wasnt. I checked, and they charged me about $100 more than the dealer for one service item and the other I felt was too aggressively suggested and I thought it was overly priced as well. I cannot recommend them.

Took my Audi Q5 in because the check engine light was on. They got me in the morning and were able to work on my car in great time. Unfortunately the check engine light came back on but they were understanding and got me back in the shop. Nice staff, would recommend

Colby was awesome! I had a car that I was interested in purchasing sent to them to be inspected. Colby called me afterward with a very detailed, legitimate report. Colby gave me his honest opinion on the vehicle and answered all questions and concerns that I had. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to take the car to them to perform the necessary repairs, but I’m grateful their thorough inspection saved me from purchasing a vehicle that could’ve caused me many problems.

Tried to rip me off on price of battery. Didnt work. He wanted $250 for the same battery they sell at OReillys that they sell for $100 and put in for free.---Funny that you say you dont sell cheap batteries because when I asked for the brand of battery you wanted to put in my car it turned out to be the exact same brand that they sell at Oreillys. NICE TRY!

I have no idea who is giving these guys 5 star reviews, but it is totally wrong. Their work is way overpriced and very questionable. They took a part off my car and didnt put it back (or tell me about it). They quoted $980 for an engine oil leak. I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and the problem was fixed for $55. Ive lost respect for the google review system because of this business

Ive been taking my vw here for years, and the trust theyve built with me is phenomenal. I dont know how many times theyve accurately told me I dont need to get a service done when I was paranoid. Theyre not in it for the money, they do great work and stand by it if something isnt right.

Very satisfied with the work Ive had done here on my 2011 Audi S5. I couldnt believe I wasnt charged anything to have these guys take a look at a stabilization check engine fault id had for a couple weeks. They were very thorough in explaining the problem and considerate in recommending the most cost effective solution. Very satisfied and will be coming back with my future cars.

Wes seems like a very honest man. He told me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me a very fair estimate. The best repair shop Ive ever found. I wouldnt ever take my VW (or Audi if I had one) anywhere else. They will always give estimates for the work before they perform it and will give you a list of anything else that is wrong with your car. Their prices are great and they always do a great job and never pressure you into something you dont need. I cant say enough good things about them.

On a friends recommendation, we have been bringing our 99 Audi to the German Auto Shop for 2 1/2 years and weve never been disappointed.Wes has always been straightforward with us and very fair in his prices - but not only that, he goes the extra mile even when he doesnt have to; he has fixed up a sagging bumper without even a mention, made our remote entry system work at no charge and theres probably more that Ive forgotten.Its never thrilling to need work done on your car, but its great to have found a place that gives us peace of mind when that does happen.We definitely recommend the German Auto Shop.

Absolutely phenomenal. I am new to the German car world with a Jetta TDI and they have been so helpful. I never felt pressured, or like I was being duped. They answered all my questions and helped me get to know my car even better. I needed some pretty hefty work done and they gave me prices that when I researched, were VERY reasonable and competitive. They even helped me decide what I should do now, and what I could wait on till I had the funds to do the rest. This is certainly my one stop shop for my amazing car.

These guys are amazing. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, they work quickly and will honestly tell you what your car needs and doesnt need. I had them do the DSG service on my MK6 GTI and it was nowhere near as expensive as everyone says online. They tell you the prices up front and break it down to show what theyre working on and how much it all costs. A+, I highly recommend this shop and Ill definitely be back at my next service interval. Best auto repair service I have EVER received! And as a VW owner, I have been to several mechanics. Heres the scoop:1) Both times I scheduled an appointment with them, they serviced my car exactly when they said they would.2) They actually showed me what what was wrong and explained what caused the failure.3) They taught me about car issues unique to my model.4) Though probably not typical, they fixed a problem using an extra part they had at their shop and didnt charge for it or the labor.Ultimately, they dont seem like the typical mechanics that prey on your ignorance about cars. They teach you and fix ACTUAL problems at a low price.

I have taken my Volkswagen Jetta in a couple of different times for things including a clutch, coolant leak, and brake fluid leak.They have treated me extremely well and had great prices. Most of the repairs I couldnt have gotten the parts alone for what they charged. I will take my Volkswagen no where else!

They did a full check of my car and gave me a wonderful printed sheet and then showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. They were very considerate of my needs and my time schedule.By the way, the full check was for free.

I had a suspicion I was getting ripped off by my mechanic so I took my car here for a second opinion. Turns out I was right, they fixed the problem for a third the price and in a tenth of the time the other place cost me. They were honest, pleasant, and professional and explained everything to me in detail. Im never taking my Jetta anywhere else. Loved it!

German Auto Shop did it again! You cant find a better mechanic! Its been over a year since Id had my car worked on by Wes and it finally came time to get a few repairs done. The day I called in he had time on his schedule to fix it. Not only did he do a good job of fixing a few broken sensors but get this.... this is the kicker. The drivers side window roller downer thinger (not sure what its called) has been broken for a long time. I havent repaired it so therefore I havent been able to roll down my window for a long, long time. I know, I know, I should have taken care of this a long time ago. Thats beside the point.I get my car back from Wes and the freakin stud just replaced it for free. He apparently went to the Junk yard about a year ago and saw a part that I needed, he thought of me and my car, picked up the part and has been hanging onto it for the last year. Then I finally show up and he replaces it without me asking or without me paying for it. WHAT KIND OF MECHANIC IS THAT COOL THAT THEY WOULD FIND A PART FOR YOU, HOLD ONTO IT FOR A YEAR, AND THEN REPLACE IT FOR FREE!!!!!!. Im telling you these guys are awesome! Im tempted to buy another VW or Audi just because my Mechanic only works on those cars. This just happened yesterday so Im still on high from his service AND MY WINDOW WORKS!
