This store lied to my mother after seeing that she did not have very much knowledge of iPhones. They knew what iPhone model she had and when she upgraded to a newer iPhone, they made her buy $100 worth of new phone accessories, such as phone chargers and car chargers even though they are exactly the same as her previous iPhones. They told her the old chargers would not work because the new phones have different connections (untrue). Upon learning this, I told my mom that she did not need to buy any of the new accessories they made her purchase. She called them and tried to return the items and the store manager repeatedly talked over my mom and would not let her get a word in, saying she had to return the items within 14 days. They also signed her up for protection plans she repeatedly declined. This store takes advantage of people who come for help with their phones and Verizon plans.

Arrived with 30 minutes to spare before closing. They refused to help my husband and I with the upgrade stating it would take too long. Our previous upgrade took 10 minutes. Essentially these employees were just rude and lazy. One was busy on her phone and computer and the other barely acknowledged me because she was stocking shelves. They also refused to help the person who arrived after us.

Just another cell phone store. The 3 stars does not reflect my opinion of this particular store, but more so my opinion on cell phone stores in general. If you need a phone, shop around. Another provider might have a better deal for a plan that better suits you and your lifestyle.

Follow up 3/14/2021:Since the message addressing my concern I emailed the address they advised and to the lack of my surprise, they did not address the issue or follow up with me to “regain my trust”.Just so everyone is aware, the “response from owner” is a public relations tactic to save face but they will continue to let the wrongs still go uncorrected ;)TCC VerizonI realize that TCC is a licensed Verizon retailer but as a Verizon customer of 10 years, one would expect the same level of service as going into a Verizon Corporate location.That was not our case.In late November we ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max. We came into the Center drive location on 12/02/2020 to get the new device set up on the account on an early upgrade.We were dealing with Ryan P. We clearly told him that the line that was eligible for the early upgrade was not getting the new device but would be putting the new device on Line 1 and Line 2 would be assuming Line 1s current phone.Ryan said it was doable and examined the device to be traded in a said that we would get up to a -250cr on our bill once the phone was traded in. He proceeded with our set up and when it came time to hand over the old device, Ryan had realized he messed up the transaction when he was promoted that due to early upgrade on line 1 our trade in became ineligible.Instead of keeping us there longer after being In store for an hour, he said he would work on correcting it with customer service and call us so we could bring in the old device. He took a photo of our invoice on his phone and we left.I gave Ryan that weekend through the following Monday to call and no call. I called the location on Tuesday and Wednesday left voicemails requesting a call back from Ryan- no call back. Called Thursday went to voicemail again and did not leave a message.I had to deal with Verizon customer service 2 times until on the 3rd we got a customer service rep who was able to get us fixed (a month after our purchase). He had informed us not only was this typical of franchise locations, but also that the -250cr was misquoted and should have instead been expressed as a device buy out.My point is this.Your sales Rep Ryan failed us. Your management failed us by not holding sales reps accountable and ensuring that they are giving accurate information and taking ownership of their customers they come in contact with.The way I see it, the time and frustration it took me to fix his mistake, even though the -250 credit isn’t owed to us, it should be on principle.But as experienced by being blown off and ignored, I do not see any level of customer service being extended to us by your location or TCC. This one transaction has damaged our relationship with all TCC Verizon locations and will not be bringing our future transactions through TCC.

Thanks to Laurens expertise, after one short hour I walked out of the store with a new phone, a new plan, and my old number ported over to Verizon. One week later, Ashley took the time, and had the patience, to answer all my questions, help me personalize the settings, and open an account with Verizon wireless. Feeling very happy about switching to Verizon and grateful for getting fantastic customer service. Keep up the good work Verizon!

We went in to switch from our long-time company (35 years with them!), due to our relocation to a city where the former providers service was not strong. We were sad to leave them, but decided Verizon had the best coverage where were going. Robert C. helped us decide on phones and a plan that worked for us. Someone had called in sick, so he was alone, yet he managed to help several other folks who came in during the hour-plus we were there, without missing a beat. We appreciated his help and knowledge and are hoping this is the beginning of another long-time relationship with a phone service.

The best experience at a Verizon store and we’ve gone to all the ones in Medford! Levi was so knowledgeable! My husband bought a crummy screen protector off amazon and had gotten glue in the speaker on his Note 10 +. . Levi was able to clean it out so the sound was much better! He also helped us pick out a liquid glass screen protector which works great with the fingerprint sensor. If you have any questions or concerns I highly recommend going to see Levi he is terrific!

Not actually a Verizon store. They can’t do anything here that you can’t do better online. They upsell very hard and will guilt trip or lie to you to sell overpriced accessories.Bottom line, go to the real Verizon store near the sportsman’s warehouse

Best phone retailer experience of my life. I walked in, asked for the phone I wanted, and the deal I wanted, and was out of there with a great phone and great deal on less time than it took to order a burger a fast food joint. Lauren was professional and friendly and helpful, and best of all, she saw that I knew what I wanted before I walked in, and didnt try to pressure me into buying anything. This is how buying phones should be.Edit: Turns out it was easy because they were inept, and didnt actually do what they said theyd do. Got a surprise $50 charge on my bill, and my bill went up another $10/month after that. Hours on the phone later, after being reassured it was fixed multiple times... still over charging me.. all because the original purchase was entered incorrectly. I would rather just give the phone back at this point.

I work for TCC Verizon in Washington State and my brother and dad were visiting my little sister in Oregon in the Medford area. Being that it’s Father’s Day and it’s tax free there, my brother and dad went in to get my dad a new phone and I assured them it would cost them $0 to get the phone out the door as long as they refuse the Setup fee ($30) and the redux membership ($30). The employee named Taylor told them no matter what they do, they have to pay the $60. Such a shame as I work for the exact same company and know I would do right by my customers if they didn’t need a service we charge for. Be aware of this location and their fraudulent activity. Ask them to list what you’re being charged for, and make sure they disclose as it is their job to do so. Again I work for TCC Verizon in Washington State and am ashamed at what my dad and brother had to go thru. Complaint to TCC corporate and Mr. Moorehead in Indy on the way!

The crew at this location is stellar. Torin patiently helped me activate an iPhone XR with Verizon. My older iPhone 7 was with AT&T, and Torin guided me through the transfer steps. Then, just days later, when my purse containing the new iPhone was stolen, Ashley and Robert C calmly and kindly helped me — a head-spinning, sleep-deprived wreck — to reactivate my old iPhone 7, which was still locked by AT&T. Despite some frantic back-and-forth trips home and one to AT&T across the street, the whole process took only two hours! Much less than the 24 hours I was advised to expect. Such a relief since I needed the phone to complete a police report and cancel credit cards asap. Thank you Torin, Ashley, and Robert.
