Excellent service! I heard only good things about this place so I was glad to hear they worked with state farm when I got rear-ended. The techs are amazing (especially Julio), and the office staff is always amazing. I feel good when Im here. Also, motivational posters in every office.

This place is amazing. they were done with my car earlier than expected and they made it look beautiful and even vacuumed the inside. they drove it to me when they were done and they were super nice and professional. 10/10 would go to them again.

Our car got hit and we took it into Martins Collision Repair and they did an amazing job! They texted us daily updates of the progress and even dealt with the other persons insurance for us (their insurance was a nightmare!) our car looks great and you wouldn’t even be able to tell anything happened to it. Nobody likes getting into accidents and the last thing they want to do is get pulled around when it comes to figuring out the car situation. I’ve gotten into two different accidents over the last 4 years and have come to Martin’s both times. The whole staff is professional, compassionate, understanding and most importantly, they value communication. Raul was assigned to look over our car and he was either calling or texting me frequently throughout the process to let me know what was going on. Like I said, nobody wants to have to deal with insurance and the hassle of trying to fix a car but Raul and his crew miraculously fixed a car we didn’t think could be fixed and saved us a ton of money! I absolutely loved Martins! They kept me updated constantly with texts of what was happening with parts and my car. The best part is they repaired my bumper better then any auto body shop before! It was flawlessly matched and my car looked brand new when they were done with it. Shoot, they cleaned the inside of my car too and returned it in better condition then when I dropped it off!

Came in with a trunk that wouldn’t open. Within a matter of minutes of walking in, I was a walking out with a trunk that finally opened!! David was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Not only did he fix it quickly, he told me what had happened and how to avoid the problem again. Just a pleasant guy surrounded by great people. Would give 7 out of 5 stars if possible.

Im seriously impressed with Martins. I met the owner and hes a great guy. They got my truck in and kept me updated with the progress. Jason helped me and hes amazing. I felt good about leaving my truck with them and will use them again if ever needed.

My got rear-ended so I took it to Martins strictly based on their reviews. Now I know why their reviews are so dang good. These guys were professional and on top of it. I received a text update about every other day. Once the truck was completed they made it super easy for me, where I would be able to leave my rental car with them and they would take care of it. Now for the truck. These guys went above and beyond. They made sure that my truck looked the best that it could be. Yes, it goes without question that they did a great job on the parts that needed to be fixed, but it was the stuff that didnt really need to be done that they did anyway. My truck looked better than I ever remember it looking; and I take good care of it. Hopefully I dont have to use them again, but if I do, there is no other place I will take my vehicle.

Melanie was great to work with, they kept me informed throughout the entire process even though it was minor damage compared to most of the vehicles they work on. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions. She allowed us visit our vehicle while it was in the shop, torn down and in pieces. It’s amazing what the guys were able to do at Martin’s, you would never know that the car was an accident. I will recommend Martin’s to my friends and family.

I wish I could give this place my business more often! They are amazing to work with. I worked with Keri, she was the main estimator on my Tacoma. I was hit by a motorcycle so it was a longer repair process, and she kept me updated thru the whole thing. The truck turned out amazing, better than I imagined! They even detailed it when they were finished.

They repaired my car perfectly.Everything was easy to understand. My rental car was handled as well.Very professional and highly reccomend.It did take a bit longer than I expected to get my car back.

Martins was amazing! I hit a deer in my Honda Civic, my insurance talked to them and got everything set up. Martins gave me updated three times a week about what was going on, parts, labor, paint, anything. They have fantastic customer service and super friendly too. 10/10 would use again.

I happen to know part of this family run business personally and now I know them professionally.I was really surprised when I called my insurance and they suggested that I use this company! I was already planning on using them because I know one of the sons and his children and wife. I was even more impressed when I showed up to their shop and it was so clean and nice.They did a fantastic job on my car! The paint on my car is not an easy paint job. It looks beautiful. I will be taking my car there from now on if I have any issues. Fingers crossed I wont. They did a fabulous job. They seem to have good relations with the rental car company as well. It was very easy to meet the rental car company right there at their shop and then leave it there with them when I was done. I couldnt have imagined an easier process.

