Mr. Ryan helped us get a unit. He called me before I even finished the application online giving me instructions on how to finish securing my unit. I realized later that I needed a larger unit and when I called he told me to come to the office to take care of it. When I showed up he was ready and willing to help. He is kind and easy to communicate with. He helped make the transition from unit to unit go pretty smoothly. I had a much better experience with him than I have had at any other storage facility I have used in the past. Thank you Mr. Ryan!!!

Great clean facility but everytime Ive gotten a storage unit over the years after about 6 months the price goes up like $20+ which to me is crazy

Getting set up was very easy. I found pricing was very affordable and inexpensive. Ryan and the other staff was friendly and helpful. Clean well kept property and unit. Overall very satisfied and if in need for another storage unit, I will look for Public Storage again.

Overall not to happy with my experience here, the offering of the free month was nice because we got the unit late the first month, which is why I give them the second star. We then encountered some pretty shady stuff. The original lock that I had put on our unit with the stickers only I had, changed randomly one day. It was not the lock that I’ve had for years. And a new sticker was placed on it, how? The lock was not completely closed so we were able to get inside and get a new lock. Luckily nothing of importance was taken from The unit. We shortly got all of our important items out of storage. Just would not recommend this place at all. Loose to NO security at all. Plus they called me when I first got the unit write a good review. I did. And regret it. Probably will never use Public Storage anywhere after this experience.

Ive had nothing but a great experience with this Public Storage. Easy to get set up. The staff was so helpful with hints on the best placement of my items to make the most of the area I had. I once had trouble with my lock and Ryan came out in the rain to help me. (I felt bad, him getting wet.) My recent interaction was also with Ryan and I cant thank him enough for his understanding and help.

Maybe I visited on a bad night but the storage area was sketchy. About half of the lighting in the lot were out. The place had a generally run-down feel plus the automatic gate was just open to all who wanted to enter.

Ryan was through, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very helpful when renting my storage unit. Storage units are great!

Brittany truly puts the customer first. She stepped in on her day off to get me set up, and then helped me unfreeze my lock when it was time to clear out my unit. Would absolutely use again.

I inquired by their 1-800 phone number on a Sunday. Within 5 minutes of hanging up from the call center Diane called me to ask if I had any additional questions & if she could help in any other way. She let me know that she was having to jump between two locations, as people had called out, and wanted to ensure she would be there upon my arrival. I arrived in a panic, as I had so much to do that day. Diane was so calm & kind, especially knowing she was split between covering two locations! She even let me borrow one of her locks! She was great & explained the billing, hours, how to enter, ect. patiently. I appreciated her help so much! Thanks, Diane!

It’s unbelievably easy and simple to sign up for a space. We walked in 10min prior to closing but Brittany happily explained the terms to us, showed us the spaces, and gave us special rate of May. It’s my first time renting a storage space but it was all quick and straight-forward thanks to Brittany. You make this a 5-star facility, thanks Brittany!!

Nice storage facility. Clean with nice staff. My only suggestion is to be prepared your first trip, i.e. online research. For example, they charge $20 a lock, but you can use your own, but you have to physically have it with you before theyll rent to you. All in all, nice facility with ample storage

Brittany was super nice. And its conveniently located near my apartments so I never have to travel far. However, there were a few surprises when it came to the price. Online told me my total amount was one price, but once there,i had to pay a required insurance fee and if you didnt bring your lock with you, you couldnt leave and go purchase one. You had to buy theirs which was ridiculously expensive.

I have been very pleased with the storage unit on Breckenridge Lane. I have been using it for about a year now. Tara is WONDERFUL. She is always helpful--both in answering my questions, reminding me when my rent is due, and taking care of anything else that comes up. The units are very clean and I feel safe when I am there even in the evenings. If I even see a bug anywhere on the property, Tara takes care of it immediately! The property is well lit and secure. I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

This place is the first place I thought of to go when I needed storage. I had a friend who had used this place and he said he had a good experience. I have had a great experience so far. First off, the location is great. Second, the security is comforting and the spaces are clean and efficient. And then to top it off the manager is really nice and helpful.
