Its obvious that they wake up every day with intention to exceed customer expectations and honor the family name that is the company. This is the second time I’ve used this company for moving. The first time, the movers found a tiny ring that had been lost for months. They could have easily pocketed it, because I had given up on finding it. But they turned the ring over - they were so honest! So when it came time to move my daughter, I did not even consider another company. Lance,Logan, and Cole did an amazing job. They were careful and thorough and came in below the estimate. This is an awesome company and I highly recommend them!

I really didn’t feel like driving the truck or dealing with the extra headache of being responsible for said truck. I was referred to Neutz by my cousin, and she had high praises for them as well. Jami was an absolute gem to work with as well when scheduling/coordinating.I will absolutely be using them again for future moves and recommend them to anyone needing movers. This was (by far) the easiest, most stress-free moving experience that I have had to date!

These guys are good! Ryan and Eric did such a nice job. They did a number of things. Swapped out some furniture in the house, and unloaded two moving cubes and loaded their truck then delivered and unloaded everything to my storage unit. They were troopers. On a hot day. Good workers and just nice guys! How refreshing!!! Cost was a good value and they were very good to deal with setting everything up. I talked to 3 other movers. You will like Neutz the best. Just start there and save yourself some time.

Well I’m sorry I was going to give a better review however sadly I cannot. They were on time ✔️ Polite ✔️ And quick ✔️The sad part was I really needed them to get a few more larger items that I had mentioned in the beginning but after my couch and loveseat did them in I wasn’t going to bother with it. Then I go to unpack my fragile box with my good glasses in them that I had wrapped up and a few were broken into pieces because the one mover had dropped that box. Ugh okay if you are movers then please have more man power with you and don’t be so fast that you break personal items. I also had the one mover holler at me to get my attention while I was trying to take a phone call. They needed my assistance?? I’m sorry if movers are hired then I shouldn’t have to assist but at the end of the day it is what it is and I thanked them.

We used Neutz twice, once to move into a storage unit and the other to move into our new house. The crews were very fast and professional. Our stuff went into the storage unit on 2 trucks but our second crew Dion, Zack, Ryan N and Cardale actually fit everything into one truck saving us some money.

Within only 24 hours of when I called, Edward Neutz Sons and Daughters Moving scheduled a quick move of several heavy items of furniture to assist me in selling my current home. Jamie Neutz was awesome for scheduling the move so quickly and the crew, Anthony and Danny, were careful, courteous and efficient ... not to mention strong as they wrestled a 300 lb fire safe filing cabinet down a flight of stairs. Dan, Alex, Will and Allen did a fantastic job moving us in. They had to pack up our house and two storage units, then make a 40 minute drive. They did it in five hours which was about 30 minutes under the estimate. They all hustled but were careful with everything. All the guys were friendly and professional. I used Neutz Moving for my recent move from central Kentucky to Louisville and cannot say enough wonderful things. This particular move was a bit unexpected, but when I called, Jaime was great in getting me on the schedule as well as helping me to try to plan my moving needs. On moving day, the crew (Alex, Erick, and Macrae) were fantastic!! They called to let me know that they were en route, then got to work loading my items. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Unfortunately, I had more items than I thought, but the crew worked diligently to fit my items on the truck even though I had too much. From the first phone call to the end of the move, this company was on top of it! Erin went through an inventory of what I had on the phone in order to give me an estimate. Alex and Brandon arrived ON TIME and wasted no time getting to work. They hustled the entire time. They were patient when I was trying to decide where some last minute things would go and never once showed any signs of frustration when I asked them to move the sofa and coffee table - three times. I was a furniture mover for 11 years. So i know good movers when I see them. Phil, Micheal S., and Tyler are very well trained. They were quick, careful and professional. They packed the truck very carefully and efficiently. It then had to be moved into my storage facility. They did a great job making sure everything fit it the space I had rented.The moving truck broke down as soon as it got on the highway. Someone from their company called to tell me what was going on and apologized. The kept me updated about every 45 minutes. They ended up off loading onto another moving truck and the delay was kept to a minimum.They did all this in the rain and kept my furnishings dry. I highly recommend this crew to anybody wanting to move! I was extremely happy and satisfied with their company from start to finish. The got to my house when promised and came in under the estimated time (when deducting the time for the truck breakdown). And of course, they did not charge me for the time that the truck was broke down.

