Montez and his team were great. Got the truck loaded up quickly and unloaded quickly the very next day for a very efficient out of state move, done and done in 24 hours. That’s the fastest move I’ve ever been a part of.

Sean and Greg were very personable over the phone and immediately made us feel comfortable! When it came to moving day, Dvon and Jared were quick and efficient! They were really easy going and even got the job done early! It took a huge weight off of our shoulders (literally haha), we’re very grateful! Next time we move we will definitely be using All My Sons!

We had the most amazing crew!!! We called them the ‘A’ team!! These guys took exceptional care of our furniture, were super efficient, incredibly hard workers and genuinely nice guys! Totally eliminated any concerns I had about our move. From the initial estimate to the last box off the truck All my Sons exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much to Toby, Leo, Terry and Kyle !!! The employees that moved us were great! Fast and efficient. The company itself... Trash! I literally moved 1 mile from my previous home. The workers called the company to get the transportation fee taken off my bill which was 200$ and they hung up on them and wouldnt answer the phone again. They had so many hidden fees, and their advertisement labor cost was more than the advertised price. They sent the workers without tools on my time. They then had to call management and management had to bring them a tool box. Which was still on my time. I will NEVER use them again nor would I EVER recommend them to anyone.

First off, I was told I would get a call a day or 2 before the move. NO CALL. I called them, he said I was the 2nd move and would be there sometime between 11-3. They dont call that theyre on their way until 4PM. Barry and Terry did a great job and knew what they were doing. However, the 3rd guy was not helpful and didnt seem to have much experience, motivation etc. and was missing for most of the time. Had to direct him and repeat myself several times. Clueless.I had only a few furniture pieces: A dresser, 2 night stands, and a coffee table. Other than that, boxes and totes. Moving to a storage unit 1.4 miles away. The guy is ready to accept payment before we get everything unloaded and it was $865!!!!!$179/hourMinimum hour fee of around $200Fuel charge over $100Travel fee: $179 per hourSupplies over $100 and we used my supplies despite a small amount of bubble wrap!This was absurd! I spoke with Paul who was like- oh I need to fix this.Are you kidding me??? I picked a place that was close by and hes telling me that the travel charge is $179 and the fuel charge is a standard 14% of the cost no matter what....UM ARE YOU MAKING THESE CHARGES UP?!I couldve just paid this and got seriously screwed, which no doubt, happens all the time!My total was still around $565. What a joke. I thought this was a local company but its not! I shouldve gone with Cardinal Movers like previously. No astronomical charges like this.Go with this company and you can 👄 your 💲 goodbye.

I recently graduated college and was moving from Lexington to Cincinnati. My movers came from Louisville for my move and were extremely responsive. They called me in the morning to tell me when they would be arriving which I thought was extremely professional. My movers were Eric and Terrell and I thought they were great. Terrell is the most efficient and hard working man I have encountered in a very long time. He did not waste any time, was extremely efficient, courteous, kind, and it was obvious what a hard worker he is. I would absolutely recommend him to be your mover no matter where youre moving. I had 2 separate stops during my move (a storage unit and a house) and they still completed my move ahead of schedule. 10/10 & ask for Terrell.

I was quoted $475 for 2 men for 2 hours plus supplies. Three men showed up even though I was told only 2 were needed. The move was complete in 2 hours and there were no supplies used…at the completion of the move..an invoice was electronically sent to the worker for $671 and this was after my $100 deposit. The mover put me on the phone with a man in the office who argued with me that the charge was in fact, accurate. I finally had to threaten to not pay at all unless they resent an invoice for $375 because I had already given them a $100 deposit. I wondered if this was a scam to get me to schedule with them and then just escalate the fee…hoping I would just pay it. I do not recommend using this company.

Kent Blackburn and crew were beyond amazing! The team worked so quickly and carefully treating our move as if it were their own. They communicated the whole time and were quick and thorough. Moving is a stressful experience and Kent and his team alleviated all of that stress by going above and beyond. The team were absolute gentleman to my wife and 2 year old son, taking great care when moving into our brand new house. Thank you very much Kent and team for all that you did for us!

The whole experience was great. We had multiple locations that we needed to pick up items for our move and they were able to make all those stops for us. Geryn Lee and his team were super helpful and kind! They asked were we wanted certain items to be placed and took a lot of the stress out of moving day. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

James and Cameron were both very professional. They phoned us to confirm arrival time, wrapped items for protection, and carefully loaded them. All of this was performed in an efficient manner. The unload was simple because we are storing everything until our home is ready but they were careful to optimize the space in the storage unit. We will definitely be using them again.

