My girlfriend came to you guys for an oil change and to get new tires. You also suggested she did an alignment so she did all the above. After 10k miles she came back for an oil change and you guys tell her she needs new tires and an alignment. She told you to go fly a kite as she should. Then last Friday she came in for an oil change and once again you guys are telling her she needs new tires! You have no idea how upsetting this is that you continue to try and take advantage of people that dont know. You guys are a joke and shell never be back to your shop

Great service! Had a tire blow out and they were able to get me in quickly and take care of things. Dennis at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

The Service Department at Ken Garff Volkswagen- Orem has taken great care of my wife and daughter both times that they have been in for service on my daughters VW. They are hard to get hold of on the phone but scheduling an appointment on their website is quick and easy.

They picked up my car from work for free and delivered it back within two hours. All set up online. Easiest thing ever.

We needed to get our VW GTI serviced and were informed by Volkswagen that we needed to take it to a dealership. I was really nervous to bring our car in after reading some of the reviews and was really up front when we brought the car in. Danni reassured us right from the start that they would be able to get this taken care of. She was right! Danni was amazing and was such a joy to work with! She kept us informed about the repairs and time frames. One of our parts was going to have to be ordered from Germany and it was going to take a week. Danni went above and beyond to get us a replacement part that same day and we were able to get the car the next morning. I cannot begin to explain how grateful and thankful we are to get this done in such a timely manner and with such professionalism. We will definitely be coming back for any services we need. Thank you!

I love their services, they always treat me so fair and have done many things free of charge or at an extremely fair price just to make sure I have everything I need! They are wonderful!

Not pleased whatsoever with our experience. Even though they price-matched the rotors it ended up being more than what was discussed which frustrates me. Just be upfront with me and I’ll be able to consider you again for future business. To make matters worse I told service that I had to be out by 3:30. They assured me they would be able to get my rotors replaced and oil changed before than. 3:30 rolled by and they said they still had another hour and twenty minutes to go but I couldn’t wait because I had an appointment I really had to be at. What happened to “We Hear You” at Ken Garff? I guess maybe I was heard, obviously not listened to. Again, just be upfront, if you don’t think you can get the work done in time just tell me and I’ll be a much happier customer. Long story short I still have the back rotors that need to be replaced because they weren’t able to live up to promises. I would not recommend this place solely on the lies in pricing and inconvenience in sheer amount of time for work.

Exact parts I needed/wanted for my Golf TDI Diesel.I needed 4 qts of oil, 1 gallon antifreeze, both wipers.I wanted an OEM roof rack, which needs no drilling.They had them all.Took off a star, because even though the parts-man offered the wipers, which I had not thought of, he forgot the rear wiper.(I also forgot the rear wiper, but then HES the parts-man, so one less star)Otherwise, great service....
