This store is Verizon, they took my s9+ as trade in for $699. Towards my new s21+ultra.Eight months later, twelve calls to customer service later. Verizon customer service told me to go to the store to resolve my trade-in issue.What did this store do for me?They called the police and had me tresspassed.So...now how do I get Verizon to honor their trade in of $699?I guess my only option is to find a lawyer...

I called on Sunday February 21, 2021, I had a few basic questions. I listened to a long list of choices, then listened to 40 long minutes of music. My call got answered, she gave me her name, then asked for my first and last name. I, pressed the button about being a new customer. I, told the lady, about the long wait, no, I am sorry about, your long wait(would have made a difference to me), If this is how you treat a potential new customer, I have to wonder, how you would, treat me as a client? I, was looking at buying a iphone 12, and a iwatch 6, with connection, spending about $1,700..I would like to know, is this, your standard way of treating your customers, or a isolated case? This was on Delta Waters store.

Not even sure where to begin! Verizon support and customer service has always been bad but thanks to the Delta Waters store and their store Manager Justin and Tech Destiny I look at them in a different light. It all started with an upgrade, porting a line over from boost and creating a family plan. So many issues from the start but once Justin learned our situation and the issues we were having he treated us like loyal customers and care. He has been very hands on and personal through out or 3 weeks of issues and 2 weeks of a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max not working properly after the port. All in all it has been a very tough situation for all of us. Without the help of Justin and his team to work with us to resolve the issue I would have taken my business elsewhere but I feel very valued as a customer now and will be moving forward knowing that not all of verizon is terrible. So with that said Thank you Justin and all the crew at The Delta Waters in Medford you are all so great! We really appreciate your concern and attentive effort in resolving our issue and showing us that our business matters!!! You guys Rock

5/5 star customer service. Kyle went above and beyond to explain the process of switching my business account (multiple lines) over from ATT to VZW. Before starting the process, I was given a thorough explanation of each step of the process, and the cost involved. He went the extra mile in following up with me during each step to ensure that things were working correctly. The reception is exceptionally superior to any other carrier, and I am saving about 30% on my phone bill as opposed to ATT. I highly recommend this location.

Pushy sales. They don’t care about the customers, just making the sale. They’re good at talking fast and talking in circles to overwhelm and confuse in order to move you along toward a purchase. I went in with my phone not working. Salesman didn’t even try to get it workable for me (I was able to later trouble shoot on my own and got the phone working just fine). Showed me the most expensive phones because they were the best ‘deals’. Tried to sell me a $120 accessory package. I kindly told him upfront I didn’t need that and he aggressively pushed this probably 10 more times, even throwing around the word ‘mandatory’. There’s more I could mention, but long story short, I didn’t go through with the purchase. I took my old phone back and walked out. I’ve been a Verizon customer for at least 15 years, but that day I switched to a different carrier. This wasn’t my first experience like this at this Verizon store, and I am done with it.

Great customer service, 10 thumbs up 👍. I havent received any issues, problems or difficulty here. Depending on how many customers waiting in line for services, expect some delays. Sometimes 30 - 45 minutes waiting time on good days (sometimes shorter) and 1 hrs. - 3 hrs. waiting on average to slow days. All in all, great service. My only issue and one that needs to be addressed, NO restrooms inside. Last thing anyone needs while waiting in line is to have no access to public facilities, which is a huge let down. Fortunately, the adjoining restaurant, next door Pita Pit does have restrooms and theyre readily available for public use. Hope this helps...

This is for the Verizon location on Center drive by Fred Meyer. I was helped by a visiting employee from the Delta Waters location so it fits here too.I was with ATT for 20 years and NEVER received such professional service from any of their stores, call center or otherwise. My issue with porting my number to Verizon was handled perfectly and in a timely caring manner.Also my new Verizon service ACTUALLY WORKS in and above Ashland Oregon where my former ATT service just drained my device battery trying. 5 stars outa me is next to impossible but in this case its mandatory.

