I just had the most efficient and pleasant experience, that I think I have ever had! While I had previously called this corperate store and found myself hopeful about the customer service, nothing prepared me for how kind and effective Jake Mehl was. Jake listened to me about my previous experiences, he solved the issue that brought me in, evaluated my plan for discounts, took care of my other devices, saved me money, made me feel valued, and he did it all with a cheerful attitude. The store worked to balance its customer load while I felt like I was getting the Queen’s treatment. 15/10 would recommend !

This AT&T store is the worst. Bought a mobile hot spot it does not work they could not even get it to work. Asked for my money back and they said they would have to charge a restock fee of $55.00 What a rip off company they sale bad stuff and then wont give your money back.

Save yourself the headache. Go into the store. Dont bother trying to get any of the online promos. I literally spent more than 18 hours just trying to take advantage of a $500 credit posted online with At&t. It should have been so simple, but it turned into the worst experience.In the end I still had to go back to the Delta Waters store. Weston saved me & took care of the insanity. I wish I had never tried to get the promo. Worst Experience Ever. It took time to fix, but you cant replace good in person service.Thank you Weston!!!

Our sales rep Easton was great. He was honest and upfront about our plan and understanding of what we were there for. He sold us 2 new phone but unfortunately he was unable to get mine to accurately reflect paid off. Had his system allowed him to do so we would have ordered my phone as well. Now the phone customer service line was absolutely 💯percent awful experience.

We were pleasantly surprised with our visit to the Delta Waters AT&T store. We were helped by BJ and Dave. We were having issues with our phones and were able to upgrade and replace them. We adjusted our data usage (we were using much less than we were paying for). Our youngest got his own plan (he said the service was good) and our bill was reduced. Other patrons also left feeling good about the service they received.the atmosphere was upbeat and very positive.

We want the company to do its job by hiring people to help us. If I wanted to do all the work myself, Id rather send you a bill for my time instead of giving it up for free.

We came in store at the Delta Waters location thinking we have an issue that can’t be fixed. But CADEN STIWMESMA was the best! He was not only kbowleageable, he was kind, gentle and understanding to what seems to be an issue to my husband and me. Today my experience with Bj and David were both amazing. As they were pretty busy they were quick and very nice as customers were waiting. Always a wonderful experience.

Might I say I had such a great experience. I went in there looking to upgrade my phone. It was a long process on my behalf because of the logistics of my situation. Andy one of AT&Ts employees sat there and answered every one of my questions efficiently and patiently. He as well as kept me company while waiting for my mom (the account holder) to arrive. He went over how to function my new phone on the tester devices. Finally my mom arrived and I could finalize everything. We were in the best care. He was professional in every manner and thorough with what the process entails upgrading my device in all. My mom and I ended up switching device since she wanted the S20 Ultra but they wernt in stock at the time. So I took her S20 standard. We got a new case and all the bells and whistles. I was in there give or take 3 hours by choice. Andy is such a great guy and I am thankful to have gotten such an awesome experience. I would recommend anyone going into AT&T to get Andy to be the one to walk you through.

Difficult to understand the employees sometimes. Also, the internet deals are a joke. We tried to activate the $300 prepaid deal and couldnt get it to work, in store twice and three calls to 611? Is this deal even work or just bs????

I have had nothing but amazing experiences in every single encounter with this store. I have came in numerous times the past several years with a multitude of phone issues and some crazy problems and stories to go along with it. Not only were my phone issues always solved and figured out in ways to give me the best deal possible, they went above in beyond in their customer service (especially BJ, who has helped me almost each time I’ve been in the store and always made my experience easy and fun and successful) to the point where I am excited when I get to go in now.

Outstanding Service!!!BJ helped us with our MANY cellular needs today!I brought my 84yr old Dad in to get him an Apple Watch. BJ was amazing with him, he set it up, taught him how to use it and simplified the entire process! Couldn’t ask for any better service here!!! The bonus of the evening...they have a special on the second watch so I also got one! We needed cases for 2 other phones, change of address, he was able to get us the best deal for everything. Very highly satisfied with this visit!!

Hunter was absolutely incredible!!!! He spent 4 hours assisting my entire family switch from a previous service provider. The time was mainly due to my end with having to shore an issue on my behalf. Hunter took care of every single detail from taking in our old phones, transferring all of our personal information which is highly sensitive because of our careers, to helping us with a way better family plan with better coverage to even entertaining our daughter who is young and wanted to watch TV. He got things situated with our new Apple watches and got them connected as well as helping us with our cases, screen protectors and even placing them on for us! My husband and I are first responders and I’m currently injured and he was so helped with my accommodations! He Was so positive and uplifting, never seem to be bothered by a long project of switching over with so many phones and devices. Despite the mask requirements and not being able to see his face we know he was smiling and laughing along with us. Couldn’t ask for a better employee or better help! BJ the store manager Referred us to Hunter and New that he could take on our large task! And Hunter did just that! BJ was also very helpful and supportive in between and so positive and uplifting. If we could give Hunter 10 stars we sure would! He deserves a promotion and a raise! Will they come so much for taking care of our family!

