We had our car towed to Orem Mazda and they were able to diagnose the issue before we returned home..They set us up with a courtesy vehicle while ours was being repaired. Great service from the first oil change. I have a Honda Accord and I won’t go to Honda here in Orem because their customer service sucks. Mazda however offered to take a look at my trunk last minute because it was refusing to stay closed and got me on my way within an hour. The representative stayed past closing time to do it to. Impeccable customer service and a great deal of knowledge here.

I ended up having to replace my whole engine. It was pretty expensive to do but the whole team was patient with me while I figured out finances. Monte especially was great at communicating options to me and was very understanding of my situation. Their customer service was on point! I really appreciated my experience!

Each time we have come to this dealership we have been treated well a total of 3 times. We traded in two vehicles and received a very good deal for our trade in. We met with Quinton and Alberto. Deborah our sales woman was totally amazing. She knew her facts about the car and all of his little intricacies. There was no pressure, and she addressed all of my concerns in a very professional and friendly manner. After we bought the car, you would think that she would move on and help somebody else. However, she spent 30 minutes with my wife and I showing us how to work the navigation system, getting the communication system linked up to our phone, and showing how to work the radio and all of the other gauges and buttons. She is freaking amazing! Wayne the finance man, was fast and efficient and very friendly. He found us a great interest rate and we left our car overnight to have some additional items put on. The next, as I was picking up the car, he approached me and let me know that he found an even better interest rate and that he was going to have it adjusted for us. I also had the opportunity of meeting the owner on the sales floor. He was genuine and even had the car I was buying go to the dealership across the street for some additions, since their service department was so busy and he didn’t want me to wait. If you are looking for a dealership that will go out of their way to assist you and make buying a car very easy, Orem of Mazda is the one! 😁

Went to see about reading in our truck and buying a Mazda in order to get a lower payment. Max was the salesman that helped us and he knew a lot about the vehicles we were looking at and was super helpful along the whole process. We have been searching for a car that fit our budget for a little while now. We found a few online and Quinton happily walked around with us in the 90 degree weather to find the models we were looking for. Quinton showed us everything we were interested in and was exceptionally helpful in getting the vehicle of our choice. We hit a few snags with our bank, and the mazda dealership was very patient and understanding while we got everything ironed out.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Treated us very well. We had them change the oil and they did their multipoint inspection at no charge of course. They were able to show me a few things that need attention. I appreciate that as they were items that would be difficult for me to check at home. No pressure to have them perform those services. I do like to do a lot of my own maintenance. We were having them diagnose a problem we were having and although they spent much of the day trying to figure it out, in the end we could not definitively diagnose the issue. The great thing was, they did not charge us for all that time and effort spent trying to figure it out. We will just have to keep an eye on it. Very pleased.

After all is said and done, we would recommend Orem Mazda and are happy with the results that weve received.I hardly ever post reviews but I wish that I could give Orem Mazda 0 stars. We have had the worst experience here. They have had our car for 8 weeks so far and we have no idea when we will be getting it back. There has been terrible communication and lack of accountability. Our engine CAUGHT ON FIRE while in their shop this week and the service rep laughed it off like it was no big deal. We are so disappointed with the service that we have gotten here and hope that we can be compensated for the damages caused while our car has been in their possession. We were told when we took the car in that we had a brand new car with a minor issue that would be easy to fix and they are expecting to give us the car back in worse condition than when we gave it them. 0/10 experience here.

Buying a car with Mazda of Orem and Marco was a very painless process. Marco was very patient with us as we explored our options and made our decision. Talking with him felt more like talking with a person, and less like talking with a salesperson. We felt confident that we were being treated fairly, which ultimately led us to our decision to purchase the vehicle. When we pulled up, Marco greeted us outside and we explained what we wanted in a car and what we were able to pay. After looking at their inventory he gave us our options below, at, and above our original price point. Once we test drove the car we liked we were given all the time needed to make a decision before moving forward. They were able to match the low interest rate our credit union offered and even lowered the price to incentivize us to use their lender, which we did.One thing that stood out and made the experience exceptional was when we were waiting to meet with finance. Instead of leaving us and trying to help other customers like you’d expect at a busy car dealership, Marco stayed with us and we had a nice conversation. They had plenty of people employed to help everyone there on a Saturday afternoon, which was great because it allowed for Marcos attention to be focused on us from the moment we got there to the moment we drove off the lot. Also, the free soda fountain and water bottles were a nice touch.

I thought that if you rotated the tires, you would also check the pressure in said tires (my tire store always does check pressures when rotating). But alas, that didnt happen. Not really cool after leaving your place of business, that the tire warning light came on.