A little slower, but good pricing

These people are so unorganized, and have a strong lack of customer service! When I first called them the woman told me to bring the car by and drop the car off, I assumed that meant drop my car off, so I told the car rental person to pick me up at that time, apparently dropping the car off means they inspect the car and then you take it with you, so I asked them could I leave it there with them, well that was the other bad miscommunication on their side they told me they could not take care of it that day meant next Tuesday and they dont want your car parked there before then or thats what I the woman at the front desk said when I asked her, so I come back again that Tuesday I confirm the date with her and she says yes, come to find out it was the following Tuesday, and all the woman at the front desk says is Ok as though its no big deal that I keep rescheduling my car rental and take time out of my busy day to drive down to them to find out they did completely the opposite of what they told me before. All in all as paying customer I hope they can get things right the third time.

Martins has repaired our car twice and made it look good as new after two fender benders. We trust Martins, that they will do an honest and good job. Also they have great customer service.

Bought a “new to me” pick up. It had a small crease in the tailgate from being bumped into with the prior owner. There crease hadn’t been repaired a rust had started. Getting quotes around the area, they were the only ones that saw a crack in the metal meaning a weld needed to happen. This won my business, other quotes missed the need of welding. I had them shave the billboard RAM off the tailgate which required more welding to close the factory holes holding the letters. In the end the tailgate looks absolutely perfect and looks just like a factory finish. Thanks to Sergio for taking such great care of me!!

If I could give a higher than 5 star rating I would! I was rear ended and expected them to total my car but Martins was able to repair it and it looks like a brand new car - which it was! The employees, especially Jason, were wonderful to work with and kept me informed of the progress on the repairs weekly. I noticed that they even did a few little extras on the car that I didnt expect! I hope I dont have another need for their services but if I do, I wont hesitate to go to Martins for a second!

I was in a car accident and had to get a decent amount of work done on my van. The Insurance that I was dealing with was a pain and fought the whole way through. Keri that works at Martins was absolutely amazing she texted me every couple days and informed me on the progress. It was a great relief to not have to constantly call to see how my vehival was comming along. And when the insurance had pushed me to my limit she was amazing and went to bat and dealt with the insurance adjuster when she was trying to do some shady things. All and all the work from Martins looks amazing it was done in a timely manner and the work looks amazing and their customer service was beyond great. I would recommend any one to use them.

I stopped in to get a quote on some scratch and small dent on my Doge Challenger, and they came right out looked at what I had and the manager came right out and said wait just a monet I think I have some touch up paint that will fix most of those. He did and did in 15 min. I have an appointment to buff out the rest of the problems at a very reasonable price. Cant say enough good about my experience!Max

Twice have visited Martins in last month for minor adjustments (buff out black from rubber garage door rub, popped loose plastic bumper pieces). In both cases they promptly fixed it without charge. My car got stolen and the police recovered it on a Friday and the police put my car in the tow yard and the following Tuesday I call my insurance and they told me they got a representative at martins Collision so I call them and they took 2 MORE days to get my car from the tow yard after I called everyone because they can’t do their job. I finally got to see my car on Thursday evening after waiting all day, and my car needed some work done on it but that the estimate would take 48 hours to be written up!!!! It is the worst place to take your car for repair and they’re so unprofessional after 3 WEEKS later my car is still the same because they haven’t sent the estimate to my insurance!!!! It should have been sent to them at least a week ago!!! Don’t go to Martins Collision, you gotta babysit to make sure they do their jobs right and in a timely manner!

I’m pleased with the outcome. The time was met and the final price was less than the estimate.

Sergio at Orem location helped me. Someone hit my car in a parking lot and left minor scratches on wheel, back fender and black trim. With elbow grease, paint, and kindness my car is fixed.

