They were very professional and informative. They answered questions that I didnt even know I needed to know the answer to and they were always informing me over text on my vehicles progress. I was never wondering what was happening with my car. They repaired my rear wheel well perfectly and gave me a good option for my front end since it was only cosmetic. Theyre great.

Josh was great! I just needed a simple repair of my mirror cap. I already had the part. He came out and put the cap on for me. There was a bit of an issue, since my husband taped the cracked piece with tape. When Josh was done, I asked how much the repair would be. He told me there was no charge. I was sure he would charge me extra to remove the tape. We have used Cascade for all of our car repairs. Thank you for your great service!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you live anywhere within these guys you must come here. Ive had 4-5 visits to these guys over the last couple of years, and they make the difficulty of accidents so much nicer.In fact, I picked my car up, and noticed a bit of yellowing on the polish. They IMMEDIATELY took it back to the shop, fixed it all up, and arranged transportation for me while I waited for it to be done. They simply wont settle for less than perfect restoration.Everyone there is so nice, and they keep you updated and informed throughout the whole process. They are also very prompt, and Ive been able to pick up my vehicle many times before their initial estimate.The only way I wouldnt recommend is if you arent using insurance -- they really are the best so the price can add up pretty quickly.

Oh my goodness, what can I say about Cascade. My husband got in an accident and his car needed $12K worth in repairs. Debbie reached out to us the same day as we filed the claim to make arrangements. We got the vehicle over there and they got to work immediately. Michelle would give us bi-weekly sometimes daily updates through text on the status of the repairs. They were so friendly and put our minds at ease during the whole process. When it was complete, we were able to drop our rental off to them and they took care of the rest. Weve had the vehicle back for a month and it is like new. They did a superb job. We are so very thankful for them and their kindness and professionalism in probably one of the worst times in our lives.

I was really pleased with the service that I received from Cascade Collision. My car was damaged over the weekend, after they had closed, yet they had my car completed by Tuesday afternoon. Dave called me numerous times to discuss the damage, all of my options, the different price quotes depending on my choices, and let me know when it was done. I received text messages updating me on the status of my vehicle repair, which was really helpful. It was completed when they said it would be. When I went in to get my vehicle it looked great! And they had the added touch of vacuuming it out and giving me a Cascade Collision microfiber towel. The assistant who helped me was very kind and courteous. Their waiting room was even warm and inviting. I am definitely impressed!

I had a great experience with cascade collision repair! I was actually involved in a three car accident right in front of their building! I pulled into their parking lot right after the accident and they were able to give me a quote before the police were even done with the report. The repair took longer than planned because there was a delay in getting the part but they kept me updated the whole time, did a great job on repairing my truck and even washed it so it’s looking great inside and out! They were always very friendly and great at keeping me posted on what was going on. It was a great experience, everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend!

Way more professional than any other automotive shop Ive been to. They were clean, intelligence, and respectful. If i ever need body work done on any of my vehicles, Ill be coming back here. They were very transparent about what needed to be done and how I could save money. They told me that there wasnt any structural damage to my bumper so I was able to save 500 bucks off my bill. They easily couldve replaced the whole thing and charged me for it and I wouldnt have known it didnt need it. They cleaned my car, shined my tires, and vacuumed the interior. Its not often I leave a place like this without feeling like I was taken advantage of, but I didnt feel like that at all here.

I cannot recommend Cascade Collision Repair enough!! I started fixing my broken minivan door and soon realized that I was in over my head. I took my car to them unannounced where they quickly responded to my needs. The estimator, Josh, immediately took my car back to the technicians to see what we were into. He came back quickly with an estimate (totally worth it) and said it would be done by the end of the day. I was provided a courtesy ride back to my house and got a call a few hours later that the work was complete. I was so impressed. I hope I dont have to :) but would absolutely take my business here should I need them again.

