Mark and Phil did an excellent job servicing my needs. I had previously taken my vehicle to another body shop in the area but had the WORST experience. After weeks of nothing being done to my vehicle I worked with my insurance agency to have the vehicle moved to CCS and it was the best decision I couldve made. Both Mark and Phil were extremely helpful, thorough, and prompt with making sure my vehicle was repaired. I would 100% recommend CCS for all your auto body needs!

Rented vehicles from enterprise. It comes up under the collision center. The staff is very nice, accommodating and helpful. I was having a very bad day and they upgraded my car for nothing. I needed to add on days and with one phone call they made that possible. Will rent from them again and will recommend to others.

Certified Collision Services in Matthew’s NC, did fix my car. However, it was not fixed the first time I went to pick it up.I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and they said it would be ready for pick up on Friday. The receptionist did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the repair process of my car, and even called me the afternoon that my car was ready to pick up, this is where my issue begins. The receptionist said my car would be ready at 6:00pm (right before they close for the weekend) I told her that if it wouldn’t be ready they could hold onto it until all the repairs were done, but she assured me that my car would be ready for pick up.I picked up my car at 6:00pm on Friday, and all that had been done was the bumper was painted. My drivers side headlight was misaligned (which I had spoke to the tech about and he said they would fix it) and the two panels that had minor damage were not fully flush. I went back in to speak to a tech, and he told me he’d leave a note and get back to me on Monday.Driving home from Certified Collision Services, I discovered neither of my front turn signals were working, both of which had worked before I left my car at CCS for work. I attempted to reach out to leave a voicemail, but you can only leave a voicemail if you have a specific extension so I opted for an email.I dropped my car off again Sunday night, called CCS when they opened Monday morning, and told them all of the things I wanted fixed.My car was ready for pickup Monday afternoon and everything was fixed.The only reason I will not be returning to CCS is because things were not fixed the first time and I had to drop my car off again in order to get things fixed properly.Other than that I had a pleasant experience communicating with the staff at CCS and when I voiced my concern directly to the tech and the receptionist my problem was fixed, but once again it was fixed, after, they said my car was ready to be picked up.

I got my front bumper changed here. Excellent job done and loved the detailed cleaning being done. Also turned over the car relative faster than my previous experience with another collision center,. I would have loved to give 5 stars but communication was almost not there, i called multiple times to check on status and delivery, but again i am fine with good work with bad communication than good communication and bad work :)Thanks for taking care of my car.

Giving a 1 Star rating is tough to do but I have to. This business is NOT Covid safe. They DO have a mask and social distance sign on door BUT they are NOT abiding by it. Customers inside the tiny office area, 2 employees with them and NO masks on any one. Like it or not, and I dont even like it, but we are still under a mask mandate. This business has decided NOT to put the safety of their customers and or potential customers first. I walked out, called them and canceled my appointment. I will say the front desk lady did NOT give me grief. She came across very diplomatically, maybe a little surprised. I HOPE she wasnt surprised after a full year of people getting sick and dying from Covid. But she was cordial.

I went to Toyota to get my car fixed the first time. That was the worst possible decision I ever made. They did an awful job. I then took it to Certified Collision Services to get fixed properly and they did above and beyond. Best choice ever. Then within the last month my sister was involved in an accident. Causing $6900. (neither were our fault). They took the best possible care of that car and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. I will recommend this shop to any one. I brought in a 2000 Durango, ( 17 years old ) and they repaired and painted it matching the rest of the vehicle perfectly. The paint was like glass, even better than I thought possible. My 2017 Fusion Sport had extensive body damage due to an accident. I took it to CCS since they have worked on some minor damage on my other vehicles. They did not disappoint me. My car looks brand new! These guys are professionals who are easy to work with. The weekly updates including photos was great. When I picked up my car I couldnt believe it was the same one that got side swiped by a truck. Had a few minor issues due to some electrical connections and I took it right back and they fixed them immediately. I gave them 5 stars because I couldnt give them more.

These guys are very pro and know what theyre doing. I believe Sal is who worked on my vehicle. The driver side rear door basically needed to be painted correctly (a dealership kept doing it incorrectly). Not only did they do excellent work but I ended up with a job better than factory. I had a large scratch and dent on my rear door and quarter. I had Sal do the estimate and it was nearly equal to the one from the insurance estimator. They had my car for a week and I must say the car looks as good as new. Body is back to how it should looks and paint looks great. I highly recommend the team here.

Nice surprise!Going through a wreck, insurance company and repairs is a rough experience especially through the holidays. It took awhile to get parts and we should have rented a car because of how long it took.But the day I picked up my car from Certified Collision, I felt so much better. They did great work at a great price and my car was detailed when I picked it up. So it didnt feel like I was picking up my wrecked car. It was similar to the day I bought my car and picked it up. Mark and Cerified Collision Services are wonderful! My husbands car had a soaking wet floorboard...it ended up only being clogged sunroof drains, but they went above and beyond... They detailed the interior of the car, shampooed the carpet, and were so kind. They arent out to nickel and dime you and you just dont come across businesses like this one anymore! We were so impressed with their service and definitely would recommend them over and over again!

