Owner/operator Shelly is fantastic. I scrapped the front passenger side bumper of my Camry on a brick pole. As a result, the bumper plastic covering pulled away from the car on one side and a plastic piece on the covering split. Research indicated this would cost big bucks to fix, especially if taken to a dealer. I found Auto Innovations online. The shop had much better reviews than the other nearby body shops. I called and was able to get an ‘estimate’ appointment 20 minutes later. At the shop, Shelly inspected the bumper, checked for other damage, of which there was none, put the cover back in place and charged me nothing! All she asked was that i remember Auto Innovation if i ever need auto body work. Wow!! Thank you Shelly!!

They let me stay in their building for well over an hour until someone was able to come pick me up. Right then and there I knew I had chosen the right place to fix my car. This is hands down the best place to take your car or truck after an accident. Shelly is so knowledgeable of her trade and how the process of insurance and rentals work that all I had to do was drop my truck off and they seamlessly handled the rest. They arranged the rental to pick my kids and I up at the shop and kept things as easy as possible so I could get in and out with my load of rowdy kids. I just picked up my truck today and she is beautiful. They did an outstanding job, used all OEM parts, and even went above and beyond to shine the other side up to make it match the repaired side’s newness. Great experience with this auto body shop. They were very professional and did a great job on fixing a dent in my SUV. I appreciated their professional approach and they were also able to work with my schedule of dropping off the car and leaving it with them while out of town and picking it up on my return. Service was better than professional. I was in two accidents within a month and never had accidents before then. My sedan was rear ended as well as damaged in the front driver side fender. I had my car taking to get both repairs done at once. I knew nothing about the insurance process or repair process and did not know who to trust with the repairs of my car.I stumbled about this location and gave them a call. Shelly, the owner, explained everything to me in detail. I always look at reviews before going to places and this location had great reviews. I also read the bad reviews and it turns out, all the low star bad reviews are absurd and the customer was in the wrong. Shelly and her assistant were the definition of perfect, honest, and trust worthy.My car actually came out of the shop looking better than going in due to how the situation played out. Total time was about a month and a half in the shop and they could have completed the repairs in under a month but one insurance company was not cooperating. Shelly partners with their local car rental place (Enterprise, at the time of writing) and made the transition into a rental car effortless, I did not lift a finger. Constant contact was made weekly for updates and everything was transparent.As for a first time having to go through this, I know exactly where to go next accident and where to recommend people to go. 6/5 star service and quality. Do not go anywhere else!

Great shop. I had significant damage to a wheels/tires/suspension/­etc. Auto Innovations put forth the effort to find me as many used parts as possible (keep costs low), and it saved me an arm and a leg not having to purchase new parts.They gave me a really competitive estimate, and the final cost was actually slightly lower than quoted too. You never hear of that happening when it comes to car repairs.I also had a pretty messy car, and they detailed it spotlessly, which was above and beyond, considering my car was in for exterior repairs.

I have needed to use Auto Innovation 3 times now for various degrees of collision work. Each time, the team has gone out of their way to make the process easy. My car, which requires a difficult multi-step paint process that even the dealership hasnt mastered, was finished perfectly! After searching around for the most competitive price I landed at Auto Innovations, who did everything in their power to get the price down to match the lowest that I had found so far. After getting within a couple of dollars of the cheapest quote I was given I chose to have my work done here.The customer service I received was far beyond my expectations. I recently was hit by an uninsured motorist. I called this shop and they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle to lessen that burden on me. While it took longer than anticipated to fix my car, I feel like Shelly and her team took the necessary steps in order to make sure that my car was on the right track to be fixed correctly - which isnt easy on car they dont make and parts are becoming scarce. After having my car back a week, the car drives just as good as it did when I purchased my car in 2008.

Seems like this place gets good reviews. Obviously from people who have more money than sense.Avoid this place if you can. They purposely underbid to get repair jobs then come up with new things they didnt see upon initial bid inspection i.e needing more parts, increased labor hours, etc. The paint job is only thing that was on point and thats the only reason they arent getting one star. Final cost was over 20% higher than the estimate. When asked to explain why is was so much higher than quoted the counter person couldnt figure it out. Owner called and gave a list of excuses as to why it was so much more expensive. The kicker is they claimed they gave us discount which makes the initial bid even less reliable. Typical bait and switch repair shop. Telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Wonderful work! Being a mother of 2 small children, I felt taken care of like family from beginning to the end through. No problems with my kids coming with and they helped with both transitions to and from the rental.

I went to get an estimate for damages to my car. Shelley went above and beyond to help me out with my car. She was very honest with me. I really appreciate all her help.

I will never use them again, and I recommend you stay away. The communication was absolutely terrible. I felt trapped between them and the insurance company and they would not respond. Their work is OK, but get ready for a long extended wait and lots of excuses. I ended up having to pay for weeks of a rental car as insurance would not cover it. When I asked for their help, they just sent me a letter from their lawyer telling me not to share my experience.

Our car was diagnosed quickly and accurately when the air conditioner started blowing warm air from one side, and the appointment made for the repair. I found the customer service to be excellent and the shop to operate with a great level of integrity.

First quote from a different but equally well rated body shop was for $2450. Second quote from the insurance company to fix the car was $2800. Third for $3000. They quoted me $7440 to fix my car; $6000 something with used parts.....UPDATE: apparently I got the new guy who gave me incorrect information. They can do the repair with used parts for $3600, maybe less.

I just cant say enough good things about this place!First, I called a mechanic shop close to my home and the owner referred me to Auto Innovation (for body work & repair) saying that he just had his wifes car done there and they took GREAT care of her.Literally, from the MOMENT they answered the phone, the customer service was stellar! At my request, they contacted my insurance company and arranged everything I needed. They continued to reach out to me with detailed updates and, when my insurance company came back and determined the car should be totalled (which meant they wouldnt benefit anything from continuing to help me), they continued to assist me with the pocess of getting the best price for my vehicle!I dont, normally, write reviews on companies unless I have a very bad experience and want to warn others to stay away.....but I couldnt help but make sure people heard about the awesome service Shelly and her team provided.Highly recommend!

Got a joke of a quote here to have a radiator support installed. And the manager tried to tell me that I couldnt use the part I ordered online because it was aftermarket. I told her that it was an OEM quality replacement and showed her the literature and she stuck by her guns and said they couldnt use it because It was OEM but aftermarket. Guess what, after they quoted me 1900$ I had another body shop 3 miles down the road do it for $500. Dishonest business for trying to lie about my OEM part. UPDATED NOTE AFTER RECEIVING THEIR LOUSY RESPONSE: The part that I ordered online from an automotive parts retailer was a OEM replacement part with the correct acura part number. But it would have been different if I had purchased a part from you guys. Your business would not have been able to find a better quality part unless you have a core support molded out of titanium from the god zues. You would have ordered a part with the same part number made out of the same material. But they still try to say that they would have used some magical part that would have been better quality saving me by spending 3 times as much money. All marietta and woodstock people go to Prime Collision 5 minutes down the street from this comedy club of a body shop. It is sad when a business tries to save face by lying.