It was way easier going into the store, had a few weeks where the reps on the phone either didnt understand who could fix the issue or they would always transfer....it was frustrating so I waited to visit the store. Took maybe 20 minutes to get it all sorted out, the agent was so accommodating, knowing the phone line was a long wait time, the manager in store was able to fix my account. In those 20 minutes, the Gizmo watch was finally connected correctly. Big headache finally over.

We have always had a great experience in the past but since COVID things have changed. You are greeted at the door by a security guard who is not so friendly in asking what you want. If you dont have the correct answer you are told to go away. There is no reason to be treated like that no matter what is going on. While ATT across the parking lot is set up under a tent providing friendly service. Way to lose customers Verizon.

Here I was always told that if you go to a corporate store you get better deals and treated better than if you went to an authorized retailer store or in other words, you get more bang for your buck. Not the case. I was over charged and told I needed to change my plan in order to get a new phone. I wish I got the name of the associate that helped me but when I returned he wasnt there. I suggest to CALL if your doing any kind of change to your phone or plan.

Nice reps, the manager is a very very humble person. He tried to get me to stay with Verizon after I was taking my equipment back and after I told him I wasnt interested he was extremely professional and gave me his card just in case. I have to say that if it doesnt work out with US Cellular I will take him up on his offer because of the quality of service. The one negative that I do have is sometimes the reps are kind of shady in the way they scare you into buying new accessories when they arent needed, aka a new charger because the old one is too low voltage but that is sales, cant blame them but they should be more honest to get a sale

I escorted my daughter and her 3 children to change phone service from AT&T to Verizon. We spent about 8 hours there! It was grueling! Staff worked after hours and accommodated us as much as possible.It brought my daughter to tears when after all this time they denied her service!Staff worked with corporate office into the night and thankfully when my daughter called the next morning it was resolved! Very disappointed that Verizon did nothing to compensate my daughter for our 8 hour nightmare chasing a 1 year old around the store for 8 hours!I do have to say that I have no complaints about the store staff or the phone service we have now, it was just getting connected to the service that was a real problem?

When he found out I was just here to look and ask questions, he brushed me aside.He actually said to me, looking at his tablet, It says here when you checked in you were looking to leave with a new phone. Id be happy to answer your questions if we werent as busy. Nice customer service. I absolutely intend to buy a phone, but, I need to make an informed decision. When I found the discrepancy and called about it. The best they SAID they could do was half reimbursement!!!! So I have to pay $240 for their store managers mistake!!!! Unacceptable!!!!! Family of six devices with Verizon for many years .... recently went in for two upgrades sales person told us one thing and then at counter changed the deal ...? Him trying to take us for a ride? or him not knowing his job..? Probably a little of both . Not the first problem with this store since that’s the only place we have gone for years . Well not anymore! We will get the same great Verizon service from another store and FYI folks other stores can service your accounts even though these clowns will scare you into thinking they can’t. I’m very surprised Verizon corporate lets this kind of thing go on, I see numerous one star reviews lots of unhappy people....? I don’t get itUpdate !!! In 2014 I bought a phone that froze on its own just a few days later. There was 14 days from date of purchase to take phone back no problem as long as the phone wasnt abused. A manager there named Jose literally lied to my face and told me I couldnt bring it back saying a lot of people think they can bring it back within 14 days but thats not really true. I had to go outside and call Verizon corporate to get them to call Jose the manager to tell him to do his job. That actually happened.

It was a relief to walk into the corporate store and get treated with respect and kindness. All of my needs were met and we even got a free replacement for my husbands phone because of an extra warrantee I didnt realize I had. We were working with Myron and he was awesome! Thanks!

