Jaquan & Justin were awesome! Very friendly and professional. They made sure that items that were fragile were wrapped securely so not to damage them. They were on time and loaded quickly. Staff were nice too! Will definately use again and refer to others. Thanks!

$2,500 and 8 hours to move a one bedroom apartment (with an elevator) into a first floor storage unit. Ive had entire houses with a piano moved in half the time. Management unresponsive to verbal feedback to make this right. Packers were inefficient leaving a closet and all dresser and end table drawers unpacked. $900 of the total was packing which I ended up having to do at least an hour and a half of myself before movers arrived. Not enough trained staff to be both thorough and quick! Do not recommend. Way too expensive and a waste of time. Theyve lost my business and all my referrals.

Did not complete the move. Received 2 very different reason why it could not be done. One due to screws too loose, which can easily be tightened and no liability in case its damaged or people injured on the job.

Everyone from the office to the movers were wonderful. My team of movers were fast and efficient and very nice gentlemen. They handled my items with care and used fabric covers for the furniture. Their truck had all the equipment they needed as well. Will use them again and already recommending them to others. Wow! We used them today for a garage move which was really a large wood working shop. It was such a hard move and everything was so heavy. But Devon, Kevin, and Spencer rocked it. Amazing. And polite the entire time even tho I know they were completely exhausted. They all were great but Spencer was the leader and MVP of the day. They worked so hard and we would highly recommend them.

My experience with them was great! The movers actually picked my stuff up in the morning and delivered it the same day, which was and unexpected surprise. They did not have us lift a finger and pretty much everything got here in one piece (some minor casualties). Would absolutely use them again!

I am slow on this review! We used the 1/2021Kyle & his team came to our rental home to move us back home after our remodel. They did amazing! So much care and dedication. I looked up at one point these guys were carrying mattresses running up the ramp. No time wasted. We loved the personality and moral they had! These guys did great all while training one of the team members in the process it didn’t slow down our move at all! I would request this team if I ever have to move again!

We have 2 guys just load our stuff into a truck and clearly were incompetent. First they were 2 hours late, then most of things they weren’t able to load without my husbands help. We told them multiple times how to load the truck appropriately to ensure things wouldn’t get ruined, however they didn’t listen to us. They stacked heavy items on top of our TVs, most items were not secured appropriately and a lot of things were broken/and ruined upon our arrival to our destination. Completely upsetting. We have thousands of dollars of ruined items and there is nothing we can do about it. Also they took 8+ hours to complete a 3 bedroom house which is incredible ridiculous! Will NEVER use this company again!

I tried to get 3 quotes for my move. Two Men and a Truck called me back promptly and arranged for an estimator to come out. The quote arrived via email the next day and clearly spelled out the charges/rates. The second company came out to quote and didnt have a clipboard or anything. The third company never returned my call.Cheryl from the office kept in communication via email and phone throughout the process and was very friendly.Chris, Leon, and Stefon did a great job on moving day - very professional, courteous, and did a fine job!

The business staff was great and responsive. The two.men that came were i credible. Kind helpful. Couldnt have been better.PROBLEM!. THEY PACKED THE TRUCK WELL. and I thought THEY WOULD PACK THE STORAGE WELL. I didnt stay and watch. I went over today and was appalled!!! It looks like they just threw all my belongings. No organization. No way to get to boxes and such.I need the company yo send some one over to repack it and I will be there the whole time. If that isnt possible I will hire a packer and send the invoice to them

My move was less than two miles and involved very few pieces of furniture and yet they managed to damage 3 pieces! One item (an heirloom) was completely destroyed when they dropped a marble table top and it broke in two. I reported the damage and was told I would be contacted to discuss reimbursement/replacement of the items…..it’s been over 3 weeks and ……. crickets!!! Do not use this company if you care about your belongings!!!

Horrible Experience! I DO NOT recommend their services at all. They will damage your furniture, & deny it right to your face. Very unprofessional. The guys felt the end to smoke about 6 cigarettes during the move when it was only 3 objects to move, which came out to be a 4 hour est time, its was pretty sad. Paid over 360$. The charge by the time they call you saying they are on the way. They told me they were 15-20 away but then pulled up 45-hour later. Also when the young boy try pulling in the drive way, he ran over my mother’s plants, & trees. Again I don’t recommend their services. They were dragging my California King Mattress on the ground, I couldn’t bare to watch, I was so thankful for them to be done, & get them out of my hair. I called management & told them my horrible experience & they didn’t care one bit, all Joe Miller wanted was my payment, NEVER again!