I dont like posting negative reviews but Ive sat on this for a while now and Ive never had a more nightmarish experience getting repairs done than I have with them. Started from the very beginning when they said they reserved me a rental car for my drop off time I had to wait 2 hours for the rental company to get one for me. Then almost 6 weeks later when I went to pick up my car the side mirror literally fell off when I touched it. Body panels were loose, and non oem parts were used (of course my insurance was billed for the oem part). They blamed one of their body techs and said he had recently been fired. They promised to fix it ad give me a rental car while they did, when I brought it back a second time they did address some things but while in their care my windshield was shattered at first they tried to blame me then after checking their pictures the my admitted it was them and took care of it. Brought it back a 3rd time for Thant and further issues. Months later Im still sitting here with loose and misaligned parts of my car too frustrated to deal with them again. The last straw though was getting a bill from hertz 5 months later saying that martins has not paid for the complimentary rental car they set up for me and told me they would take care of since the repairs were their fault. This may have just been the perfect storm of everything going wrong but my experience would never have me sending someone their way. Im at a total loss of what to do... just absurd...(Update) After talking with them I think they are taking care of the rental charges, but its just one more thing that I shouldnt have had to deal with.

I hit a deer so I had to replace my bumper, fender, and headlights. They did a good job keeping me updated through the process and the fix itself looks fine, but the estimate **literally** doubled from what they told me to what I ended up paying. I had decided to private pay so I did not appreciate having to shell out an extra 2 grand, and my car had to be kept a few extra days. Would have been nice if they had done a more thorough inspection of my car to begin with. I had received several estimates and some of them were about the price that Martins ended at because the other places anticipated the need to change the headlights (they still worked fine but apparently the casing was cracked inside so they had to be replaced) among other things. So I knew the changes made to their quote were real things to be fixed, but it was frustrating to have chosen them largely because of their quote only to end up paying as much as the most expensive of the other quotes.

What an amazing experience. Getting in a wreck and taking your car to the shop is never a good thing, but Martins made it as easy and friendly as possible. From getting it appraised for the insurance company to picking it up it was smooth and easy. They kept me informed of everything along the way while my vehicle was in the shop. When I picked it up, you couldn’t even tell that it had been in an accident. To top it off, the washed the exterior and cleaned and vacuumed the interior! All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Martins. Hopefully I won’t need their service again anytime soon, but it’s nice to know they are there to take care of me if I do.

BEST EXPERIENCE! I can’t say enough good things about Martins. As soon as I walked in to get a bid I was helped immediately and they were quick to get a bid. They were a lot cheaper than other bids I had got from any other places. They put me on the schedule immediately. My car was done on the exact day they told me. I got texts throughout the week giving me updates on my cars progress which was awesome! My car looked brand new when I got it back and was SPOTLESS inside and out. It was so clean!! It even smelled like a new car! :) all the staff were so friendly and helpful. They did awesome work and I highly recommend.

Wow!! Our car looks brand spanking new, and were getting comments from friends and neighbors about it too. We were blown away with our experience at Martins. Everything from the front office to ease of appraisal was extremely professional and comfortable. They partner with car rental companies as well and had a shuttle to Enterprise for us to pick us up! They even had the option to be picked up at home when my car was ready! Since we used a rental car, they even let us leave the rental and key at Martins for the return, which was promptly returned on our behalf. We had a slight hiccup when they opened the interior and found they needed more parts, which they ordered before letting us know, and our car was completed a week later than expected. Other than that we were very well taken care of and our car looks exactly like the day we bought it. They even shampooed the whole interior before returning it! I recently bought a newer car only to have it receive some deep scratches in the hood from a bicycle handlebar that was leaned up against it (I swear bikes and cars are natural enemies). The scratches were down to the metal so I needed to take some sort of action to avoid corrosion setting in. I took it to Martins Collision and they explained the repair in detail.I actually received estimates from two individuals on accident. They both explained the repair the exact same way and gave me the same estimate, which is a good sign that they dont jerk you around. I was nervous that there would be noticeable difference between the new paint and the old. You know, the old its close but not quite type of repair. I was looking for perfection, not just its barely noticeable. But I had heard (and read) that Martins does things the right way, so I handed over the keys.Martins kept me posted on where my car was in the process via texts and when I received my car back the paint was PERFECT! You would never know there was a repaint done on the hood and fender. Plus they detailed it. It looked even better than the day I bought it from the previous owner!I wouldnt say that they are the cheapest place to go, and I dont believe they pretend to be because they dont order second-rate parts etc. But they are honest and fair about their estimates and they DO IT RIGHT!Super-friendly staff too!