I just had the misfortune of being involved in my first auto accident in over 10 years, just 6 months after starting a new lease. The damage was minor enough that if I owned the car, I might not have repaired it, but thats not a reasonable choice on a leased vehicle. My insurance company, Progressive, recommended Cascade Collision Repair and arranged for me to turn it in at a convenient time. The quickly got me the estimate, which included great detail and gave me an estimate also of how long it would take. They fixed it quickly, gave me a ride home after the drop off and picked me up to retrieve the car when it was done, did a quality job (looks like fresh from the factory), and did a fantastic job of communicating every step of the way. If I ever have another collision repair needed, you can bet I will be back at Cascade. You cant go wrong!

The repair was amazing and my car looked brand new afterward! I got text messages and a couple calls to update me through the process so I always knew what to expect and what was going on.My only complaint I have is that some trash and someones old energy drink were left in my car after I got it back. When I was driving, my back seat also fell down because it wasnt secured back in place after they worked on my car. The inside of my car was wiped down so I know they did some finishing touches before returning the vehicle to me, but they overlooked these things which seemed sloppy to me.Overall, I had a good experience and would come back for another repair in the future. Please be less sloppy next time!

Cascade is the BEST! They are so friendly and professional. After a couple of accidents back to back last year, Cascade did great work. About a year or so later we noticed a crack in the paint where work had previously been done. I brought the vehicle back in and they immediately made an appointment for me to bring it in to be repaired at no cost to me, because they have a warranty on their work! They even loaned us a car while it was being repaired since it was our only vehicle. They fixed the crack up quickly (as usual) and it looks good as new. Can’t recommend this shop enough!!

I have always heard good things about cascade so it was an easy choice for me to make when I got in a car accident a few weeks ago. Even after all the good things I had heard I was still blown away by their service. Debbie, Josh, and Michelle are all phenomenal to deal with and provided excellent customer service.When I got in the accident, I gave my insurance company a call and they took care of emailing Cascade to let them know I was headed over. Before I could even start driving in their direction, Michelle called me to let me know they had received my insurance info and were ready to take a look at my truck. Upon arrival, Debbie greeted me at the door and asked me if I needed anything while I waited. Michelle then looked over my truck with me and had me tell her what happened so she could get a good idea of what will need to be looked at and what results I was expecting.Within a day of me dropping off my truck they had a repair estimate sent over to my email and called me to go over everything. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process and had my vehicle done on the day promised. When I picked it up everything looked great. It was professionally cleaned inside and out. Michelle went over everything with me and then I was off.This is where the story gets even better. The day after I picked up my truck I was looking everything over and my inner perfectionist came out. There was a few panel gaps that I was concerned about. I doubt anyone would notice it unless they were as obsessive as I am. So I took it back into cascade and Josh was more than happy to listen to my crazy OCD concerns. He assured me I that their number one priority was to make sure I was happy with the results. He was even prepared to set me up with a loaner car for the day that my truck was back in the shop. Long story short, the entire team at Cascade is incredible. It was an amazing experience and if I ever am in need of collision repair again I know exactly where I am going. These guys are really good at what they do. They are also really good at communicating and letting you know how your car is doing as well. I am a little concerned on how the cars are just treated when they aren’t being worked on but there is construction going on there. The reason is I noticed a couple scratches that I hadn’t seen before but who knows maybe they were already there.

