This place is AWESOME! Great customer service, super nice & they explain what’s going on with the car/tires. They give you options & pricing, never feels like you’re being rushed. They don’t push you to buy new tires if you’re not able to that day.The time and efficiency is wonderful. I had to get my tires rotated, they said my car would be ready in 45 minutes, they had it done within 15 minutes! Definitely would recommend this place!

The staff was amazing! They saw my daughter and I waiting before opening. They came out before their 8am opening and asked how they could help. I said we were on our way home that day and had about 700 miles to travel, and the rear drivers side tire had a nail. They had me pull in right then and they got right to work. By 8:20am we were on the road home. I am very grateful how fast they took care of us and got us back on the road. Wasnt impressed with the service at all...... the salesman attempted to sale me the most expensive tire without giving me any other options until I asked, and then when I asked he gave me the second to most expensive tire option. it wasnt until i just told him to show me the list of all the tires they had in my size. After I picked the tire I wanted he acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. they replaced the back two tires and didnt even offer to rotate them, and when I asked if they rotated them the mechanic simply just said nope definitely have had much better service in the past.

Being on a fixed income can sometimes challenge the best of us. I was able to get two brand new tires for my Prius and they honored the road hazard. I am extremely grateful for their speedy and affordable care!

So this happened at the beginning of summer. Just needed my tire fixed. The kid took the tire off and tells his manager something. His manager says oh so your sensor broke we dont know when. And they made me pay for it. $65. They knew when. The kid broke it. Wont be going there again.

Discount tires is a company that solely focuses on taking care of customer needs. They’ve always offered the best prices so I’ve always purchased tires through them. But what makes me a lifetime customer is their genuine desire to work with you on what you need/want. The wait time is quick, all the employees are friendly, and they offer plenty of free included services when you purchase through them. I needed some hub rings for my aftermarket wheels to fix some vibrations at high speeds. Justin at this Orem location went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was on my way to the airport and noticed that my tire-pressure sensor was on. After getting a free tire check within minutes of arriving, they told me that there was a leak and that Id need a repair. I was in a serious time crunch to catch my flight and they were able to help me out and get it taken care of (for FREE) within 20 minutes to help me catch my flight. SO polite and helpful.

At every location they treat you different. In my case at lindon location my customer experience was bad. At this location they provided you an awesome service! So I recommended this location.

I came in to get my air pressure checked and turned out there was a whole nail in my tire. They fixed it for me free of charge. They walked me through the process, checked in with me on updates and then sent me on my way. Very friendly staff and their waiting area was clean and tidy.

Gotta say, great price & customer service.. best price in town. But are you really telling me 82 PSI (cold) was necessary for my 65PSI max rear tires? Even bought another gauge to verify.Paid well over $1k for tires & cant trust them to put in the proper amount of air in a tire at a tire shop.

I was carefully turning into the parking lot because I noticed one of the signs was facedown in the slush but a snow truck was tailgating me & honked immediately so I unfortunately ran over the already down sign. They all stayed professional & didnt even mention it, even after mercilessly running down thier sign. While embarrassed the whole visit was quick, well priced, & had excellent customer service.

Brought my truck in with a nail in one of the tires. Dropped it off and received a text saying it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up my vehicle they had put my spare tire on to replace the one with the nail. I was told the hole was too large to repair. I argued with 2 different guys in the parking lot, as I was starring at the 1/8 hole in my tire. Both of them claimed they didnt work on it, but the hole must be larger on the inside...yeah right! Took my tire straight to Big O. Didnt even tell them what Discount had told me, and they fixed it without an issue. I asked them if the hole was larger on the inside. They told me it was well under a 1/4 and was no issue to patch. They didnt charge me either, even though I didnt purchase the tires from them. Ive been doing business with Discount Tire in Orem for years...no longer.

I called ahead to make an appointment for a new set of tires and they were her accommodating. It was a busy day for them so I had to wait in line in my car to check in but as soon as I did they were quick to get me set up and on my way within an hour. I would recommend this store.

Unfortunately zero stars isnt an option. I went in for a tire rotation and was told that my load range E tires werent heavy duty enough for my F250. I was told that my truck with a GVWR of 10,000 lbs was too much for 4 tires rated for 2880 lbs each and that they could sell me a new set of tires that will work. I will help Discount tire with the math. 2880 x 4 =11,520 and 11,520 lbs weight rating is greater than 10,000 lbs. Therefore, if my math is correct, the tires that I just needed rotated should work. I also looked up the rating on the new tires they were trying to sell me, and they had the same 2880 lbs weight rating. Shout out to Big-O tires in north Orem who did the rotation for me, and when I needed new tires I did purchase them from Big-O.

I love the tire air check up lane! I’ve gone to this location twice for tire related issues (one was a flat) and the service was quick as well as professional. Didn’t charge me to fix the flat and fixed on the spot!

