Boost mobile went down in quality I had a really nice top of the line cell phone that was spotty and would freeze up for no reason putting that aside we did not have reception anywhere in the valley we couldnt even answer calls from messenger cause it just said connecting over and over again I even had a friend call me right next to me on my regular number to show me my phone was not ringing with every incoming call i got so I had to switch companies thank god i have no problems at all now boost mobile sucks big fat donkey d#!k

Trying to add a line and since i dont support 5g its been over an hour of trying to switch the device to 4g. No chairs, no where to be comfortable while waiting. Terrible to have to wait this long. Oh yeah, supposedly can not just buy phones out right, they make you add a plan and charge activation fee. Not happy and have been with boost for a few years.Still waiting...

At around 6:50 pm today, I visited this location during my lunch break, not realizing it actually closes at 7:00 pm! Leon launched into helping me with no hesitation. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful, even though I was horribly unprepared to switch service providers. As I struggled to verify all the correct information, he was exceptionally patient! I apologized numerous times for coming in so late. Each time, he reassured me that his main priority was setting me up with a new, working phone, and that I leave satisfied. When I said I could come back on a different day, at a better time, so he didnt have to help me after closing, he batted my worries away. I left around 7:30-7:40 pm with a new phone, happy, satisfied, and extremely thankful for the kind, considerate service I was provided!

Came in the store today to get switched over from metro PCS. Alisa helped me with getting a good phone. So far the service in medMedf is ok. I did have to reset the phone once because apps from the play store wouldnt download so I restarted the phone and it is working fine.

Great service and deals on phones

So far the boost stores in medford have not been very helpful. The one on w. Main. St didnt greet me or even acknowlende my presenxe til i ask if my lil girl could use the restroom. And was told she could not.The one on Biddle Road the manager tried to get ma to pay a 25 dollar activation fee. I told him one reason i use boost is there is no activation fees.He would not help with a few simple questions, im sorry but poor customer sedvice. There is nothing wrong with helping someone, would have given boost a good reputation and possibly brought in more customers.