Move went smoothly. Movers were great, easy to communicate with. We got several estimates and All My Sons was by far the best price. Five Stars!!!

The guys came on time and did a great job of wrapping everything carefully and packing it neatly! They also took everything to the specified rooms in the new place and asked if we needed anything put together. It took much longer than we had expected, but mostly because they took their time and were careful with our stuff, so I couldnt be upset about the extra time thus higher than quoted price. But saying that, it still was cheaper than what the two other companies we had called quoted us. I also feel like if they are working through lunch they should have a built in break that is not charged to the customer but allows them to rest and eat, it is not fair for them to work 6 or 7 hours straight.

I’m not the one to go Karen on someone, but this time it’s deserved. All My Sons Moving & Storage was booked to move us yesterday, but called an hour before the move and canceled saying “no one showed up to work”. Which had us scrambling to find a sleeping situation with our 4 month old daughter. After multiple car trips to and from the unit all day we were able to get a mattress on the floor so we could sleep. Because they cancelled we all had to sleep on the floor and still don’t have our stuff in our house. The managers said “sorry there’s nothing we can do”, which is a GREAT way to treat people after you leave them and their 4 month old without a bed. So avoid them like the plague

Do not schedule anything with these movers. We were scheduled to move today, our move would only have taken about an hour at most with moving solely items too heavy to lift as well as only moving into a home about 5 minutes away. we were told the movers would arrive today between 11 and 3 and when we called at 2:45 they said they had to continue with their previous job that would last until 7:30 and that we would have to reschedule. When told we needed to be out of our apartment by tomorrow and asking if we could be put on in the morning of tomorrow we were told that there were other people scheduled for that time and we could not be moved even though we were scheduled for today? Please tell me how taking a longer job the day we are supposed to move creates an even bigger inconvenience for the buyers. My husband handled everything very well but I, 6 months pregnant, was fuming and called them back to give them a piece of my mind. When doing so Justin decided he couldn’t handle a few cuss words when he and his men created a huge inconvenience and hung up on me. This is not delivering a coffee table this is our life and now we must figure out something when this was planned for weeks. This is disgusting and unprofessional to the fullest. I am so disappointed and infuriated. You all are terrible at customer service. Figure it the hell out.

Moved across town, in with a relative on 5/17/2021 after a first stop to my storage unit. Aaron Mitchell and two teammates were great with whom to work. They worked very hard to make the move easy and least stressful for me. Very kind, courteous and hardworking. Communications were great. Office staff has been very responsive. Expensive however service was excellent.

The two men who moved me (Justin Perkins and Dennis) were very professional, thorough and did an awesome job). They are truly an asset to this company.

Do you want a moving service that will ruin your day? A company that is not reliable? Or maybe a business who tries to scam you? Well, go no further!My husband hired this company to help us move out of our apartment since I am 7 months pregnant. We had problems from the start, but for some reason did not switch companies. I guess that is on us at this point. However, what is not on us is the fact that they cancelled 3 HOURS before they were supposed to show up! Now we have to scramble around and hope we can find a uhaul at the last minute.Not only that, but they tried to sneak in a charge for an extra 2 hours of service without mentioning it. Shady. They sent us the pricing for their services and had different prices all throughout the email for the same service. Unprofessional and suspicious? And they were supposed to call us to let us know the timeframe for their arrival and never did. The only reason we found out that they were cancelling was because I called for clarification today (for about the 3rd time I might add).Long story short. Avoid this moving company and save yourself the stress.

We used All My Sons to move my father-in-law out of state. Kamron Daugherty and his cousin moved his belongings. They were both professional and very respectful of his belongings. They were exactly on time and efficient. When we were late arriving at the new house, there was luckily a spare key so they could get in the house. They unloaded everything and even placed his furniture perfectly. They were finished by the time we arrived. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with movers.

The movers were extremely helpful, and worked quickly even in the incredible heat. special thanks to Abbas, Jared, and Cameron. They were flexible with a rapidly changing situation, and were able to keep all belongings securely and undamaged in transit.

We had a local move with all my sons and ran into some issues, but the customer service was great overall. Caleb and his crew did a great job moving us and they even gave us an extra guy! Greg helped us out a ton and resolved any issues we had! Thanks for helping us move!

