Scheduled a service a week plus in advance at 7am for an oil change and recall. Did the earliest time so I could have my vehicle back within the same day so I wouldn’t be down a vehicle multiple days. My service provider Sierra texted me at 2pm asking if it could be done tomorrow to which I said no since I couldn’t afford to not have it another day and I had scheduled a service at 7am for this exact reason. Sierra let me know she would see what she could do and at 5:13pm texts me to say they finished it up to which I immediately replied and asked if I could get a shuttle back to the dealer. No response to multiple texts until after they close and I get the automated text saying to check in tomorrow. Absolutely terrible customer service and no respect for my time. No reason to schedule an appointment here cause they won’t get to it any faster. Will not return here again after years of using them.

I bring my older vehicle here for oil changes and have been very happy! They are thorough and dont pressure me into getting extra work done

3 hour wait for an oil change. This place needs better management or to be upfront with waiting times.

I actually didnt personally have any service done, however I just purchased a car that they serviced. I figured it was a shot in the dark, but that Id ask them if they had the service records. The first gentleman that helped me was super helpful, and then got me over to Madison and she was able to pull it up, print it out, scan it back and email it to me! A+++ customer service and Im not even getting service done! Wanted to give some kudos for sure :)

Customer service was unprofessional, they had my car for five hours and when I called to find out what was going on they didn’t know because they didn’t work on it.The representative that was talking to me was not interested in hearing me, he just wanted to excuse their faults, my car had to stay the whole weekend and I still don’t know what is going on.They also promised to call me and they never did.Funny, the motto “ we hear you” means nothing to them.

Ken Garff we hear you but we are just going to ignore you. Just try and call the service dept and get someone to talk to you. It aint ever going to happen

I dont recommend anyone go here for Nissan repairs. They dont know what they are doing and will keep guessing at your expense. We had our truck in their shop. After 3 weeks, over $2000 and numerous wrong repairs, defective parts and little communication they finally claimed our truck was fixed. They dropped it off to our house which was great. Right up until we went out and noticed they broke our dash and brought it back that way. Then we drove it maybe 5 miles and our check engine light came back on. Now the new fix they claim they need to make is going to cost over $3,000. They steal your money on unnecessary repairs and dont make the correct repairs your vehicle needs, and then bring your vehicle back to you in worse shape then you took it in. Highly recommend you taking your hard earned money to a mechanic that actually knows what they are doing and will fix it right the first time!

I have always felt well taken care of and respected here. As a woman who knows almost nothing about cars, Ive had considerable trouble with other service centers. I love the way they treat me here. Its goes a LONG WAY to me wanting to buy my next car from this specific location.Notes:- Theres a free soda machine while you wait- You can also enjoy free wifi- If you dont want to wait on site, they will offer you a complimentary Uber- If you are going to work while you are waiting, take a left past the soda machine for a desk
