Thomas, the manager was amazing. We ran into some account issues during the process, but Thomas stayed over an hour past his shift to help us. I went into this Verizon authorized retailer to ask some basic information about plan pricing for adding a cellular game camera to an existing plan, and the employee told me Verizon did not offer the service. Every cellular game camera brand that I know of offers a camera specific to the Verizon network. I don’t fault the guy for not knowing, my problem is, even after I told him about the camera being sold specific to the Verizon network, he was adamant that we could not set the camera up through Verizon. Of course I left mad about his answer and went down the road to an actual Verizon store and got the info I was looking for. In my line of work, as with all jobs, I don’t have all the answers. You can’t ask that of anyone. The fact that he wasn’t even willing to ask someone else or do a little research to educate himself is what frustrates me so much.

Today I went into the Medford, OR Verizon store in the Rogue Valley Mall, and I could not be more pleased with not only the service I received, but my overall experience in this store. I was lucky enough to be helped by Garret, who is without a doubt the most helpful associate I’ve been helped by since having Verizon. I was under the impression that he was the manager of this store based on his knowledge and patience, but I was so surprised to find out that he isn’t the manger after all. All I know is, he is an asset to not only your store but your company, and I can confidently say he deserves to be more than just an associate! He kept me informed throughout the entire process of upgrading my phone, and even took the time to write out the numbers to ensure that I understood everything clearly.Thanks so much for the great experience!Sarah

This store does not list the prices of products (cases, chargers, etc.) on the wall, which are extremely over priced. Secondly, I purchased two phones and added a line. I was told that I would get $750 credit for adding the new line which would be spread over 18 months at $41.67 towards my bill. While the guys in the store have been nice... they have not delivered on the $750 credit. It has been six months and I have called numerous times to resolve this matter in a constructive fashion.

Do not do business here. They say one thing and do another. I was promised a certain warranty and even had it in writing. When I needed help they said “sorry we changed are minds” and now have lost a customer. Lucky for me I t was a very minimal purchase. Be careful and avoid this place.

Five stars is an understatement for this amazing team. Everyone we encountered in the store was polite and interactive. We were especially pleased with the sales rep that helped us, Donald. His tactic wasnt to just sell, he was there to answer questions and help us find exactly what we needed. I hated my experience with this store!!!I have been a big user of Verizon for many years as I feel they have the best service around however, the customer service I got was less than par. I entered one of their promotions to buy new phones, accessories and such to get a free TV. They assured me that I would qualify and thats where every thing went south. Along to qualify I also needed a new tablet (that I didnt need) with a line of service (that I dont use), but I figured what the heck, Its Verizon, they earned it. Now when its time to claim the reward, They say I dont qualify even though I bought everything the store told me too. I currently tried to get the store to help with the situation, but customer service, with Verizon, said that this store was not really a true Verizon store (you would think that putting Verizon on the door would suggest otherwise). I contacted the store and talked to a manager and was successful three times, Unfortunately the answer was always the same (even from different people) hmm thats strange will have to look into that and call you back. Of course they never returned my calls and now they dont even let me talk to a manager. I know stupid stuff happens, but they could at least do the courtesy of talking to a loyal Verizon customer. Verizon customer service recommended that in the future I use a real Verizon store to make transactions. So I would recommend to all those individuals wanting to use Verizon service to avoid this location and go to an actual sanctioned provider (like the store out Crater Lake Hwy). I know I will never see my 1000$ TV but hopefully others can avoid the same mistake I made. Good Luck, oh, and this store sucks!!!!

This was one of the best cell phone buying experiences I have ever had! The manager Justin was awesome. He seemed to really care about my needs and wants and was not pushy. He gave me all the information I needed and the process was smooth. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Just a fun time in that store A+ .

I had the best experience here at this Verizon store than ever had at any other store I could think of. Donald helped assist me above and beyond, I had a crappy phone I just wanted to fix and instead I walked out with a new iPhone X and only having to pay $10 more on the bill. They sell a screen protector with guarantee for lifetime of your phone. $50. However, the catch is you have to mail in to the company that makes the screen protector to get a replacement. So for 2-3 weeks you deal with your broken screen. The alternative is to drive across the street to Staples and buy a much better liquid protector for $24.In addition, I also bought a phone guarantee from Verizon and it too was financed by another company. They were out of my phone and want to give me a cheaper one. Verizon phone service is good but it stops there. I would not by any additional products from Verizon ever again.

