Very good shop. Everybody was very nice the technicians name that worked on my GMC was Daniel and he did a great job. My hat off to Peter, Daniel and all of these guys are great. I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve had my Jeep maintained by Peter and the crew at Dalton Automotive for a decade now-at former and current locations. They’re always reliable, responsive, and respectful whenever my vehicle or a family member’s car needs attention.

Have to say this was a five star experience, being rescued from my broken down 10 year old Camry. Had a power steering failure on the way to an appointment. Monday started rough but was much better after Peter said to bring the car straight in. They replaced my power steering belt in an hour and I was back on the road. Very friendly service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Not trusting your auto mechanic is so common that it may be the norm rather than the exception. These guys are absolutely awesome! I just brought an old 1973 ford in, I was having some trouble with it and unsure of what was going on. They got it turned around in a day! Kept calling me, letting me know what they were looking for and what was going on, and were more than fair with their pricing! Give them a shout if you ever need any work done on your vehicle. Especially older vehicles! A real top quality service!

These guys were great! I was being scammed by a local used car dealer (who for reasons too long to explain here, I was forced to work with) and these guys took the time to look at two different cars, do pre purchase inspections, and sit down to chat about my best options. Somehow I bent the inside of the rim on my Ford Taurus. The guys from Dalton Automotive said if there was no crack on the rim, there would be no issue to repair. Dropped my car off to them before close of business and had a call back by 10:00 the next day to let me know it was ready to go. Thankful for good people who quote a price and quickly handle a repair on a job like a bent rim.

Great personable and trustworthy service. I have been having non stop issues with my Infiniti for about a year. After just 30 minutes here they had found the issue was something very simple that had been overlooked. My issue has now been resolved and I was only billed for half an hour of labor. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend Dalton Auto..being someone who does a good bit of their own work, I’m always skeptical about taking my truck some where for major items...I had what seemed like a bad lifter tap, and sometimes a loud knock, in my Tahoe that would only happen after long trips...basic research showed that lifters failures were super common and with everything else that needed to be done, it was be better just to replace the heads...Peter @ Dalton’s auto quoted me about 3500 for all that but then took the time to ask specific question and the “how bout when’s.” after our convo he was convinced that lifter failure was probably not the issue, but oil sludge. He performed an internal chemical to remove what sludge he could. This weekend end I did a turn and burn trip to AL...4 hours to get there, 10 hours at a shop where my truck has to run for about half the time, then 4 hours back. All in the same day....ZERO issues....cranked it up this morning NO MORE NOISE...thanks peter and dalton automotive for looking out for me

From my fiance: I didnt have any problem with Justin, but the other guy cant remember his name but he is the bald guy, kept promising me my parts would be ready by a certain date but it was never ready by the expected time. I feel that is very unprofessional, at least give a courtesy call to let the customer know it is not ready. Anyways, all I (my fiance) wanted was for three small pieces of his bike- literally hand sized pieces - to be powder coated. And it took over 2 weeks, and it still wasnt done. So I guess they got tired of my fiance coming to check on his pieces, and without even giving the slightest impression that he cared the owner asked if he wanted his pieces back.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! --- NOT.