They have always been extremely helpful woth everything. I walked in 2 years ago and they said they didnt want me to leave with my tires as bad as they were and worked with me on payments for them just for the sake of my son and daughter. They care about families and keeping them safe. The young man that helped me was so kind. Everytime i go they always make my family feel comfortable even my kids who are always shy.

I called on the phone and asked for tires they didnt have in stock. They ordered the tires and I went in the next day. The price was higher than I thought so the salesperson matched the price I found on Amazon and explained about their insurance which I decided to decline. They had my new tires installed within an hour on my truck and came in $5 less than the next best price.

Long wait, got 3 different people working on the car causing confusion between the works and myself. Each worker offered 3 different prices to fix the car. The initial worker lost my keys so they had to ask around until they eventually found them. Was told everything would be done within an hour and ended up waiting almost 3 hours even though I had an appt. unfriendly. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Super disappointed. How hard can filling tires be, right? Well apparently its rocket science. These boys can not fill tires properly or even put your tire caps back on. Sorry I like my caps and I want them back on, not thrown on the ground. The behavior was very concerning and based on these two interactions I will not be coming to get tires here. Loved the place I was going to before. Even tipped the douche bag. Wont happen ever again.

Seriously cant give these guys enough stars. I remember working for them a few years ago and came back just to shop around for new wheels and tires, but they were so helpful i ended up making the purchase right then and there. When my wife came to pick me up, we ended up buying snow tires for her car after they helped me understand the importance. Later, when my wifes car had a bent wheel from a pothole she hit, they took the front tires off, bent the wheel back into place, and balanced both tires. Even if the prices werent as competitive as they are, Id still come back just because of the service, quality, and management they have. 5 stars.

I have been going to this discount tires for years. They have fantastic service and are very honest with you about timelines for your tires. Super quick service and willing to help out. A mechanic messed up a lug nut that broke our socket and they not only removed it but replaced all the lugs for us. Discount has a very high standard of service across the country and these guys are the cream of the crop.

As an update: my original experience was that I received a good product and very poor service. Ironically, after emailing in as requested in the response to my review, I received only a generic email saying someone would be contacting me... it is now a month after that and I never did get a response.My tires seem to be fine- prices were good. There were a few things that definitely kept it from being a 5 star type experience.I paid for the tires and was told that I would be contacted when they were ready to be installed. They never contacted me and I had to call back in to find out that they had come in.I went in and they quoted me maximum 45 minutes and then took about 90 minutes. 90 minutes seems completely reasonable to me- just not after someone assures me that Id be ready to go in half that time at the most.After the work was done I asked if they had reset my tire pressure monitors so that they would check the correct tires. They told me that unfortunately they couldnt do that and I should take it into a dealership. That seemed really strange since last time I was in they told me they had reset the monitors. They either fibbed this time about what they can do or last time about what they did. I would expect a tire shop to be able to do something like that.Overall it seems like a good product and surprisingly poor service.

This is a great place for tires. They offer good products at good prices. They especially have earned my gratitude for fixing a nail in a tire and checking air pressure for some friends of mine who were not customers, are financially strapped, and had no place to turn. Wish I could give them 10 stars! They went above and beyond what they could’ve left off with. I had a screw in my tire and called them up. They told me they could fix my tire for free! Wow that’s phenomenal! Then as I was waiting I was thinking that they would try and find something wrong so they could sell me up. As they got me they told me the inside of my tire had dry rot in it.i was preparing for them to tell me that id need to replace all my tires. But what they really told me was that they replaced my tire on the house. I was blown away. Rarely has any business delivered above and beyond service like that. They are very friendly here. They give honest suggestions about the quality of tire you need for you situation, and don’t try to up sell you. The free tire air check is awesome. I’ve been coming every couple of months to make sure my tire pressure is proper.

I always receive excellent service when I come to Discount Tires on Orem State Street. I use the Free Air Pressure check all the time. They are quick and efficient. They always offer good information on the state of my tires, how to get the light to go off, etc. I have taken multiple cars there over the years and remain very pleased with the service.

Ive always had good experiences with this location no matter the issue I came to them with. The manager went out of his way to make my tire issue easier which I appreciated! Jacob was also very knowledgeable and made sure my needs were met. Theyre very transparent with pricing here as well.

My tire is shredded because we got a screw in it and just driving it here did it in. Unfortunately when i came in i foumd out our alignment is out so even though the other 3 tirew have to also be replaced, the warranty is void. But the guy was super nice and replaced my shredded tire for free with a warranty even though its void and squeezed me in despite the busy day. Theyre always fast and professional. Nice guys.

Don’t go to this place. I took in my Ford Raptor to get new wheels put on and apparently they didn’t have the right tool to remove my wheels so the manager told me to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. When I drove away and got out of my truck I noticed that there was a big scratch on my wheels from them trying to take it off and they didn’t put the tire caps back on.

Theyre quite fast most of the time. Very professional. Honest. They refill your air and even fix your flats for free (if you buy from them). Ive always been pretty satisfied with them.