Mike and Cordell were excellent movers. They were very polite, helpful and hardworking, turning a stressful day into a positive experience. I split the move into two days and will absolutely request them again. They handled antique furniture with care and were very nice and accommodating when we asked them to move pieces around. I have had 3 good moving experiences with Neutz and will continue to use them.

Very disappointed. Called this company before our move, and talked to a male owner who was superb. I explained I was getting three estimates, and he helped me understand the quality of the company and the experience. So I spent time with him, then time with their employee yesterday only to find out that the move, unlike any other mover in the city, was going to charge us long distance for 16 miles across the border. WHAT? Wasted all my time. When youre moving time is valuable, explain that up front before so youre not wasting customer time.

Arrived later than originally scheduled (11:30 vs 10:30) but didnt affect their performance.The loading crew consisted of Ryan G., Matt G., Tyler M., and Mike., (and one other person) and they all did a great job as well.The packing crew, headed by Lizzy did a great job as well. Very thorough, efficient and organized.As a whole, I was very impressed with the service I received from Neutz-from the competitive pricing, to communication/follow ups, storage and actual move. Well, many months later, and were either still finding out something is missing or broken.I dont know where to start with this review. We had used the moving company that Neutz apparently took over, so we thought wed be as pleased with them as we were with the previous company.They are very friendly and seem to be very responsible, when you *first* meet them and start signing contracts.Its after the work begins that you better not take your eyes off of them:They will start moving things you told them not to move yet, but you will still have to pay for the time they spent doing something you told them not to do. That starts adding up pretty fast.They will break things. I made a list, and there are more than 25 items, which, in total added up to more than $5,000. Wow. $5 k in damage to very nice furniture, shelves, tables, handcrafted items -- and then they charge you for that much, for the moving expenses.They hurriedly put everything in the new house, not necessarily asking where to put it, so in most cases, they just put it all in the storage area in the basement. It took days to move all the things back off the shelves and put them where they actually belonged. And yes, we had to *pay* for all those hours of work they did, when they werent following directions (again) and wasting time!Even after all the months its been since our move, we continue to discover something is missing.They said that theyd report the items they had broken on moving day, after they returned to the office. I am quite positive that their boss never heard anything about items that were completely destroyed. They probably never even got written down completely.And then there was the trying to *hide* mistakes. If youre putting something together for someone and are not sure how to assemble it, dont just guess, and then break it. *But wait -- I bet no one will notice, if I just hide the broken parts by the wall, in the corner of the basement. These homeowners will never notice all the damage, until were long gone, once the move is over.*. Yes, they actually collected what they had broken and stashed it in area where they probably assumed no one would notice. Well sorry, guys -- were a lot more intelligent and observant than you think.I always pull for the local businesses and try to hire them, if possible. Unfortunately, in this case, I simply cannot recommend this moving company to anyone. Sorry, Mr./Ms. Neutz. I hope you take much greater responsibility in the future. Moves are expensive, as are broken/lost items. Most of us cannot afford those thousands of dollars to replace it all.

Wow! This company exceeded my expectations! I called around to several moving companies and Neutz Moving Co. beat the price of everyone -- significantly!! Still, I was a bit leery. With such an affordable price, surely I would get what I paid for and service would be lacking. Totally NOT the case. Billy and Dion showed up right on schedule. They came in, surveyed the items to be moved and then quickly got to work. I was impressed with their professionalism and the care they took with our home. They bubblewrapped a few pieces to prevent scratching and actually moved a few more totes that were not on my original estimate. They were positive throughout and actually finished ahead of schedule. Billy & Dion did a GREAT JOB (and saved us quite a bit of manual labor in the process). I highly recommend this duo and the company as a whole. In fact, Ive already bragged so much to friends and suggested they look you up when theyre ready to move!