I have been given the run around for over a year on a promotion. No one at the store can help solve the issue. When I spoke to customers service over the phone they say it can easily be solved in store. The store employees are no help, rude, and like to pass the blame on each other.

AT&T sent me a survey and asked for comment and this was my response:My husband Robert Rockholt and I, MariaElena Rockholt are AT&T customers. Yesterday, 10/17/20, Saturday went to AT&T Medford, OR Store and the store manager Thomas Joseph or TJ made sure we were given the best service. I believe this was the best service we ever had with AT&T. As customers built up that day, he made sure that organization and good service were given to customers that were also there with us. He went over and beyond his functions as the store manager and at the same time we have observed that he treats his staff well, when approached for help and needed some answers, he was immediately there to help them. TJ was very courteous, cordial, efficient, and professional. He knows everything going on in that store. Furthermore, he was able to extend more sales like the AT&T TV. I think thats a better deal for us which he introduced other than the sale of my cell phone. When we got home, we were not able to play our AT&T cell and TV. He returned our call right away and went again over and beyond his duties even if it was time for him to leave his work and eventually was already with his family and yet he continued his work with us. He finished what needs to be done to help us even late at night. We actually felt sorry for taking that time away from his family just to help us... so AT&T TV and my cell work. He is such a hard working man that we believe he should be taken care of very well by AT&T for such dedication and excellent work that he gives to AT&T. This was our first time to meet him. My husband and I are the worst in technology and yet he helped us through it all. I am glad he was there in that store and the AT&T manager. So... I hope AT&T takes care of their asset... This store does not care about their customers at all. Walked in to get help with an issue with my phone and left very unhappy about 2 minutes later. Caden helped me and wore his airpods the entire time while helping me. He didnt listen to anything I had to say and all he could say was that it was because my phone wasnt updated. Im having trouble with my speaker, which has nothing to do with the update at all. He was very rude and unhelpful. My family has been loyal AT&T customers for over 10 years, and now may switch because their customer service has gone downhill.

The customer service at this store is excellent. I recieved my new iPhone from AT&T in the mail but had to take it into the store to get a system error worked out (SIM card was not activating). I was greeted immediately upon walking in the doors and a rep named David identified the problem with my phone and resolved it quickly and competently. I was in a rush to catch a plane so was very happy with the fast service and iPhone in working condition.

I swore I would never goo bank to this site because they were not the most helpful, Im glad I did go back however. I was helped by Jesse, who is new there. He was amazing. He was super helpful and kind. I ended up getting a new phone and DIRECTV which I would have never considered had I not encountered Jesse. He help save me money by getting rid of Charter for my tv services and he got me into a new iPhone which I love. I would hourly suggest going to this store and asking specifically to be helped by Jesse. I couldnt have had a better experience.

Went into the store on 10/9 to exchange our REPLACEMENT Note 7 for a different phone and we were told by the store manager that AT&T was not replacing ANY Note 7s even for other phones and that if we did not like it we needed to take it up with their corporate offices or with Samsung. We called another AT&T store in town (South Gate) and were told that it was absolutely NOT TRUE. We were helped at that store, got our phone switched over and ordered a brand new LG V20. I will NEVER go back to the store on Delta Waters again, this isnt the first time the store manager has lied to me but it will be the last time.

Okay....so...last month I had trouble paying my at&t prepaid online. And after tons of stressful work phone calls between at&t corporate and my bank and couple days without service I finally went to the Delta Waters store. Well, I was greeted very quickly and helped out by Jake after almost an hour of trying everything he could he understood why I was having such a problem the same problem started happening to him and he could understand my frustration but after doing everything over the phone that he could he bypassed the red tape and pulled off a miracle on his end and was able to turn my phone back on within seconds. Jake did nothing wrong but go above and beyond very patiently to help and find a solution to a computer clerical error. I am beyond grateful...Tonight the same problem happened again... I was helped by a very nice gentleman, Dustin, and after a while both he and his supervisor BJ started to see the same problem and had to go through the same obstacles Jake had to but pulled off a miracle as well and I ended up with a new number, a cheaper bill and my phone back on. Dustin’s supervisor BJ had all confidence in Dustin to take care of the situation and he did just that.The point of this review is the fact that no matter how stressful the situation was or how stressful I was and only added stress to the situation and no matter how much time it took both Jake and Dustin and everyone at AT&T will treat you with the most amazing respect and patience that I have ever seen anywhere. They are all very sweet and will do anything possible to take care of you and resolve your situation.Thank you so much guys!!!