They worked together to get all my furniture into the truck in a safe manner.The driver offered some great suggestions on the items i wanted to pack and transport myself. Dont get it wrong that 5 stars was just for your movers Brandon Gage and Kollin.Im sure I was quoted my 6 hr move by someone who doesnt work at the Louisville location but when I was quoted $1242 at $179 an hour that somehow jumped to $2044. When they get to your drop off location the driver is instructed to have you sign a digital amount that is not itemized and they will not unload till you sign. Saw the $2044 and figured it was just an estimated amount. Finally get the the actual bill and the hourly amount was really $193. Then they are instructed to wrap shrink wrap around any furniture whether it has doors, drawers or not, didnt tell me they were using it(I had plenty of tape and shrink wrap of my own) and then get hit with $82 material fee. Then I see where they really try and stick ya and some how a 14% fuel charge turns into more than double. My fuel charge even for the extra hour they tack on for move time should have only been $186 and they had it at $423. I called the office the next day told them I get the $82 for the packing material I didnt need but told them their amount per hour was wrong, they only worked 6 hrs and they charge me for 7 plus the hr drive time and told them their fuel charges were almost 30%. I was refunded $450 two days later but that amount is still incorrect as I should have only been charged $1529 and gotten a refund of $514. Either way Im surprised I got $450 back in time that my credit card company wouldnt charge me the wrong amount when my statement came out.Your movers were awesome but your sneaky charges will only lead to bad reviews and loss of business.

Amazing would be an understatement, they were able to squeeze my move into their schedule with ease and the crew that came out were wonderful! MOVERS THEMSELVES WERE GREAT! Management AWFUL. MY TOTAL right under 1000 dollars. They did not move any furniture. Moved couch fridge out side. Move time 820 am to 11 15 am. 199 per hour. My TOTAL right under 1000 dollars. Distance between he 7 miles! Started in prp from there office. They will kill you in gas charges. Mostly find a small company who CARES even if you pay the same price or more. The script they read from when you call makes things sound alot better then what it is. No big team or wrapping of things 2 young women and young man showed up .. . As my team ti make paying by the hour worth it. My husband felt so bad he helped the entire time

Cole Timberlake, Brice, and Jonathon were a superb moving team. They were prompt and extremely efficient, very considerate, courteous, and personable. They kept me up to date with the progress of our move throughout the process, were very careful with all of our furniture and belongings, and answered any and all questions we had. Five star service and I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.

2 out 0f 3 of the movers were fantastic and did their job DL who appeared to be in charge was very unmotivated and caused them to do sloppy work telling them they didnt have to do this or that. They broke 3 pieces of furniture and left stuff we had to move later. Every time you ask them about something DL says we dont do that. Communication between guy who set up job and what the actual workers would actually do was not the same at all. VERY EXPENSIVE and not at all a good experience.

Terrance, Janes, and Trey were absolutely wonderful!! They arrived on time and worked very quickly, which is especially important when being charged hourly. All of our belongings were carefully moved and loaded. Because we have wood floors, I was especially concerned about scratches. After they completed the job, not one scratch on the flooring or on our furniture was noted!I’d seen some bad reviews online for this company, but they were the only local business that had an opening. After proceeding and giving them a chance, I’m so happy I did!!My husband is a Fire Captain and they gave us $50 off the move because of that. The total end price was actually less than I had budgeted, so very pleased by that!!These men made our move so much easier! I highly recommend using this company, and I’m usually not one to highly praise! I hope All My Sons take care of these employees for doing excellent service. Very well deserved!!

I would like to give big thanks to all my sons!!!! This was really stressful move for me and my family. At first I was quoted 6 hours and the movers Kent, Gage, and Kollin were amazing, on time, fast, safe, professional, polite, proficient, etc... you name it!!! they got it all done in 4 hours best movers I’ve ever had thanks for all the help!! I will definitely refer and use this company again and thank you all my sons!!!!

Terry was great. Moved all of my things in a nice timely manner. Treated my things with care like they were his own. 10/10. Will definitely be referring to all of my friends and family.