Martins is superb in service and in professionalism. I was rear-ended in my brand new Lexus ( by a college student who was distracted— code for texting) . I was sick about the accident because not only did my new Lexus sustain 3K in damage, but I sustained injuries as well. Martian’s took some of the pain out of situation by repairing my my Lexus with “authentic Lexus Parts” in a beautiful restoration . They repaired my Lexus beautifully in record time and I am grateful. They are great people too. I have Known the Martins family for many years.

My family has always used Martins for all our scratches and dings. This visit I have a GMC Denali that is only two years old. It is the newest car I have owned. A couple weeks ago a lady backed into me going pretty fast and demolished my drivers side sore, the passenger rear door, and running boards. I took it to Martins the next day and they had everything ready for me. Even a rental car. I was concerned it would look off and ride different after the accident. It was better than before the accident! They did an incredible job. I received calls and texts on the process and always knew what was going on with my car! They had it done 2 days earlier than originally scheduled! Melanie is amazing and so great to work with! I highly recommend them! Us timers for 12 years and will be forever!

Had an accident and need fender, headlight and front bumper replaced and painted

I chose Martins on a recommendation from a friend. There was a slight misunderstanding. They asked if I wanted to pay a little extra so previous damage would be fixed and it would turn out better (his ins was paying) so I did but when I got my car back they hadnt painted the entire bumper like I thought they would because technically it was part of the grill even though it was the same color. After I mentioned this, they said they would paint the other part at no charge. I felt they really wanted to make me happy even if technically they were not at fault.

Great experience. I was paying for the repair myself and was a uoted a price and paid 1/2 up front. When I picked up the vehicle the charge was much less than 1/2. It turns out that they were able to save me money on the repairs because the part didn’t need painting. I would never have known but they were honest and only charged me for the actual work. Honest and good quality.

Martins is truly the best. My wife’s beautiful Mercedes was slammed at an intersection and the right rear was a mess. Wheel. Axle. Gas tank. Exhaust. Body. Got the car back today and the repair appears to be flawless. On the freeway it drives straight as an arrow, just like the day I bought it. Thanks so much, Martin’s. I needed an estimate on my car because of a car accident. Martins was able to see me right away. Not only was the estimate done in a timely manner but it was thorough. I also received a breakdown of what parts were needed and an estimate on the cost of each. Martins employees are friendly and nice but also very professional. I’ve used Martin’s 4 times. I’ve always been pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

