LADIES BEWARE!! I purchased a used van with roof damage so I took my van in to get an estimate on replacing a forward roof panel. It should be noted at this point I had visited over 15 collision repair locations gathering estimates. While all my estimates were different, this one far exceeded the others in a near astronomical way. I was quoted over $7,000.00 and 61 labor hours to complete the job! Nearly $4,000.00 from my lowest bid and an average of 40 MORE hours in labor!!!! First the guy said it will take awhile before he could work on it (about three weeks). I said ok, no problem. He said its going to be very expensive and requires A LOT of man power. I said ok. (is this guy trying to talk me out of his services?) He then said, I quote, Its about man power, I could fix 10 cars in a week in the time it would take to fix your van, as in he wouldnt be making as much money. He then provided me with a grossly inflated quote. He also did a fair bit of mansplaining, claiming my mid-roof panel was indented 3 inches (in which case, Id be able to see that from the inside of the van). In ALL the collision centers I visited none of them quoted me on a replacement mid-roof panel (just the front). I wasted 15 minutes of my time and wouldnt trust this mechanic with any work on my vehicle.

Amazing and honest. They did a great job and didnt overcharge me like another shop wanted to. Very meticulous. Got my car back better than before the accident. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.Thank you for all you do Advanced Team!

Impressed with the education and overall experience. Said it would take 5 days. They had it finished on time and for the price they quoted.The auto body industry is one of the hardest to be in- to have to rely on so many other manufacturers, employees, paint matches, existing wear and tear vs damage, repair vs replace... paperwork!! Advanced Collision Repair was good to work with and I’d recommend them.

These guys did a fantastic job on my car! Brought it in at 11, they were done with it by 3 after attaching the fender, replacing a headlight and windshield washer system, installing a liner, and pulling out a moved fender from underneath my door. Their prices were below what I was quoted at several other shops, and they did a fantastic job.

The other drivers insurance company wanted us to go to one of their preferred body shops, so we went to one close by. Their repair estimate was so high that the insurance company wanted to consider our car totaled. That was not an option for us. We went to Advanced and showed them the other shops estimate. They did the labor AND the paint job for under the totaled cost, so we got our car back, looking better than it did before, and the insurance company paid for those repairs. We are so grateful for all they did for us. I also figured out that Advanced is such a good value for body work that the State and school district use them for body work.

Only body shop I’ll take my cars to! I have taken my car to this shop twice and they have done amazing work both times. They have the best pricing, and genuinely care about quality and fixing it the right way.

I never spend the time to write reviews but I wanted to share my positive experience at Advanced Collision Repair. I went to multiple body shops to get price estimates to fix what looked like acid stains on the front of my car. The stains happened while my apartment parking garage was under construction. My complex denied having anything to do with it and refused to cover the damage. I couldn’t remove the stains and whatever had dripped on my car appeared to have eaten through and ruined the paint.Every shop I went to said the hood and bumper would need to be repainted. It wasn’t going to be cheap. I decided to take it to one last place and I’m so glad I did! When Paul heard what had happened, he wanted to try everything he could to get the stain out without having to repaint. Using a special solvent, he was able to remove the damage entirely and had me on my way in minutes. My car looks new again!I’m a student and work two jobs so I really appreciate that Paul helped me avoid a costly repair. He cares about his customers. 10/10 would recommend this place.

If you like your car sitting in their yard for weeks without a phone call, these guys are the best! If you want to get your car fixed at less than adequate level, Again, these guys do that well! If you like to get charged for bushings, antennas, and light bulbs, and not actually receive them, then boy are you in for a treat here!! If you like taking your car back to them because the steering has play in it, the axles are grinding, and a clunking noise happens when you turn the wheel, then only to have them tell you they cant do anything about it, THESE GUYS WILL ROCK YOUR WORLD! If you like getting treated with respect, if you want the job done properly the first time, and if you value your time and sanity... I cannot urge you to take your business elsewhere nearly enough. This was a very hard review to write since they came so highly recommended from Ken Garff Nissan. I wanted to like them, I really did. I tried to. but they let me down in every way ... WAIT! NO! The paint is actually really amazing. So they do get one star for that!

