The staff have been very polite, informative and helpful. I am renting long term-seasonal decoration storage for a condo-and they were helpful in setting up my contract. I was able to pay several months in advance. Ive been informed when it is close to being time to pay the next time that I will receive advanced notice.My unit when I moved in was very clean. I selected a small climate controlled unit. The building appears neat, and clean. No evidence of pests or past leaking.All in all very satisfied at the beginning of this contract.

This storage facility is extremely nice and clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Never once had a problem for the 11 months I used them. It’s the best storage facility around. My daughters furniture was exactly as we left it. No dingy smell or extreme dust! When looking for storage space in the future, I will definitely be back. Trying to speak on the phone and kept getting talked over my the front desk woman. She was badgering me and pressuring me to tell her about my bad experiences with her store location and fellow employee Jake. I expressed to her that I didn’t wanna get into it. She rudely said “I’m just trying to help you, and I can’t if you don’t tell me what happens” I politely said, it’s been weeks and no one has helped me I’d just like to be able to use my code and get my things and leave. She was rude with her comments and obviously is taking the side of the men who work there. I told her to have a nice day and she sarcastically said “oh you too, it’s seems like you are horrible.” And hung up on me.Everyone who works here needs to look into anger therapy.

Super easy process to order a unit. I did it all online and never had to go inside (super helpful with covid!) I spoke with the manager on the phone and she was very nice and helpful. The units are clean and it feels very secure.

Excellent managers, great location, wonderrful price, fantastic unit, very accommodating as long as it is within the policies of the establishment, gloriously clean inside and out, a bathroom that can be used when on site when the office is closed! When I booked my unit 3 weeks ago, I was directed to leave a Google review with 5 stars. Working in customer service myself, I went along. Today I was told by Pat that she couldn’t wait a few extra minutes after her scheduled hours to take care of a very important matter. That I would have to wait another day, and that day couldn’t be the next day because the blacktop is getting sealed and I STILL wont be able to access my unit. This has NOT been 5 star customer service.

FANTASTIC experience setting up my storage unit today. They answered right away and had excellent system and communications to get me ready to go. First time I contacted Extra Space Storage several years ago, was impressed with the customer service but at that time didnt go through with renting a unit. However, this time when I needed it, decided to go ahead and use them from my first experience. Karen was still with them and delivered excellent service again so I had no hesitation in actually renting this time around. I watched the prices on the Internet as I wanted to wait until close to the end of the month to sign a lease and low and behold I got the most wonderful deal with a months free rent. so have no hesitation in recommending Extra Space Storage and Karen at this location. I was greeted by Ellen, who was super nice and informative about the whole process, and overall was extremely helpful. She showed me the storage unit I was interested in and gave me all of the information I would need about renting the place. Signing the paperwork was fast and painless. Pricing seems average but I was able to pick up a special they were having online. Area is clean and looks nice. My storage unit was also clean and the area seemed very secure.