My move was made stressful by a big ice storm that came through town, but Cheryl in the office helped get me rescheduled for a better moving day and then when Kobi and Eric came on moving day, it was like clock work. Started off with wrong window time that was supposed to be 11-1. Then called and told me they where going to another job before me which put them outside my window time. I took a day from work because of the window time originally given.. called at 1:30 and said they where on their way then called back 10 minutes later to say they got in a accident so they didn’t know the next step because their manager wasn’t answering the phone... (Window Time 11-1pm) still no movers!!! I called the office with my frustrations and concerns because it’s now 4pm and I’m still waiting to be moved.. Stacy (CSR) tells me she doesn’t know when they will be sending someone and told me I could Not speak to a manager and that they don’t give refunds, and then HANGS UP ON ME! I called back several times and no answer.. finally the movers show up at 4:30 didn’t finish until 8:30pm and to top it off they broke a few items!! It’s been 4 days and issue still not resolved... I would never recommend this company to anyone ever again! Customer service is horrible and management is nonchalant about customer’s issues and turn around time for a response takes over 48hrs which is unacceptable..

We had an OK experience with Two Men and a Truck. First, we were promised 3 men to load the vehicle and unload it. Unfortunately, only two came. They did show up exactly when promised, however. Once everything was loaded into the truck, the truck battery died. One of the boys contacted their supervisor who said they would send someone out when they could. Mind you, it was a Saturday, 90 degrees, and these boys just worked for 3 hours loading this vehicle. One of them said this was the 3rd time this had happened within the last month and the battery was not fixed. If it had not been for my father-in-law and brother-in-law coming to fix the battery, who knows when the company would have sent someone out. Once the boys arrived to our new house, they began to unload. However, we soon noticed one of them was missing. He had up and left us without saying anything and before even a 1/4 of the truck was unloaded. That left Pruitt and thankfully, some of my family members, to unload the rest of the truck themselves. Mind you, I am 9 months pregnant, it is 90 degrees outside and humid as all get out and one of the workers just up and left. Pruitt did call his supervisor who sent out 4 more boys, but it took several hours for them to arrive. I think in all, the boys spent 10+ hrs between all the issues. I do want to give a HUGE shoutout to Pruitt, though. He is an EXCELLENT worker. We cannot say enough amazing things about him. He deserves a raise, for sure!! The other boys that showed up were wonderful, as well. Very professional, fast, and nice! We were still charged $1,200 for the service, in addition to the extra $$$ we gave Pruitt for his hard work and the $200 (in addition to the regular fee) we had to shell out to the Sleep Number people who had to come out after hours because the entire move took so long and we needed the bed put together, so we could sleep that night. Again, 9 months pregnant. My husband was also told that if his company sent an invoice to Two Men and a Truck for fixing their battery, it would not be paid. But if the battery hadnt been fixed BY US, who knows how long our items would have sat in that truck. It seems that Two Men and a Truck is not managed well. The boy who left had worked there for 2 years, so he was not new - just fed up with the management. The workers are excellent and literally are the saving grace for this company. Something needs to change with how this company is managed, though.

Four guys were sent in the truck. They loaded up in around an hour. Very polite. Very courteous. Was well worth it. The rates are very reasonable considering all that was loaded, moved and then safely unloaded at out new house.

The business office on Old Bardstown Road is not very efficient. They didnt have movers in the office today and had to call the Cincinnati office. The movers from Cincinnati were efficient and careful during the move.

I spoke to Cheryl 3 times, and she was always patient and kind. The team showed up on time and helped out a friend in need that was overwhelmed. I have nothing but positive praise for their assertiveness and punctuality.

I had moved a little while back. They broke my tv stand because the lifted from the top and the bottom fell out. They took an hour to get to my new place that is a 20 minute drive because they started talking to another mover and they did not call or follow up with me when they did that. When they did arrive to my new place they stayed at stop sign in the complex for ten minutes and I watched them sit there until I called them. It was $200 over the quoted price and I will never use them again.

Everything was going fine until I found out I was going to have to pay the movers to their next job mileage that is I think it was unfair it was not specified the lady I talked to told me she told me all about this which is a lie she never even went through the contract with me be sure you cross your ts and Dot your I s the movers were all upset with me because I didnt have a tip for them well they got their chip I paid their mileage to their next job

Had a somewhat peculiar situation where we were taking some appliances as they were removed from a friends house and we were dependent on the delivering firm to take out. That group proved less than competent and 2 men and a trucks guys helped out. Above and beyond what was expected and necessary. 2 men were courteous, competent and professional. This is my second time using this company in 9 months. From a house to an apartment then back to a new house. Each time I told the office staff that I had heavy and old furniture. In fact I had furniture that went thru the 1937 flood. The moving staff was very careful to wrap, load and move this furniture. They did an awesome job. I couldn’t see having anyone else move my furniture except 2 men and a truck. The staff has been awesome and easy to work with.