Update: I originally rated this location as one star because of the situation described below. The local manager, Jonathan, commented on the review, I contacted him, and he completely resolved my issue. I believe he also was going to educate employees to avoid this situation for others in the future. I still think Verizon needs to work on its conflicting use of the term autopay and that the second individual we talked to needs an attitude adjustment; however, the superior help provided by Jonathan warrants the move from one to four stars.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Review: On Oct. 11, we switched our plan from “MORE Everything Unlimited Talk, Text & 10GB” to “Start Unlimited” because Destiny at the Delta Waters location said because it is for a veteran and we are on autopay, it would save us about $11 per month. She said if we weren’t happy we could always switch back. This weekend we checked online and saw that our bill was actually going to increase and also saw that the new plan has a caveat that we could be throttled down in times of congestion. So we went in this morning, Oct. 28, to check on it and the representative who said she was the lead specialist (or some similar title) said indeed the price was going to increase and that we could not revert to our previous plan. She said part of the reason for the increase was that we were not on autopay although our bills and account clearly show that we are. She concluded that our particular type of autopay on a credit card no longer qualifies. We were not told any of this on our previous visit, and this person conveyed the news with an extremely cold and dispassionate attitude. We feel very much that we experienced a bait and switch and we plan to file a formal complaint.

Ive had great customer experiences here in the past, but not this time. We got checked in pretty quickly, but then we were forgotten about. The guy that checked us in went on to help another customer that walked in the door after us. There was another agent helping some people on the floor that went on for I swear a half hour about the party she went to the weekend before, two employees left the building, and only then did someone go get an employee to help us. We got Kyle. Kyle wasnt super friendly or helpful, but he sold me a $1000 iphone and then neglected to activate it. You can transfer all your stuff at home, is what I got as far as instructions. Oh, I did get a printout. But Ive never walked out of a Verizon store before not being able to use my phone. And I didnt even realize it. Had to call customer service the next morning to get my phone activated.

Destiny at the Medford store fixed our issue in 10 minutes that other non-corporate stores and the help line couldnt over 4 days. She was able to diagnose the issue via feedback from other less helpful people and order a new phone that was delivered to us overnight. We will drive the hour from Klamath to Medford to this Verizon store exclusively.

Poor representation of a corporate company.Retail involves customer service, you get the feel being a customer is an inconvenience to these people. I waited 25 minutes to pay my bill, while three employees stood behind the counter discussing topics irrelevant to work.When I started my contract I was misinformed on payment options. The gal that helped me was obviously new (which is fine, we were all new once), but her coworkers stood there and let her struggle while misinforming me, instead of helping her.It lead me to believe either Verizon cares not about their customers, or, the store lacks proper management to sustain quality customer service.Dont waste your time with this store. Call customer support, they are very helpful. Also try the other Verizon store across the street from the mall, those folks were also very polite and helpful.

We usually habe no problem at Verizon and have always been happy with the service until now. We bought a Samsung watch and the sales lady told us is would be 10$ a month added to our bill. Sweet!!! I made sure throughout the time there that the 10 was all we would pay extra.. she ensured us it was... now we are suddenly paying 70$ a month more for an extra phone line (?) Just picked up a Galaxy S8+ and Ive never been a fan of Verizon nor have I ever had a line from them but the employees and management helped me choose this service. The management team gave me all their numbers and made sure I had a way to get a hold of them if I had problems or concerns which Ive never recieved from a phone company. I also recieved a text thanking me and asking if I had any questions. After coming from U.S Cellular with mixed/bad experiences and jacked up phone bills monthly, its nice to be treated great. And the salesmen I dealt with was awesome and friendly and made sure to answer all my questions and even went out of his way to search for multiple phone cases that I would like.