Overpriced all local competition by $80 per hour. Charge a 14% maintenance and fuel charge when all other local companies either charge a flat fee or x number of cents per mile. When asked directly on the phone about filing claims for damaged goods it was not disclosed that the company wont reimburse anything above $100 (at a rate of $0.60 on the dollar) which is also out of sync with what is offered by any other company. Basically, if the company breaks anything of value they wont replace it. Employees who were present for the move (3 people) took longer to move us a mile and a half away than two people did from another company we used previously and this time we were moving less stuff. We ended up having to cap the time and move the rest ourselves. $1300 for a half done job. They did not put down mats or anything of the sort to protect our items and our floors. Other companies do. All in all this company is a racket not a service and as a military family who has moved 15 times and utilized many moving companies I can say most assuredly that this one is not in line with the national standard and is more interested in picking your pocket than helping you move.

All My Sons Moving left my senior mother with Alzheimers high and dry.They were scheduled to move our mother out of her home and into a care facility, but instead they canceled with little notice.We made an appointment and paid a deposit on 5/24. Then, on the morning before the move, we received two conflicting emails from them: one confirming, and one canceling.We never received a call or voicemail.In fact, we had to call them to discovered that they canceled our move. Rather than finding a solution, they offered a refund of the deposit, which has not been received 24 hours later.Customer service was incredibly poor and unsympathetic whatsoever. The offer to refund a $100 deposit does not rectify the stress and anxiety that this company placed on our ailing mother.Clearly this is a reputable company, but our experience was unacceptable. We are incredibly disappointed.

All the poor reviews ARE correct. This company overcharging is an understatement!!!! Please do not use them. All our stuff was in one room with the exception of one exercise machine in the basement. They promised us 3 workers, but was given 2 young workers that to me just didn’t have the strength. The company is very deceiving! Do not use them! I paid over $1600 just to move one living room of 47 boxes, 2 dressers, one bed, and an exercise machine. Is the price reasonable???? I should have read these reviews!!! Please DO NOT use them!!! Unless you have $1600 to spare so that they can break the things in the box and scratches, marks, and have the woods come apart on the furniture!

*Update* went back to my condo today to clean and found all the damage they did to the walls and doors* The days leading up to the move I had a really hard time getting ahold of anyone to confirm the move. Finally had to call their corporate office. The movers showed up without tools so first they borrow mine then someone else showed up to bring them what they needed. Wonder what that cost me time wise. Now that I’ve had a chance to look at all my furniture I’ve noticed several things are scratched up including both my dressers which were in great condition before the move. They wrap all your furniture but somehow managed to scratch things up anyway. The guys were friendly but one of them didn’t really do much but walk around aimlessly while the others worked. They’re really expensive so you’d think the service would be seamless, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

This isn’t my first time using All My Sons. Cole and Michael were AWESOME. Very professional and efficient! Cole was very humorous as well, nice to have a good laugh, instead of that awkward silence while they are working. For the most part, I was very satisfied, except for the ridiculous amount they charge for fuel. It was a 15 minute drive to the final destination.

The crew at all my sons are so sweet and get the job done with no issues. I would like to give and extra shoutout to Terry and Kevin they really made the experience enjoyable!

We moved my father from Kentucky to Indiana and Kamron Daugherty and his cousin (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) from All My Sons helped us. They showed up on time as promised. They were extremely efficient and professional. They treated my father’s belongings with respect. We were stuck in traffic behind them so they arrived at the house before we did. Luckily we had a spare key hidden, so with our permission, they accessed the house and unloaded the truck. They were finished by the time we arrived. They placed the furniture perfectly and put all the boxes exactly where we asked. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Good afternoon,I am here just to state the quickest and most phenomenal service I ever seen. I just got a divorce and planned to have movers come the next day, but some how my EX husband got Zuriegh. This man took all the furniture and valuables from the home. I have to give it to Zuriegh, he is the man. I might hit him up now that I am free.

Kent Blackburn and the two other gentlemen that assisted him were very professional and courteous. The upright piano was very very heavy and awkward and they were able to get it out and to the next location easily. This is the second time this company has moved my piano and I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are moving.