Your front desk guy leaves much to be desired. He wouldnt get information for me for some work I wanted to have done with my car. So I called somewhere else and theyre willing to have me come in to look at it. This guy, nothing. No customer service skills at all. Youre losing potential business because of him

My husband and I brought my daughters car almost 2 weeks ago just to get a estimate. It was late at closing so we left it with them.2 days went by and we hadnt heard back from them so I gave Brandon a call. Brandon stated that he didnt know what we wanted them to with the car. I explained that we simply just needed a estimate on the side that was damaged. I also explained that we also needed an estimate on the horn, it wasnt working. I asked about what the cost would before the estimate and he stated that it was free.It was a long holiday weekend so I asked my husband to give them a call. Brandon told him he had tried to call the insurance company and left messages but had not received a call back, so he hadnt done ANYTHING yet.Upon hearing this I became frustrated and called them. Brandon picked up and asked about the estimate on the car. He replied Im sorry. The couple who dropped off the last week didnt know what they wanted.I replied Brandon, I made it clear to you when we dropped the car off we simply needed an estimate. I called you 2 days later and requested that estimate along with one the horn repair estimate.Brandon apologized at this point and put me hold. When he came back he stated that they were really busy but hed email it to me.Good heavens! I finally have the car back after almost 2 weeks and after talking to some guy named Paul. Just as a side note Paul wouldnt give us a free estimate on the car horn. By this time I wasnt about to argue. Just give me the dang car back please and Ill take it somewhere else!!!Just beware if you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place.

Had a few dents that someone tried to repair at home but it didn’t look good so I took it to advance collision in Orem and spoke to Paul and told him I needed it done in 4 days and they fixed it in time and it looks beautiful!! I’ve also had another car repaired by them in the past and they did excellent work then as well so I will go back there if I or my family ever needs car body work or paint

My dealership referred me to ACR for an estimate and today was the first time Id heard of them/met them. Paul is honest and instantly had my best interest as his priority. After examining my car, he responded, Id love to make money but you dont need this. I recommend you get an estimate from him first, before going elsewhere.

Paul was great!! He talked to me about different options, and even suggested how I could do it myself if I needed to save money. I felt like he actually cared about my situation and the car more than the money.He ordered the parts quickly and had my car done in one day!

Paul and the team at Advanced are GREAT!! They are professional and highly skilled craftsmen. I took my 2006 Mustang GT to them for some body work and a complete repaint, and I could NOT have been happier with the results. I highly recommend them.

Advanced is amazing. They not only do incredible work, but are honest and go out of the way to make sure you leave happy. I took my car there for some basic repairs almost a year ago, and they did such an amazing job, that I went out of my way to take my new truck there after an accident. Its hard to see such an honest, down-to-earth company these days in the industry, but Advanced is AMAZING. I tell all of my friends to go there.

Just had my F 150 passenger door replaced. They did a fantastic job and had it done in less time than expected. Would recommend to anyone. Wont go anywhere else for collision repair.

Took my tundra in for latch replacement inside drivers door and they were fast and did a great job. Door panel fits tight, and they even corrected a rattle I had prior to bringing it in. Great service.

Had a horrible experience the front receptionist Rosa, when I first came in seemed super helpful and on top of everything. Thats when the good things stopped. I dropped my car off a month ago after I had a quote and approval from my insurance. They told me and my insurance it would take 4 days. I called back in twice a week every week and they kept spinning a new tail about why it was behind and other bull.On Wednesday after 4 weeks I NEEDED my car back and they kept saying it was a little longer my insurance company stepped in and told them this was ridiculous! And they said it would be 24 more hours. I couldnt come in the next day so I went in today and it STILL wasnt done. The mechanics spun some crazy story about not knowing what parts it needed. After a month they still didnt know what they needed or what to do.Paul the owner was informed of this gross oversight and didnt even have the curtesy to call me. Rosa the extremely rude receptionist never thought to give me a call when parts were delayed or that it still wasnt done. I was recommended to go here by Ken Garff Volswagon dealership, I assumed they were competent. My mistake. I have never seen such a mismanaged horrendous company.When I finally came in to get my car today, Paul the owner was there and didnt even take the time to apologize or try to fix anything. Was just a huge jerk to me. Dont go here it is a horrible place!!!