The 2 Men and a Truck team who did the move were very nice and professional. They did damage my leather sofa and told me I would hear from the office within 48 hours. I didnt hear from them in that time frame but after following up they did have the couch repaired and all is taken care of. My original review was a bit negative but I am updating now that they came through with the repair. I do recommend you always pay for the extra insurance with any moving company you use. It is well worth a few extra bucks if something is damaged.

From the super friendly office staff to my movers Justin, Daryl and Tyler it was a great experience. First they were very professional with covid precautions, masks worn the entire time. I just had a move within my house but there was one piece of furniture I knew would be difficult to get upstairs. My expensive cabinet was put into place without a scratch. My very large sectional had no rips or dirt and they put it all together and fluffed the pillows!Great guys!I highly recommend this company.

Had them load an out of state move for me and although they were fast, the ABF driver that came to pick up the said he couldnt even take it the way it was loaded. Fortunately he was kind enough to spend two hours reloading the back half of the trailer and tying it down with straps that I purchased for two men and a truck to use. They may do okay with a local move, but I wouldnt recommend them for much else. I sent an email right away to their dispatch and heard nothing back. Theyll have you sign a release and thats the last youll hear from them.In response to your response....I did call your office twice the day of the move and again a week later. I didnt get a call back.

Tevin and his team, Pruitt, Lance, Kyle, and Todd worked so hard and so fast with such professionalism. Great communication. We were in a 3 story house with a basement (lots of steps). They took better care of my furniture than we did when we moved it in. As we finished, our dog opened a gate and decided to take the rest for a walk, they even recovered all our dogs for us. Pruitt was so fast bystanders started cheering like he was in the Olympics! It was so dark at the end that we didnt see a few items left under blankets on the truck. No problem! Tevin and Pruitt called us up to see when it was convenient to bring them by the next day with no additional charge. I almost forgot, a sixth person Darius came and helped them the last hour free of charge so we could call it a day before restaurants closed for dinner. As the slogan says, these guys really cared and didnt give up till the task was done. Will definitely use again thank you.

Cant say much about this company as they never showed up. Was a last minute move as black tie movers didnt show up either. I called two men and a truck, they said they would be there between 2-4 pm a little after 2 I received a call that they werent going to make it. Around 5:30pm I received a call that a different truck is on its way, but I was already gone. I dont know if this company is good or bad but buyer beware

After arriving at the house to do a walk thru, they were sitting in the truck from 8:45 am to 10:00am. They then did another walk thru with a manager and left saying something was wrong with the truck. After waiting another hour I called for the second time to see what was going on. I was then transferred to a Dakota who told me that my items smelled like marijuana and he did not want to get pulled over by the police and have his truck confiscated. In all my years of dealing with moving companies this is the first time this has ever happened. We are three hours behind on our move. This is not good business. No one even gave us a call. Never will I attempt to hire this business or I will not refer them. 0 stars

I needed help moving into a third floor apartment and this company was a great help. The movers were very good at their job, friendly, and just great people. Id definitely recommend them for local moves.

I have used them several times over the years, and each time it was simple, clean, professional and affordable. That is all I want. Highly recommend.

Worst movers ever they estimate a time then want to charge you double at 135 an hour they asked how many boxes we had which we told them 8o they went on to say we told them 80 items which we never said I helped the movers or else it would have taken 20 hours at 135 an hour then they broke an entertainment stand, ripped a 2500 dollar leather sectional and dug a hole inthe wall at the new house I called at least 10 times to see if they would do anything about the damage they kept telling me a supervisor would call me back after a week they called and said because I helped move they would not stand behind any of the damage that if i had paid $180 upcharge they would have fixed the damage a complete lie the workers told me themselfs they never pay anything underestimate the hours it takes to move and never send enough help this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company do yourself a favor stay far away from these ripoff artists its a sorry compamy that should not be in business

Jalin and Jamal were extremely professional, courteous, and hard working. They got the job done quick and efficiently. I was impressed with their customer service. Cheryl in the office was kind and very helpful as well. I would use the service again and probably will because of the positive experience this time. Thank you guys!

I called and in about 2 minutes they picked up very pleased with the way I was treated I give them my deposit and then I had to cancel my appointment because of a death in the family they give me a full refund and they were very sorry to hear that I had a loss

We are in final stages of our new house being finished. We misjudged the close date and the short term apartment lease we had setup ended before the house close. (Stress) Fortunately the builder allowed us to move into the garage so we didnt have to get outside storage for a week. I called two men and a truck to schedule the move. Easy process, great communication from the start. The two men that moved us were very professional.