This has to top the worst experience in my life in dealing with any service let alone a moving service. It also has to be the biggest scam since people typically dont move. Im sure I cant be the only one that received unprofessional, untrained, and rude administrative service from All My Sons Moving and Storage. This is why Im providing this notice to warn future potential customers . I had an 8am move scheduled when the movers ended up showing at 3 pm. However when I called there office at 8:15 am. I spoke with the manager Justin he provided several excuses way there workers wasnt going to be there until 12 noon. Then he stated and began to speak very harsh and rude with me and said he tried calling and I need to check my call log. Which its 2021 and I did that before I called him. Mind you I was up at 6am and explained I didnt receive a call. Then he told me I was lying and to check my call log again. I then screenshot it and asked if he wanted me to send it to him. He replied no and just forget about it! When the movers finally arrived at 3 pm they mentioned never having me on the schedule. The movers were helpful in sharing how the system is a scam while they just finished a job and was asked to pick up this quick stop. I had a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath schedule to be moved. Not a small job at all. Secondly none of them had any experience over 6 months. I scheduled 3 movers and only received 2. Which one was fired over the phone while the workers where waiting on the third to arrive. This meant they wasnt properly trained and handled my furniture very rough. I tried calling the manager Justin again and ended up speaking with a different manager then earlier and know help or support was provided. Justin was very rude and unwilling to provide proper assistance. I can provide several other examples of poor service and unprofessionalism. Poor communication among many others bad service they provided but I would rather just warn you of this moving company because they definitely over price and under deliver on service. BTW: they will quote you as lesser price then most moving companies but your move will end up costing you double of what youre scheduled! I guess the old saying is true. Paying Less isnt Always Best!There System Is A Scam!

I’ve utilized moving crews for eight other moves, spanning coast to coast. In my experience this is one of the best moving companies in the country. Aaron and his crew were fast and efficient, even with the large and heavy items. Moving can be stressful, but they made it easy.

Zuriegh is a phenomenal worker and I am thankful I had the opportunity to get him for my move! Everything was looking dim I had called so many other places and I had actually called this company before and some worker named “terry” said he couldn’t do it. When I called the second time zuriegh told me he would personally come and help get my fridge and my washer/dryer to my new apartment ASAP. He truly made me feel like I was apart of the family and showed great concern with my move. I highly recommend asking for zuriegh when you call this company. I know for a fact I will be next time I need to move!

Colby Chance and his other two guys were fantastic! I wish they were family so I could get them over whenever I needed a bit of help! They were good honest boys and very professional with us and each other. They saw my brothers navy uniform on the wall and heart fully thanked us for our service. They wore their masks and worked diligently. I recommend them highly! You are in good hands with them!

Zurich, Demarcus & Alex were very fast, professional and very polite. They came in and got everything moved with no issues within a couple hours. Definitely would recommend them.

I have never written a review about a company before but had to to warren people about this company. After reading reviews I see many people have had the same problem. Unfortunately I didnt read them before hiring. I called and was quoted 99.00 dollars an hour and I would get 2 movers plus a one and half hour charge for their drive. I had a pretty easy move so I was figuring around 600 dollars at most. Well when they get my stuff to the new place it was 1,200.00. What they do not tell you when the quote you is there is a 14 percent fuel charge on top of all that. Plus they sent 3 guys now i only asked for 2 but I have had that happen before in the past so I didnt think nothing of it. Well that put the hourly charge to 150 an hour, which i was not told about until the end. And what are you going to do but pay because they have all your stuff on the truck. Which I thought was weird to have to pay before they unloaded because I have never had to do that at any other of the companies I used, but now I know why. I tried to talk to the manager Justin and he was very short and rude. I told him i was not told of all the extra charges and he basically said there was nothing he could do about. The movers themselves were nice but the company is just out to screw you obviously if they have done this to many others. I have never been so mad with a company but you know what they say word of mouth goes along way and I plan on using my mouth to let everyone i know to stay away from this company. They are crooks out to take advantage of of hard working people. It is rough times right now and to do that to people is horrible. Now that I have seen they have done this to many people I am going to also report them to the better business bureau. Its just not right.

Aaron Spaulding was absolutely great! He was respectful, on time, went above and beyond and provided a professional great experience! I moved out of state and the move itself was very stressful but he made it extremely easy by taking care of everything! I would definitely recommend him as a mover and the company itself!

James and his team showed up on time and worked their butts off. Got it done in the time quoted. We didnt have to lift a finger to move anything, which is exactly what we wanted, and it was great! Highly recommend!

Terrence was a great team leader who made the process easy for my to understand and kept the rest of the moving team on task and motivated. My move was a simple one, but the team took lots of care to properly pack and stack my items. Everything arrived in a good state. They had great attitudes when it came to hauling items up and down multiple sets of stairs and maneuvering into a much older home with narrow spaces. Very pleased with my experience.
