I would HIGHLY recommend Ace Collision!! I had been involved in an accident that resulted in losing my driver’s side mirror, and every step of the process of replacing my mirror with Ace Collision exceeded my expectations!First, I spoke with Joe (the owner) for an estimate on the phone- his estimate was $250 less than anywhere else I could find. At first I was skeptical because everywhere you go in life, we’re all told “you pay for the kind of service you receive. Just because it’s cheaper doesn’t mean it’s better.” But my skepticism was quickly proven wrong when Joe gave me his personal phone number to send him paint codes and schedule the repairs. I normally have a really hard time making phone calls due to my work schedule, so texting was a huge relief!Joe ordered the mirror and paint without needing any money upfront, he initiated trust and this naturally made me trust him more! The mirror was ready when he said it would be, but getting to the shop during their normal business hours proved difficult for me. He made an exception and opened the shop on Saturday (a day they’re typically closed) just to help me get the repairs done! So kind!He allowed me to sit in the waiting area while a tech worked on my mirror, and he stayed to chat with me. Joe is an incredible, polite, and authentic guy! If you have a chance to chat with him, I suggest you do. :)The repairs were complete, Joe took me out to look at my car, and they had surprised me by cleaning my filthy headlights. They didn’t need to do that, especially coming in on their day off!!If I were to pay by card there would have been an additional 3% fee, but to avoid that, Joe suggested venmo as an alternative.Honestly, I’ve never felt so impressed and touched by kindness from an auto shop. Please, give them your business! The world needs more kind people like Joe. :)

They scheduled me in the day after I called and changed my front windshield in an hour. WiFi worked great, so I was able to work while I waited. Great price and great service. Highly recommend!

If I could give Joe and his team 10 stars I absolutely would! I was traveling from Arizona to Washington when my car broke down; my alternator had gone out. Joe was so friendly and just wanted to get me safely back on the road by squeezing me into their busy schedule and working with the limited budget I had. I only wish I lived in Utah so I could use them for all my car needs. I recommend them 100% as I have never been to a more honest shop that truly just wants to help. Being from out of town and having car troubles was bad enough but these gentlemen did everything they could to get my family and I back on the road safely. I have taken 2 vehicles here for painting, body work. I called first on the phone to see if I could bring the car in for an estimate. They were courteous and polite on the phone. I took the cars in later that day. The estimate was prompt and at least $300 cheaper than previous 2 estimates. They were a little bit earlier finishing with the vehicle than originally planned which was an added bonus. The second car I took in they were efficient and finished it a little bit earlier than what was originally planned. I was in need of a muffler and calledto see if they did muffler work, but they do not service exhaust systems on vehicles. They did however make a wonderful recommendation (that another auto shop offered as well) These guys are really great and I would suggest them to anyone wanting a quality job at a fair price. I will be a repeat customer as they offer other vehicle services. My only regret is that I didnt find them sooner.

I recommend Ace to anyone! My drivers door was in bad shape after someone backed into it and they fixed it over only a few days for half the price and time that 2 other places quoted me! This company is great to work with! They performed work on my 1967 Shelby GT500E. I gave them an impossible deadline to complete the car and, this was the only company in Utah that was able to do it in that time frame. 2.5 weeks later I received my vehicle back with body lines corrected and, fitment of reproduction doors/trunk/hood body kit. I was amazed with how little this company is and, the quality of work that came out. This is a Lexus color called, Smokey Mica Granite.

Ace Auto Collision has been my go to for a year now and I could not speak more highly of the team. As a young female, I struggled to find a reliable mechanic/body shop for repairs, etc because it seems every auto shop is looking to take advantage of my demographic. I took my car to Ace after I was rear ended in 2020 and Joe quickly demonstrated that Ace is nothing short of incredible. He was sure to match the repair paint exactly to my original shade and did multiple coats to ensure I was happy with the color match. Their prices are extremely affordable - and not at the expense of customer care. Since my accident repair, I continue to take my vehicle to Ace for regular maintenance, detailing services, and oil changes. I’m moving up to SLC in the next couple months but I will absolutely make the drive to Ace Auto Collision in Orem so that I can continue to work with them. Take your car to Ace ASAP!!

Joe and his team have done amazing work for me over the years. I have trusted them with work on at least 6 different cars, including my baby, a 1967 Mustang Convertible. I have always been amazed by their work, and would not consider taking my car anywhere else. They dealt efficiently with insurance claims and were reasonably priced when I was paying out of pocket for restoration work. I cannot recommend Ace Collision highly enough.

This shop was very fast and the quality of work was top notch. I had my bumper re-painted as it had been hit sometime while I was parked and the paint was peeling around the hit. The blending into the side panels was literally perfect. I appreciated them getting my car done quickly so I wasnt too long without my car. Best quoted price of 6 different places I checked out for body work on my Toyota Corolla 2015. Very quick responses to all my questions. Super quick work only took 3 days when I expected a week. They Explained everything about the work very clearly. Even included things they would be willing to fix on top of what I asked for a VERY good price like my faded light and panels that were out of alignment.I have NEVER had this good of a car repair experience to date. When you are this good you get 5 stars and then some. These guys went above and beyond. From the beginning they were honest and fair. Joe gave me every option available to get my truck looking brand new again and he did not disappoint. I wont go anywhere else for auto body work. I took my car in for some major repairs. I was surprised at the extent of the repair that I was not able to see (they called it hidden damage) once the car was repaired it was like the car had never been in an accident. I wish I could give them more stars, they made the experience more bearable than expected as they kept me informed the entire time about the repair progress.

These guys are the real deal. I had a car that was fixed by a large insurance company about 6 months ago. The car began to rust.
