Needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced. Received the estimate on Friday and was told that I could pay in advance, they would receive/paint the part, and then I could bring my vehicle back in to have the mirror installed while I waited. Worked exactly like that - paid for/placed order on Monday, they called me on Tuesday to let me know the part was in and scheduled appointment for Wednesday morning.When I arrived on Wednesday morning, I was informed that I was due a credit because the mirror assembly came already painted. I really appreciated that because I wouldnt have known the part was painted when it came in ... a less professional, unethical team could have kept that to themselves since they already had the full payment.Very happy with the professionalism and the finished product.

From the looks of the reviews it seems that I’m not the only one unsatisfied with this place. They put the wrong parts on my truck ive have had more problems now then I did before taking it to them

Got some front end body work done here through a Geico insurance claim. Got my 2012 Honda Civic back after some post-collision work and I am very impressed with the service. The work was done in less than a week, and I got my car back two days earlier than expected. The car looks like a new penny. The paint is beautiful and a perfect match to the original. They did not cut any corners. They cleaned up after themselves too. You cant tell anything happened. You cant even tell anybody sat in the drivers seat! Thanks guys. I dont know how you do what you do. Auto impact I is amazing.

Not only did they fix my Jeep commander in a timely manner, they also clean the inside of it. I was really please with the professionalism from everyone and the time they took to explain the process to me.I even receive a tour of the shop.. Super clean and well organized!!!PS. My Jeep was in a minor collision a couple weeks ago. A door panel and the quarter panel were banged up. Auto Impact at Loredo Drive came recommended by a car savvy friend of mine. I chose Auto Impact Marietta as their schedule fit mine a little better. I met my GEICO insurance adjuster there and we went over the damages. He was helpful. The shops customer service is excellent. They called me in after a week to pick up my vehicle. When I came in I noticed a paint drip where they had done the repair. When I pointed it out them they immediately said theyd take care of it. I left the vehicle with them for another two days. They covered the cost of my rental car for those two days, painted up an unrelated scratch on the back door and detailed the interior. I hope its never the case but if I ever need body work done Ill be back.

I had Auto Impact do some paint work on my truck after it was scratched up pretty good by some careless shopper neglecting to properly put their shopping cart in the cart corral. I seriously thought I would have to get the entire truck repainted but they told me they could match my paint and only do the quarter panel…WIN!! They did just that, too. Matched my paint color perfectly and the panel looks like that dumb shopper never existed. Great job guys. Stayed on budget AND were on time. I’ll definitely recommend ya!

I have used them mutiple times. Considerably less than the Toyota bodyshop. They make my car look like new again!

I called to get a quote on a full body paint job and the young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I would not go to this place even if they did offer full body services.

I had AutoImpact paint front-to-back stripes on my car. They took about 4 weeks to do the work instead of the week they initially estimated. I had to take the car back to them twice to clean up scratches in the clear coat that they caused. They improperly reattached the wiring in my trunk causing a leak because the trunk couldnt seal. They also left a blemish on the trunk that resulted from how they removed the clear coat to do the paint work. I finally gave up and paid my car dealership to fix the paint job. Do not use these guys for custom paint work!

The Air conditioning works great,... Very professional service. Kind of expensive, but worth it to know that the job has been done right.

My car was supposed to be getting fixed at this shop. However somehow I have additional damage and all my personal belongings were missing from my vehicle.The people were extremely nice until I realized they robbed me. they took items from my console the back seat and my trunk. Now I was told that everyone in the shop is honest so that would never happen. I was also told that the items I was missing were seen by shop employees but left in the vehicle, including four bottles of alcohol I brought back from a cruise. To top it off the shop manager Randy says they put four bottles of alcohol under my seat. That in itself was ludicrous since there is no possible way for them to fit. The bag the alcohol was in was in the trunk with items that I had which were located in the vehicle, but no alcohol. So guess what they must be a bunch of honest alcoholics.The work looked good at first view, but after further inspection they damaged another part of my car while fixing what I brought my car in for...sounds about right as I think about it. They are honest ok... but they didnt even communicate they messed up my car. smh I would never allow them to work on my vehicle again. and definitely remove all your items from your vehicle as their employees are so dishonestly honest alcoholics that pirogue through your stuff while they have your vehicle.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Rude and unprofessional people in the office answering calls.

Horrible service. They didnt even test drive my car when they were finished. It was dead when I went to pick it up. The ac was done wrong. The headlights were put in wrong. I rear ended someone, and they didnt even check my alignment.

They have done body work multiple times on both of our cars that were damaged in several accidents. They always do a great job!