We were helped in a timely manner, had all of our questions answered, and left the store in good spirits. We had originally went to the TCC Verizon store in South Medford and were so frustrated with the service that we drove to the Verizon store on Delta Waters instead. Let me start out with saying that I have had nothing but issues with Verizon as company since I switched to them and 100% regret signing a contract with them. When I first switched from US cellular to verizon I switched during a time they had a promotion going on that they would pay the remaining amount of my balance so I could switch. They took my old phone and activated a new one. Told me I would get a prepaid card sent to my home to pay off my remaining balance. I waited about 3 weeks and never received anything. I went back to verizon asking them to find out what happened and they told me I wasnt going to get a credit or prepaid card because I never turned in my old phone. I explained that I 100% gave over my phone to a salesmen when I was in last. This fight with them went on for about 5 months. In those 5 months I had to pay off my us cellular bill while I continued to pay my current phone bill. Over the last year or so I have not had major issues, but dont get the greatest service in town. Whatever, I can deal. I decided to stay with them due to my monthly bill being worth the awful service. I decided to do a early trade in via chat with a sales representative, they said they would waive the $30 trade in fee if I paid for overnight shipping and would receive my phone the next day. So I said sure, I can manage to wait 24 hours to get my phone. Next day rolls around and my tracking information says I wont get my phone for 2 more days. I check with verizon who states they did not charge me the overnight fee (which is fine except that means they had no intention of giving me overnight shipping, they just wanted the sale). I ask if I can just go into the store to activate a new phone then and they tell me no, I am just going to have to wait. What makes me the most mad is that I could have gone in that day and walked out with a new phone, but then was promised a phone in 24 hours and now I am waiting 72 hours. I will stay with verizon until this contract is up, and then I am out. Their service in store is never great either. 100% recommend using another phone service.

Very slick sales woman named Betty flat out lied about the service contract. Said paperwork would be emailed; it wasnt. Said the tablet was not a part of a bundle and represented it as costing $79 dollars, failing to mention the 24 months of contract payments. Do not trust these people. I do like Verizons service in general and have used them for years. The whole cell phone world has turned dark. It is too expensive, too invasive, too hard to use and too hard to escape using.

I find it very interesting that the complaint I have is for the same person I see being complained about, over and over again on these posts. I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years and would have never thought Id be treated like I was treated today by the manager Kyle at the Delta Waters location. I wont go into too much detail because I have already complained to numerous managers about him, but he completely refused to help me, and would not even let me explain the situation that I am in with a brand new (defective) $1000 phone that I have had less than a week. He simply told me to call the 800 number and talk to them and told me to leave his store. He did not pull up my Verizon account, he did not even ask me my name, did not introduce himself, nothing, he did not want to help me and his mind was set. I have never in my life met someone as unprofessional and rude as this man, how could he possibly be a manager? After speaking with the 800 number and manager after manager, the information that Kyle gave me was completely wrong, and I was able to resolve my problem with ease, else ware. I will never return to this store, and am thinking about changing from Verizon altogether. I was embarrassed and humiliated by him.

Worst customer service I have had. Employees do not appear to have any people skills and are incredibly unorganized. While waiting, it was evident that they do not appear to have a thorough understanding of the product and are more concerned about upselling the accessories even after the customer is clear they don’t want them. After helping a customer that arrived after us, we asked when we would be helped and mentioned that the person checked-in after us was being helped. The employee became defensive, adversarial and rude to the extent We just walked out in order to avoid confrontation in front of everyone. Save your time; buy online, at least if this store is your only option.

The service at this store is excellent. Yes, the initial wait was long, since they were a lot of customers in the store, but once it was our turn, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Big thank you to Betty Yanez, who was so helpful and super nice and didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t want. She even texted my son the day after our purchase to let him know of a rebate that was available on-line that had expired, but to our surprise was still honored when we followed up on it. After having had terrible customer service at the TMobile store in Grants Pass, we are very happy that we decided to go with Verizon and especially this store on Delta Waters. We will definitely recommend this store and especially Betty to our friends.

We have been with Verizon for over 10 years weve had some issues from time to time but weve always been treated with respect until today! The employee named Betty was outrageously rude and disrespectful to us as soon as she walked over she had attitude and was diffensive she cut me off as I was talking said she was just going to get a manager cause she couldnt deal with it!!! The manager apologized for her behavior said she was having a bad day but if you are in sales and customer service you cannot talk to people like that she should of just went home! So if you are every going into Verizon please ask for anyone but Betty