Lessons learned:1) If they estimate 3 hours for a fix then you can assume that actually means a week and a half. (Im not kidding. My car still isnt fixed yet and no rental car from my insurance because the repair was only supposed to take 3 hours.)2) Dont expect updates or communication from them. You should anticipate having to call/text them multiple times to figure out whats going on with your car.3) If they say theyre going to check on _______ (fill in blank with anything) and theyll call you back then dont expect a call. When you finally call them back then you can expect that the person you were talking to originally has left for the day.4) Nothing gets done unless you ask them about it. (e.g. They send me a text on Monday Hey Andrew, We got the mirror and will get it painted. I will let you know when it is ready to be put on. Then nothing from them until I texted TWO DAYS later asking for an update and they say, We have the mirror and got it painted, we can either have your come drop it off today for a few hours or first thing in the morning. Ok cool. So were you ever gonna let me know? Or were you just waiting until I asked about it?)5) Management just gives lip-service to customers. 4 days into this whole disaster someone called me (I believe it was the manager) to try and get the situation straightened out. I want to think management really does care and they want to do things right, but I continued to have issues and problems with communication afterwards.6) I realize the whole requiring a mask thing is controversial. But it IS a mandate right now. They dont really care if you wear a mask or not. Although the sign on the door says they require a mask about half the people in their lobby werent wearing masks. Im not here to weight in on the controversy, but it is simply a state-wide mandate that they dont care to enforce.Two redeeming factors (giving them 2 stars instead of 1):- I like the texting option to communicate with them, I just wished they used it to actually communicate.- They finally drove my car back to me and dropped it off at my house (not fixed yet) the day before Christmas so that I could have a car over Christmas. That was very kind of them and I appreciated it. I wouldve preferred to have it fixed by then, but at this point my expectations are pretty low.Next Step:I take my car back in this afternoon at 2. Theyve told me that Im welcome to wait while the repair gets completed and itll be a couple hours. At this point I expect that they actually wont finish it today and Ill be stuck car-less for another couple days. But Im also really hoping they surprise me. Ill update this afterwards.Update:Pros: They had it done in ~30 minutes and gave me a gift card to Cafe Rio for my trouble.Cons: I went over the repair and pointed out two things they had said they were going to fix (and things they charged me for) that they didn’t. It was an “oh sorry! They were supposed to do that” and now I’m sitting back in the lobby. Last lesson learned: you’ll have to babysit them the whole way through or else they’ll charge you for work that they didn’t even do.

The best place for your car !

They did a great job with a lot of things, fantastic really. They vacuumed our car out, they were relatively pleasant and stayed in semi-consistent contact throughout. The two stars is because they neglected to say anything about what was going on until Tuesday, we dropped our car off on a Monday and they very passively asked if my wife wanted a rental car. Why would I want a rental car? She asked herself and instead she walked to UVU to meet me expecting to have me drop her back off in an hour or two since they already looked at our car before. Instead they call her, tell her that no they just retook apart the car to make sure there were no other issues in a simple body job and it would be a while before we got it back. Alright so what does a while mean? Three weeks of back and forth its almost ready! and a lot of stress with only one car that doesnt like to drive too far. They did a great job, very thorough. But before you even hand them your keys get an estimated date out of them or they wont tell you until a Tuesday... maybe a Thursday if you kinda force it out of them.

Martins did a great job repairing my rear bumper after a minor accident and got it done a lot faster than I thought it would take!

Happy with the repairs and the paint job. Truck looks greet. Only problem I have is the battery cables were not tightened down when the battery was reinstalled. This lead to the truck failing to start one morning which resulted in being late to work. When I finally jumped it and made it to work I discovered the loose cables. After tightening them down truck ran great.

This place is great! I know the owners which is nice, but it’s just a professional environment. They gave me snacks for being there, and kept me updated on the progress. Made it easy to work with the car rental company as well.

They were quick to get my car in the shop, did good work, and even delivered my car back home when they finished.

My husband has been coming here for several years and this is the first time I have needed to. They did a great job! The best part is how seamlessly they worked with my insurance. They also give you updates on your car twice a week which was great!

I would like to give Martins Collision a five star review! I was a walk-in brand new customer and they took me immediately and fixed my car within an hour for free! It is a temporary fix until I or they locate a part. What more can I ask for? I will definitely be giving them lots of good free advertising .

Martins is the best! my car spent about 2 weeks in the shop, which was shorter than i expected and they texted me with updates throughout the whole process! they have excellent customer service and lacey helped with any questions i had. if i ever need car repairs, i will definitely be back!

I cannot Express my happiness with the quality or work and service Martins provided. Jason and Joe are awesome guys to work with. My vehicle has been up there for both some repair and a little bit of warranty work due to an aftermarket part not fitting properly and they got it taken care of with no problems what so ever. Very professional service. Fast and friendly. I received my truck back before their estimated date and it looked great. They provided me with updates on the progress throughout the project and was pleasantly surprised on how quickly it went once the work began.