While visiting in Matthews NC, my vehicle wouldnt start and was towed (for some reason this tow truck could not boost a battery) to Certified Collision to have the battery started and to ensure that was the problem because it was close to the residence and got good reviews. It has been two YES TWO days and they havent checked or charged the battery yet. I was told it was because their mechanic took turns with their business in Monroe. WlHAT??? Can no one else at this business get their hands dirty and boost a battery? I imagine a big collision job would take months or years!!!!!

Our minivan was swideswiped by a large truck while we were in a funeral mass. The damage was unreal. This has to be one of the most professional repair shops I have ever seen! I needed my rear bumper replaced. I obtained estimates from 4 different places. CCS was referred to me by Scott Clark Toyota. They came in the lowest by far, the work looks awesome, it was completed ahead of schedule, and I loved their computer system and text system that kept me updated along the way.

My experience with Certified Collision Services was a very positive one. The staff I worked with were professional, efficient and friendly. I received periodic updates on the progress of my repairs complete with pictures. My car looks beautiful, with care given to repairing the damage completely and good communication with the insurance company. There was even some attention to detail that I didnt request, but that I appreciate. When I entered the car to drive off, there was a note on the dash thanking me for my business and I left with all important invoices and a warranty on the work. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I visited Certified Collision Services and spoke with Phil Graham about getting an estimate to repair a car door that my daughter had drawn on with a rock. This business was the only one that gave me the option of trying to buff out the scratches first without fully repainting my door. The estimate for repainting the door was also less than any other location that I had visited. In the end, the scratches did buff out and saved me a significant amount of money. Everyone that I interacted with was fantastic, and I will not hesitate to return if I have any other issues in the future.

I had badly damaged the right front bumper and directional signal lens on my husbands Lexus. It wasnt a pretty sight and the repairs required skill and patience. It came back to us looking brand new - not a trace of the dents, scrapes and gouges remain. We couldnt be more pleased with the courtesy and professionalism provided.. I cant say enough about this place. Phil Graham is my new hero! I sustained extensive damage to the front end of my Infiniti and took it to CCS in Matthews because of recommendations and the high ratings online. 4.8 seems pretty great considering that no one comes in happy to a collision center!The damage was repaired expertly and, even knowing what was replaced, I cannot tell it has been repaired and repainted. Even the welds look like a factory weld.After picking up my car, I noticed that the check airbag warning was flashing and turning the steering wheel to extremes made noise and was met with some resistance.After a week, I took it back and they were very concerned about the airbag warning. When the car was checked, they could not get a reading and determined that the module was bad. They were going to check to see if insurance would cover replacement of the $1000+ module. I was not optimistic.The next business day, Phil called to say that insurance would cover it and they already had the part.Phil felt that the noise I noticed was from air in the power steering line but after a week of driving the car and it did not resolve, I ask if they would mind checking that again.When I picked up the car the second time, the flashing light was off and the noise was gone. Phil said that he had been right about the cause of the noise but would not admit that he had it fixed.I tend to expect the worst when it comes to things out of my control, but I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they repair my car expertly but went way beyond in replacing a module that I would have had to pay for and correcting an aggravating noise that would have eventually corrected itself.I wish there were more stars!If you need the services of a collision center, do not hesitate to use these guys!!!Nick Aaron

Dont go anywhere else. I woke up to a car that wouldnt start. I had the car towed to a local shop that quoted me $575. I had come to CCS when I had been rear ended and had a good experience so I thought Id call for a second opinion. Jason answered the phone and said that he would get right on it. He found the part and said he could have it done that day for $375. I had my car towed over, he did the work and took the time to look at the warranty on the starter. He found out that it was covered and only charged me $90 for the install. They were great to work with and saved me $500. As I said, dont go anywhere else.

Without a doubt, you will not find better service! My car was in an accident but I couldnt find a shop that would be able to get it in anytime soon. Not only did they take my car in right away, I felt at ease with the speed of the repairs. Furthermore, I received photos of how the repairs were progressing on a daily basis, and never got the impression that anyone was too busy to take my calls to answer any of my questions-- and believe me, I had them! Best of all, my car was returned to me in cleaner and better looking than when I bought it certified pre-owned from Honda!I hope to not have an accident again, but If I do, this will be the only place I will trust my vehicles to!

I highly recommend Certified Collsion Services for autobody damage repair. They gave an estimate to the involved insurance company quickly. John was so efficient. He went out of his way to repair my daughter’s car (after it was hit in a parking lot), as quickly as possible, so she would have it back to return to school, after spring break. He is very talented and made her car look brand new. He also replaced license plate lights which we didn’t realize were out. He took the stress out of a very stressful situation!

