Walked to my car after a long day at work and was horrified to see these newly created scratches. I was very upset and was forced to find a body shop. Bobby was so friendly and accommodating without making me feel overwhelmed. He carefully explained his approach and also made me aware of the steps that were optional. Not knowing anything about cars, I honestly just based my decision on gut feelings about Bobby and his facility, and all exclusively 5-star reviews here (so thank you all who left a review of your experience)!But most importantly, he and his team did a fantastic job! My friend and I really cant tell where the scratches used to be. I think he also did some waxing or detailing because it looks so shiny. I was so happy with the results. Bobby himself actually said that he wished me luck not having to see him again :) but I for one was very grateful to his amazing work and was really inspired by his determination to be the best in his profession! And he clearly lives up to his reputation! Thank you Bobby and your crew!

Bobby did an amazing body repair job to my wife’s Toyota Camry that had been badly hit & rear ended recently & insurance wouldn’t cover it. He was so easy to work with, repaired & completed as promised, & all at a very affordable price. Also washed it, vacuumed it, & even shined the tires before we picked up. An amazing shop!!

This place is horrible the owner refused to work on my car because of a leak and he didn’t want oil in his shop like he couldn’t put a buck or a pan underneath it like I haven’t been to a mechanic that doesn’t have oil from cars in there shop he basically blew me off and said nobody will take my car into a shop until literally the next day a car shop literally took it in with no problem and they said the only reason that this shop didn’t take it is because it wasn’t a big enough payday at the of the day the owner of this shop doesn’t care about helping u or your car but only himself

Originally I visited a different body shop that overcharged me for parts and labor which caused my insurance company to claim my vehicle as a total loss. I was able to get an estimate from Platinum Classic Collision that was waay under my original estimate. The owner was friendly and kept me abreast throughout the process and worked super fast. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed right and fast!!!

I had some body damage to the front of Toyota Tacoma and after doing some research decided to take it here. I was very relieved to see very high-quality cars being worked on and the owner himself having a very nice Tacoma. After telling the owner I would be paying out of pocket he was very transparent and courteous about ways to reduce cost. This same repair would have cost multiple thousands more at the dealership. My truck looks fantastic after getting it back and the shop even detailed the exterior. I have a pretty unique green color that was only produced for two years and the paint looks as good as the day I bought it. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone with damage to their car!

I had to get the passenger door of my GMC Acadia repair, I shopped around and got estimates from 4 different body shops, when I went to Platinum Repair, I met with the owner Bobby, in the first few minutes I sensed that he sounded honest and credible, I gave him the job. He promised the car will be ready in a week and sure enough it was. Bobby did an amazing job, I couldn’t tell if the car door was ever damaged, it looked brand new, he was more gracious to touch up few other minor dings. I give him 5 stars for his integrity and workmanship. I will highly recommend him to anyone who would need and body work for their vehicle. I chose this body shop instead of the one USAA wanted me to go to. My rear bumper and a chrome piece on top of the bumper needed repaired. Took my car on Monday and by Wednesday it was done. The bumper looked great but the chrome piece didn’t fit because insurance ordered an after manufacturer part. So I called the insurance n spoke with someone who was very rude. Bobby from the body shop also talked to them and still got the same results. They said that’s what they use n basically I was SOL!! Bobby told me don’t worry about it he wanted me to b 100% satisfied so he would buy the part himself and put it on. So Friday I got a call from Bobby he had the part. I took my car after work and sat about a half an hour while he replaced the part. It now looks like it was never hit and everything fits!!! Thanks Bobby for going out of your way!!!

I have know Bobby since 2004 when he restored the exterior of Jeep Grand wagoneer. Since then Bobby has done repair/paint work to my BMW 635, MB SL500, Subraus, BMW E34 535, etc and rebuilt the fairings of BMW RT1100 Rt motorcycle after bike slide 20 feet. His work was so good people could not tell any of the vehicles where ever damage and the offers I got on the Jeep to sell it was unreal.He quick and very very fair on the cost and stand by his work for months afterwards.I would chk with Bobby before you commit to another body shop
