The best mechanics around. There work was excellent. My Vehicle was done when they said it would be done. Willing to work with you on price so that you can get the best price possible. They will do what ever it takes to get your vehicle done on time. I brought in my 2013 Toyota Camry to have the front passenger bearing replaced. When they took it off the bearing was seized. So they couldn’t remove it. So they had to replace the knuckle that the bearing sets into. The only place they found one was in west valley. So they sent one of there mechanics to go pick it up.So my car could be done when they said it was to be done . They finished up right at closing time. They even stayed after so that I could get down to there shop to pick up my car. You couldn’t ask for better and honest mechanics.

I have been bringing my truck to this shop for a several years. Tires, brakes, alignment and oil changes! Todd and the team are always honest and do the job right the first time! I’m not from the area but was heading out from UT to MI that day but was pretty sure I needed new brakes and/or rotors. I came in right when they opened and they got me in without an appointment. My van’s rotors just needed resurfacing, so they did the job and I was on my way in a little over an hour!! My van works great and no problems at all. I was so grateful I could get the work done. I was a little late in getting my registration. They are On the SPOT renewal service for registration. I called in the morning and they said theyd fit me in. I went an hour later. After a half hour inspection, I had my 2022 sticker. The person in the office was pleasant and helpful. A good service.

I purchased new brakes from Certified and they installed them. I returned home and the brakes squeaked in reverse as I added pressure to my brakes plus it grinds when I came to a forward stop. I took it back and they said it is fixed now and said I needed some e-brake work, they charged me and it still squeaked. I brought in again to fix the squeak, they looked at it again and said it needed some cleaning; they charged me more. I took it home and it still squeaked. I brought it back the third time, they fixed it again (supposedly) but it still squeaks. I gave up! I brought my vehicle in on three separate occasions to fix the same problem and it’s still squeaks. I guess I need to take it to a shop that is more competent. They are very courteous though.

My car kept having tire sensor problems but they were able to fix it and keep it working dispute my problems. Great service and nice people.

By far MOST UNDERRATED tire shop in town! After getting several estimates for new tires, these guys got me new tires for almost $200 less then everyone else in town! You guys are awesome! And I love the tires!

They did great in replacing my tires and helping with emissions. However they never parked my car in gear and they’d leave the key in the ignition... and it also looked like they broke a clip on a panel inside my car when checking for emissions. It still closes but now it’s loose. I don’t think I’ll be going back after that.

They gave me the estimate I needed on my vehicle and were friendly and I believe would do great work as their reviews.I was disappointed that they seemed to ignore the safety precautions needed to protect themselves and their customers from the pandemic. There was nothing posted about customers needing masks and the customers that came in took them off.

Todd and his team have been doing work on my vehicles over the years and I have to say that there is no auto shop I can trust more! These guys are on the ball and they always do what is best for the customer and not squeezing every penny.Just this last visit, among the things that my daughters Honda CRV needed was the replacement of 2 lights, which was the smallest of the issues she had fixed. It came about that when my daughter went to pick it up the lights werent done, but Todd and team were right on top of it and replaced them in minutes without charging us for them. Thats the integrity we all want from the people with whom we do business!

Unfortunately, my wife’s car had received a flat tire coming home from St. George which resulted in having RoadSide service replace the flat with the spare tire near Beaver. However, she had to be in Salt Lake the very next morning by 10:00am. So, I arrived at Certified Tire & Service @ 8:00am to have it repaired. Thanks to their awesome quick service, Darin and Todd were very friendly and helpful in understanding the issue and their staff had the flat repaired and car ready to roll in about 30 minutes. I wouldn’t trust our car repairs to anyone else!

Trustworthy and affordable- would never take my car anywhere else!I brought my car in for a second opinion on an issue I had been quoted a very high price to fix (replacing entire power steering rack) by another mechanic. They inspected the car and found that the majority of what the other mechanic had told me I needed replaced was perfectly fine, and it was only one hose with a leak which they could replace easily!They also did a thorough inspection and took care of several other misc issues with the car (new tires, wheel bearing, new spark plugs, fixed and defogged lights, air filter, etc) and had it in great shape before a cross country road trip I was about to take. The best part? They did ALL of this work at a FRACTION of the cost that that other mechanic had quoted me just to take care of ONE thing! I wish all mechanics were as trustworthy and helpful as this crew

Told them I needed this car ready to drive to Florida and they absolutely did their best to make sure to fix only what was needed to be done and get it all good within 24 hours to drive across the entire country. Phenomenal at such a demanding request that was so urgent.