Cascade in Orem did a phenomenal job on my repairs! I interacted with every member of the office staff (Michelle, Debbie, Clayton, and Josh) and they were all so friendly, helpful, and nice. The car was done in the timeframe they said it would be and any adjustments to the price that were different than originally quoted were communicated. BEWARE!!! Cascade is a wolf in sheep’s clothing!! We went to Cascade on recommendation from a friend who is also friends with the owner. We told Cascade that we only wanted an estimate on what it would take to fix. The accident was not our fault so the other person’s insurance (Progressive) took care of the estimate. Progressive determined that the cost of repairs was too high so they did not want to repair it. They just wanted to pay us for it. We decided to keep the car. When we went to pick up our vehicle we discovered that it was already taken apart. Cascade also informed us at this point that if we wanted the car put back together, we would have to pay for that because Progressive would not. I had him take me through the process to figure out the cost for just putting the car back together. During this time, I was shown many parts that had been broken during removal. I was told that I would have to pay for new ones when they put it back together. When I questioned why I would be paying for parts they broke, I was told, ”That’s just a standard part of the process.” In addition, no matter what, I would have to get a partial repair done on the vehicle for them to reassemble it. At this point I realized that just to get my car back into a working condition, I would have to pay them for at least some of the repairs and for reassembling it. All of this because they took it apart for their estimate without my permission. We only authorized it for repairs; that’s it. They conveniently jumped the gun. So at this point, anyway you look at it, Cascade is going to make money. And if I want to drive my car home safely I have to pay them for it. The following day I contacted Progressive to try and see if I could find some other solution. Because since the accident and up to this point, I had been driving my car for a month and a half. Almost all the damage was cosmetic except for the headlight. The car was very very well taken care of; it ran like it was new before the accident, and I just wanted it put back together. I asked Progressive if it was just part of the process that if parts were damaged during removal, that the customer had to paid for that. They said I don’t think so and that they would check into it. An hour or so later, I stopped by Cascade to figure out actual costs. And I was met with an unhappy manager named Clayton Christensen. He seemed upset so I decided to record the conversation with my phone. During our conversation he said, “I’m not going to fix your car.” “You threw us under the bus with Progressive about the broken parts so I’m not going to fix your car.” “You’ve got two days to pick up your vehicle or have Progressive do it. After that I will start charging you for storage.” So with no other options, I had to drive my vehicle home that had no headlights, no bumper, no fenders, no handles on the door, was missing part of the air intake for the engine, and no side mirror on the driver side. I drove it home illegally and unsafe. After calling around and doing some research, I found out that they could have done the estimate without taking apart the car. Also there were a lot of things that weren’t even damaged that were taken off unnecessarily. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the door but it was missing just about everything on it, inside and out. So be careful. You might just be paying for work you don’t need. And if the insurance takes a closer look, Cascade might just get angry and throw you out on the street like they did to my family. I will admit their facility was very clean, very comfortable with free drinks, chapstick; the works. And they were very nice and easy to work with in the beginning when they had a new customer. Now we have more problems than we started out with. So be careful and watch them. Just because they look good and are nice in the beginning doesn’t mean they really care or are being honest.

Excellent shop. Michelle was very kind and personable right from the get go and she kept us updated throughout the entire process. The passengers side front and back doors were completely smashed in and had to be replaced. They did a great job and the car looks awesome.

Cascade collision is fast, flexible and fair. I needed a repair finished in 48 hours. They went out of their way to make this happen for me. They worked on Saturday, gave me a ride to and from their business to my home, and gave me the insurance discount rate-even though they didn’t need to. They didn’t charge me rush fees and my car was repaired back to mint condition. I will definitely use Cascade again!

Incredible customer service! Amazingly friendly staff and a comfortable, welcoming environment. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water are provided for you. The chairs are actually comfortable to sit in while you wait (and trust me, you wont be waiting long). While they might be a little more expensive than other places, they have a lifetime warranty on all of their work. What really surprised me is that they detailed the inside of my car! While I hope I never have to go back (lets face it accidents suck) I dont think Ill ever take my car anywhere else. Oh, and lets not forget that they called me and told me that my car would be ready two days prior when it was supposed to be. The workers there are very thorough and informative through the entire process and will send you updates. Thank you so much Cascade! You made this entire process as painless and enjoyable as possible. And a special thanks to those employees that were working there today! Take em out for lunch sometime! ;-)

Wow, Cascade was awesome! Michelle was such a delightful person, and the work on my car was top notch. I couldnt have gone to a better place to fix my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants some dang good work done for collision damage. They took care of me and took over communication with the at-fault drivers insurance so I didnt have to deal with it. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work, and if I ever need to see them again I know I will be in good hands.

The service was very friendly I received daily updates. The repairs took a little longer than projected but they worked with the insurance so I could keep the rental vehicle. The final product is beautiful I would not hesitate to use their service again.