These guys are simply top-notch. Theyve been working with me to get a defective weld taken care of with the manufacturer. Theyve put time and money into trying to fix it, but havent charged me because the defect was too extensive for the repair to work.Theyve also given guidance as to how to get recompense from the manufacturer - with no guarantee that they end up doing the work.

My 70 year old brother left for home this morning after a weekend stay. The skid plate on his SUV dropped and was dragging. Firestone couldnt repair it but recommended these guys. Even though they were very busy, mgt took the time for him and immediately had Jim try to fix it. When he couldnt, he removed the plate, cleaned it off and wrapped the grimy thing in plastic so my brother could take it home. This business refused any money for their above and beyond efforts and happily sent my brother on his way. These guys are awesome!

Since I work in the automotive business, I see a lot of body shops and repair facilities. These people are definitely the best. When it says Certified in their name, it actually means something. They are certified by Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Infiniti and other carmakers to work on your complicated car. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with respect and professionalism from everybody, from the receptionist to the manager, to the actual bodyshop technicians. They let me crawl around the entire facility, and I saw no indication of cutting corners or shortcuts anywhere. Everything seems to be run in a very professional manner, which I found very reassuring.

Im only putting a star because I have to. Extremely over priced. Going to replace items that didnt need it, didnt ask if I wanted after market or name brand( normally Im asked). Rude. And being asked if I had an appointment for the estimate. Seriously? Would never take my car there .

We had a rear-end collision with our 2012 Honda Civic a couple of months ago and I was confused at what service to use. We came across Certified Collision Services online and found their staff to be quite knowledgeable with Honda vehicles as they have extra training to Hondas engineering specifications. Needless to say, they repaired over $8,000 worth of rear-end damage to our vehicle and I was a bit skeptical at the value until I went to Carmax to have the vehicle appraised. After 45 minutes in the appraisal, they could not find any evidence at all the vehicle was in an accident and offered $15,000 for it. Sals Team at Certified Collision Services repaired my vehicle beyond Hondas high quality specifications. I still enjoy driving the vehicle and I have already recommended their fine work to my colleagues and friends. They have earned a lifetime customer!

Amazing, Awesome & Proffesional. I was involved in an accident 4/12/16. The company I work for uses Mark and his team for all there repairs and they have a lot!!! I would not have found Mark if it wasnt for them. I gave my Audi S5 convertible to a valet at a restaurant and he smashed in the front grill! Negotiating with the insurance companies was tough, especially since more damage was found after the initial estimate was already done. Fortunately, Casper at CCS - Certified Collision Service was extremely easy to work with. He met with the insurance adjusters, kept me updated about changes and finished the mechanical and body work perfectly in less time than was forecast. After I picked up the car, I called Casper with a concern. He called me back immediately and discussed it with me. As it turned out, it was nothing, but I felt he cared about how the repairs turned out even after I left the shop. I would definitely recommend CCS. My car looks and drives great!

I was speechless at the attention to detail, down to the thank you note left in my car. I owed them all the thanks! Every person I came in contact with left me with with a sense that they truly cared and were doing everything possible to offer top notch service at amazing value. Such an amazing place. Highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to fix my car. They are kind and fast.I just bought a brand new car and someone sat on it and damaged it and never told me. It literally made me sick.Due to my deductible, I had to pay for it all out of pocket. CCS took that into consideration and worked with me on the price. Even after my dent couldnt just be popped out like expected, CCS kept their word and fix my hood by replacing it. They truly did their best to make sure I was completely satisfied. My car looks better than before!Thanks CCS! You guys are the best!

My brand new Mazdaspeed3 was backed into a month after I bought it in 2013. A friend recommended this shop to me, so I gave it a shot. They were slow, but it was during late December, and with the holidays, the extra wait time was understandable. I was just eager to get my car back, gave it a once over when I picked it up, called it good. Well, over a year later, I have had several people tell me the side that got hit doesnt look right, it doesnt pop, there is no clarity in the reflection. After looking more closely, it sticks out like a sore thumb. The side that was repainted has more orange peel than usual in the clearcoat. The paint color itself looks decent, as metallic paint can be hard to match. But there is just no clarity at all in the reflection, and depending on the natural lighting, you can actually see roughly where the paint was blended. Im not saying there are abrupt lines, but I would hardly use the word blended.Now Im trying to decide how to correct this issue. Ive talked to a few detailers. Will likely try M105 & M205 with my orbital buffer and a white pad. Not entirely sure 1) how much clearcoat this shop used and 2) how hard it is compared to the original factory clearcoat.I got a small ding on the other side of the car, and I opted for paintless dent removal due to my experience with CCS.

I have nothing but positve things to say about Certified Collision Services. Excellent customer service. The staff at CCS really took the sting out of a bad situation. Mark, Bob thank You again. I would highly recomend taking your vehicle to CCS. You will not be disappointed. Our car looks Better than ever.

Car was covered in black soot all over. You never even offered to clean it off. I had to run it through a car wash twice. Smh.

Dont go here. they charge more. If you are not aware of the parts & price you will be charged 3 times more than what others do.Worst service.