I felt like they respected my time and wallet. Prices were reasonable and they seemed trustworthy. I had a couple service recommendations from the dealership which apparently weren’t all actually necessary, so I appreciated the second opinion. Also, their time estimate was spot on.

I needed a tire repair and Certified Tire was able to quickly get it done with quality work. If you need tire work they will help you out too!!

This was the second time in for the same error code. It did not even use a quarter of a tank before the problem reoccurring. Took almost a week to repair this time and about the same the 1st time. Price for the repair was too high. $480.00 the first and another $50.00 the second time. Hope it is fixed now

I called today around 3:10 pm to ask if they had availability for an oil change. I was informed if I got there before 4:30pm they would be able to service my car. Unfortunately, after driving 10 min to get to the store I was told that they were too busy to help me.I about cried because I had make sure to call first and to make babysitting arrangements for my kids just for this oil change.There wasn’t much empathy shown by the store rep either, I just god a flat “we work on a first come first serve basis” . I wish he had told me when I first called instead of offering me an empt promise.

Todd and the guys are super awesome. I decided to change my own CV axles on my fj cruiser and wanted someone to check over my repairs. Todd noticed that one of the CV axles was faulty so I just had them replace it! They were really easy to work with and got everything done a day earlier than what they had said! It was a lot easier to just have them do it than do it myself!

I brought my then in without an appointment just after opening time and told the employee what was wrong with my car. He told me they could get it in and would let me know diagnostic within an hour. Just 20 minutes later they were done and they didnt even charge me! Turns out it was just putting air in the tires and resetting the dashboard light.weve been to certified tire many times, and have always been happy with their service!

When I got in I verified the exact tires, what was included, and the price for all of it. They agreed and then they didn’t have the tires and had to “lower” the price to fit what it was agreed upon. They had me wait three hours before I called to get an update to tell me anything. They said they were waiting for the tires to be delivered which still were not the ones I verified with the front desk. The service desk guy was demeaning, rude, and not helpful. I also asked for a print out of the info with the warranty details on it. He only gave me a “detailed” receipt that literally had nothing to do with the warranty. It also showed labor and all was free but that the tires were 83 each for one of the cheapest tires there are. Would have been nice if they listened and didn’t just blindly lead/agree. Manager reached out and advised about the printed receipt and wasn’t exactly helpful either. It’s all figured out now but would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

I want to give them a good review, but after having my brand new tires mounted less than 3 months ago, and putting normal wear on the tires, all four of my 4Runner tires kept leaking and going flat. I finally decided I would take it to a Big O and figure it out that way. Turns out they completely wrecked my tires mounting them, I’m sure they know what they’re doing but maybe they went too fast because my rim of the tires had chunks of tire missing!!! On brand new tires!!!$1000 later and I’m riding new tires from Big O. Didn’t think that a $40 mounting service would be so expensive in the end 😩

These guys are awesome! Fast, honest, reasonably priced and, best of all, they never recommend work if its not needed. They have a really cool text messaging system to keep you informed of recommended repairs along with the exact cost. You can choose to accept or deny the work directly through the text service (no akward conversations with the front desk, no confusing prices or hidden fees). All the guys are super friendly and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

I thought it might be the starter because O’Reilly Auto Parts tested the battery and said it was OK. After having to jump start it 2 more times I took it to Certified and they found that the battery had a bad cell and needed to be replaced. Great job Certified!

Weve been bringing our cars to Certified for nearly 30 years! We buy our tires from them (but they last a long time because of free alignment and rotation when you do). Theyre honest, hard working, priced well and will explain anything you have questions about. Theyre always busy so show up early.

I needed my snow tires installed on my car, as well as two new snow tires to replace a previously damaged snow tire. I was able to call for an appointment and get right in, in spite of the fact that the shop was very busy. I am always treated very well by Steve, Todd, Mike and Daron. Steve remembered that I had a problem with one of my snow tires last December and told me that he would check on the possibility of a discount on the new tires. The shop has a nice app to keep people informed of the status of the work being done on their car--along with a photo of the car.