Wow! This company exceeded my expectations! I called on a morning needing a light move for later that afternoon. I didnt think it would be possible, but Erin put together a two man team in 20 minutes scheduled for a few hours later. My movers, Brandon and Paul, were fantastic. My move wasnt so light after all, and they even helped me pack up stuff that I was going to do at a later time so it could all be done in one trip. They had already worked multiple jobs that day, and I cant imagine how tired they must have been. But their professionalism and positive personalities didnt show any signs of fatigue. I would have been super crabby if I showed up for a small move and ended up having to pack a girls closet and other unexpected items, but they were polite and hard working. Super helpful people. They saved me a lot of hard work. Great company. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Jamie did a great job packing the fine china and stemware. Our move took two trucks and a full day, but it was the most positive move experience I have ever had. Great job!!!

It’s a huge advantage having one POC to work with throughout the stressful process of moving!

Had to move my aunt from 1 housing apt to another the crew Jamie,Alex,Stephan picked up her stuff right on time Thur stored it for the night and brought to us on Fri right on time. Very pleasant and helpful made it very convenient for my cousin and I. Definitely recommend to others

The crew we had was amazing. They were clean cut, respectful, and FAST. All were friendly to my two kids who were more involved than was helpful at times and there was no conversation or language that I wouldnt have used in front of my children. All-in-all, a really stand up group of guys.The pricing was straight-forward and fair, and I feel like it was a good value. Would strongly recommend!

I was referred by a relative who used this company for two of her moves. This was my first time using movers. I was very impressed by this company. The person over the phone was very nice and professional. My movers, Paul and Mike, were prompt, courteous, careful with my things, and they were fun. I hope not to have to move anytime soon, but when I do, I will call them again. I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends.

Moving is the worst, which is why we never plan on moving again. But if we have to, well definitely hire Neutz again because they made the whole process much less stressful and intrusive into our lives. They packed us up and moved us in only two days - no living with boxes and packing tape for weeks before the move. Kreg, Jaimie, Paul, Dion, and Justin were professional, polite, careful, and hardworking. I especially appreciated that they communicated well, but they werent helpless and didnt need constant babysitting. Couldnt have had a better experience. I hope you dont have to move, but if you do, hire Neutz Sons and Daughters to do it for you.

On the day of my move, I had cash stolen from a money jar sitting on the kitchen counter and MY SONs PIGGY BANK was EMPTIED as well!! I have tried contacting this company and, of course, not one person has returned my call. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. Not only did one of movers STEAL MONEY, they broke and damaged items and hid it!UPDATE - I was contacted by the owner of the company after this review was posted. (Google reviews seem to catch the attention more than a BBB complaint and a phone call to the company directly.) I explained to him that, not only was I stolen from, my CHILD was as well. He offered to replace the money that was taken from both my money jar and my sons piggy bank (I did receive a check in the amount taken). He also assured me the individual responsible for this was terminated. (I hope so because to steal from a child is just low moral character. I truly hope karma finds this individual.) Replacing the money and firing this person responsible does not change the fact it happened in the first place, therefore I am not changing my one star rating of this company. The company may not be responsible for the actions of an individual, but they are responsible for holding their employees to a higher standard and the consumers trust.

Tyler and Anthony did a fantastic job on my move. They were quick and efficient and took care of my furniture. They beat the estimated time on the move and saved not only money, but part of my day. Highly recommend Neutz Moving.

Moving is stressful. Edward Neutz Moving made it less so. Their prices are reasonable. The movers were punctual and actually finished moving us early. Everyone was respectful and helpful. I would definitely refer this moving company to anyone needing a mover.

Because of this company I had an amazing, stress-free move from Louisville to Nashville. Both teams of movers were efficient, prompt, professional, and very enjoyable to spend several hours with on move in day. In addition they took great care of our stuff. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

We used this company to move our family of 4 this weekend. I cant say enough good things! When calling to schedule with them, they were kind and professional. The day of the move, they were on time. We had 3 movers, Phillip, Matthew and Dastin. All three young men were friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was moved without damage and to the correct space. They were motivated and energetic (a refreshing change from the moving company we use before - late, slow, and creepy)- not all companies are good so dont risk your move- use Neutz! :) highly recommend!