Jabbar, the store manager, is a genuine and real guy who sincerely wants to help. He gave us excellent advice - as one parent to another - for getting my daughters first phone. He also gave us a plethora of helpful tips since Im not a super techie mom, and made sure we were totally set up before we left. Hes a really friendly guy, and I would highly recommend him!

Ive had very few good encounters when shopping for a new phone/ new phone plan, and I have to say this was the best experience by far. Donald, the guy that helped us was very quick to answer any question we had, was very professional, but also relatable and just all around a great guy. Their Customer Service email is an auto-reply that directs you to reply to the 1-800 #. Their salesperson lied to me TWICE about a sale on a phone, and then they sold it to me for $40 OVER retail price (my bad for not reading the contract!), and also neglected to tell me that I lost $50 when I switched from pre-pay to post-pay, which is non-refundable. IMO, Steer Clear! The Verizon by Trader Joes seems much more honest, imo...

Max was so helpful. Not only did he navigate through our initial irritated attitudes, he also put up with the army of children we had to bring in with us. We came in to fix a broken phone and ended up having to leave and come back the next day, and both times Max was friendly and welcoming and tried doing anything he could to help us fix our (countless) issues. We were pretty much the nightmare customers retail workers dread at this time of year, but despite being new, Max handled us all gracefully and we walked out of the store with a new phone!! If youre in this store, ask for Max.

Im not one to leave reviews but the night I took my Aunt to get a new tablet we were helped by a gentleman named Anthony. My Aunt has cerebral palsy and is mentally disabled, he took the extra time to show her different opions and explained things in a way she could understand. He didnt just treat us like a sale. My Aunt is very happy with her new tablet and we have Anthony to thank for that. It shouldnt go unnoticed when someone goes the extra mile and that gentleman sure did. He went above and beyond his job. I wont ever take my business to another Verizon store again.

This store completely ripped me off. I was told I would get a $750 credit towards a phone if I added a line. I added the line, purchased new phones and have never seen the credit. I have called the store numerous times and they have never made it right. Secondly they do not list their prices on accessories and completely rip you off on those items.

I had a fantastic experience at the Victra Verizon store in the mall. Jabbar and Anthony did in a half hour what would have taken me a lot longer doing myself online. In one session, for a very reasonable fee, they ported my existing number from a discount phone company to a second line on my wife’s existing Verizon prepaid account. I assumed that would be difficult but they surprised me. I kind of hate the mall and had gone there to the Verizon store as a last resort because I didn’t want to wait for shipping from Verizon’s website. I am so glad I did. They did everything to set up my new account on the phone, and I was up and running quickly. I couldn’t believe it was that easy. Jabbar and Anthony were patient with my questions and situation. They were friendly and interesting to talk with and turned what I thought was going to be a painful experience into a pleasant one. I WILL be buying future phones from them these guys.

Anthony and Donald did a amazing job helping me with my service I am very pleased to be with Verizon, but there was another employee that was extremely rude to other guests and to her own employees. She argued with another customer and to her employees aswell. She told them that she knew what she was doing and didnt need any help at all, but looked like she did need the help. If I was a manger of a establishment I wouldnt allow that at all. So hopefully they can fix that issue there because we I wouldnt want to deal with that particular employee. Other then that my experience with awireless was good because of Anthony and Donald.

This review is for Jabbar at the Verizon in the mall.... he has outstanding customer service skills!!! I had bought a protector for my phone face when I bought the phone which was 2 years ago... the protector face had cracked and I thought I remember them telling me the protector had a lifetime guarantee so I went back to ask them about it... the first sales man said that the store had been sold and the protector was not covered.Jabbar was helping someone else and over heard the conversation he stopped what he was doing and took the time to explain the policy the the new guy... he then told me how to go about getting the new protector covered and told me to bring it in and they would put it on for me... which is exactly what happened!!! thank you so much Jabbar for your exceptional customer service!!! you were the BEST!!!!

WARNING! Do not go to this location for your Verizon needs. The staff here are not knowlagable about the products they sell. Working with the sales representative on my purchases was unprofessional for they were destacted with friends they had in the store leaving me to have to redirect him to finish up with me. Amongst other issues we had. The manager was no help with our experiences and unprofessional for he didnt want to deal with the situation by just arguing with me. Verizon is a great company and its to bad they have retailers like this one. Go to the location on the east side of the freeway. They are better trained and professional and will be of more help.
