Best service ever from Rudy, Ty, and Hodge. Even after telling them I didnt want to rush them and that I didnt need to be in today, Rudy made sure to find time for me immediately and added the, I work on your time and made me feel welcome there, while adding in a bunch of laughs and good jokes. Definitely my go-to dealership and this experience has solidified my decision to buy from Honda Monarch again when I upgrade to a bigger bike. 10/10.

I chose Monarch over my regular shop because they had shorter wait times and gave me a similar quote on a fork rebuild. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, but due to a miscommunication with the parts department I walked out the door spending $120 more than what I was quoted. Next time Ill stick with Rustys in Provo and just wait a little longer with the peace of mind that I know what Ill be paying for a service.

The sails guy actually helped us find what is right for us he came out and talked to us about what we would use it for. we bought a the pioneer 700 and a cr50 so far we have had a blast on them and they are great for everything we use them for

I came in for a scheduled oil change and was so unlucky to get to work with Scott west, one of the service advisors he was completely unprofessional, rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge me... all this came after I said I was using a coupon they mailed me, after he offered me the advantage package and realized he wasn’t making commission off me... I will never come back to this location again just because of him I’m sorry He finds his job so unpleasant that he has to ruin someone’s Saturday... I’ve been going to Honda for the past 5 years.. thanks but no thanks. Not again
