Came in for a factory recall repair and oil change. Abram and actually all of the service staff were courteous and responsive. The work was performed in a timely manner and I was not bullied into anything which is a wonderful thing. Highly recommend this place!

I have had issues with the service department in the past...not returning phone calls same day so I had to take my car elsewhere for a couple of past service needs. Is Abram new? If so he is a keeper. He was excellent. Very professional. Called me back promptly and when he said he would. Explained my problem. Worked with me on the price. Gave me a loaner which really helped me out. Also didnt have to ask for a cover over my seat it was done without asking. This time service was a very positive experience.

We drove from Wisconsin to lease a Nissan Rogue from Ricardo at Liberty Nissan, and it was the most transparent and efficient experience we have ever had with vehicle purchasing. We were given a quote over the phone and two hours later we were in the dealership and there were no additional fees or surprises in the numbers discussed. Mo the manager was upfront and honest with the entire experience, and Ricardo was extremely respectful and professional with us; the entire experience from pulling into the dealership to leaving with our new Rogue took only 90 minutes! We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle!!

Have to say first that the dealership itself looks absolutely amazing with the remodeling they did. I had been recently struggling to find a good car and car dealership people have a bad re to their names and I dealt with a fair share of them. But then I came here and met Max and Mo. Max, understanding and taking into account my situation, went out his way to find the best plan he could for me. Let me know how financing a car fully works, the difference between buying and leasing, and educated me to find a plan that works best for me rather than trying to just get money out of me. When he found me the best he could it was still a little high for me and I was unsure of what to do I had Mo come and really talk to me to tell me how good the deal was and then also took my situation into account and went out his way as well to see all that he could do for me to make the deal better. I’ve always struggled and stressed about cars and seemed to have horrible luck with them until here and I couldn’t even express in words how much the service here and the car I got now means to me!

I had an amazing experience at Liberty Nissan. First I was greeted by Bill and although I didn’t have an appointment he was able to accommodate an oil change. He mentioned I needed an alignment as well and showed me the proof. He was able to give me a discount on the price and I went for it. When I showed him a coupon on there site he applied it instead no questions asked. Bill answered my questions and was hilarious! As well the dealership is newly remodeled and it’s so welcoming!

Got right in-the work and service were great. One courtesy I would have appreciated for my Nissan Leaf: after the service, charge the battery. The car was returned to at the same level of charge, and could have easily been plugged in during the 2 days I left the car. Thanks!!

I was there about a week ago and everything about my experience was smooth. The staff went above and beyond to help me with the noise my car was making. They took the time to listen to my concern and at no point did I feel rush. Even though we didn’t hear the noise in my car, they were willing to go the extra mile and take a test drive with me. Max is an exceptional sales person. Straight shooter, no gimmicks. A hard worker and very pleasant to work with. Would buy a car from him again and will recommend others to him. To the Liberty Nissan team: stay with this approach. There are dealers in town that will use deceptive advertising to get customers to come through their doors. Don’t do that. Fight to maintain a reputation of being straightforward and honest. That’s what I look for when choosing an establishment to do business with.

Horrible customer service!!!! Please go to a different Nissan car dealership!!!!!I inquired about a car they had online. They checked to see if it was in stock and they told me to ask for Joel when we arrive. They promised me the car is in stock. When we get there, they told us the car was sold couple of weeks ago. We drove 30 min just because they told us that the car was available and when we ge there they tell us it’s not? What kind of customer service is that. Not even an I’m sorry or here, let me offer you another car at a good price for messing up.Just plain horrible customer service and waste of time. Full of false promises. Please shop at other Nissan dealerships, with better communication and customer service.

The staff was amazing and so welcoming. The service provided was finished in a lot less time then expected. My granddaughter loved the playroom. Bathrooms were well stock and spotless. My experience with Liberty Nissan has always been amazing. All of the sales reps are knowledgable and professional. The sales manager, Joel Masik is fantastic and is always willing to go the extra mile to sell a car with the customer budget in mind. He gave me top dollar for my trade-in which sealed the deal. Took an hour for my oil change due to their new procedure of social distancing due to Covid-19. Pull your vehicle inside, put your keys in your cup holder and step to the back of your vehicle. Within a couple of minutes, I was greeted. I waited in the waiting room which has 6 cushioned chairs, coffee if you drink that, vending machines, and tv with access to the remotes. Nicely done.

When I refused to get the battery replaced, my original battery was exchanged with bad battery during service without my permission. After spending over a thousand dollars in bill with over 700$ in labour charges, my car has been in my garage past the service. Not a fair practice. Horrible horrible experience.Update July 12Did not even receive a call back yet. Last time spoke with Matt who was arrogant and rude. Really bad customer service. The service tech was the worst before I even exited the car completely. I made appt online including request to add plate to front of car. He immediately stated we don’t see that. I asked why have a comment section then he said you have to call for parts. My question again why have it then? It’s Corp only.After entering the room where another guy was on the phone I asked for a mgr which he signaled ok then within 2 mins he appears and gave me his card. He did not follow up with me, ask me what he could do, what was wrong. A card handed to me, instructed to put everything there and gone.I was motioned by my tech to go sit by the tv. Then I proceeded to watch the other tech give guided tours to everyone he escorted in, offered coffee showed where the bathroom was and a more quiet space if they needed it. Over and over he was polished courteous and professional. The reason you go to a dealer over neighborhood garage auto shop.My tech sends me a quote with 656,000 miles on the quote. I respond with a request to correct in which he comes in and tells me that the last time I was here with the car they fat fingered it. I have not taken this new z to a dealership. Ever. Didn’t even buy it there. Really, so hard to say let me fix it??I ask if I can tip the person washing the car. Gave him $20 bill stating I know it really needs it. Did he get it? Unfortunately I have my doubts. He responds with anything to make your life easier. Then comes back three times tell me HE made the guy do a better job. Plate installed, oil changed and 200 dollars later, will I go back? Doubtful. Why keep that level of service tech? He has such a great example of what a tech should be sitting 6 feet away from him. Nissan libertyville, time for a training course.

I think this dealership need women to help sale to other women. It feels as a women you get manipulate into things that females probably dont understand about and cant afford. At the end of day, there was manager in sales, helped my mistake and easy my wrong. He made me feel little better at the end to prevent me not to be overdraft in bank accounts.If you are woman, please take a person who has a real knowledge of car dealership.

We just leased a new rogue from liberty. We initially came in to see a 2020 but by the time we got in it had been sold. Quinton convinced us to look at a 2021 and took the time to ask the right questions to find out what we needed and found us everything we wanted in within our budget. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt pressure us. It was a nice experience and a nice change from the terrible experience we recently had at another Nissan dealership. Everyone at liberty was helpful, polite and knowledgeable and well definitely come back in the future.

Rob and Ronny, father and son were wonderful! I arrived at 2:30 PM or a qtr to 3p. I had a dinner engagement, and had to be out of there by 5 PM. They promised to have me out with my brand new 2021 car at 4:55, and they did! They told me the paperwork would take only 5mins to sign and it did. This was the best experience! Rob sold me the car I traded in! They are the best! I will recommend them and Libertyville Nissan to everyone!

After speaking with two sales specialists on two separate calls (I called back with more questions), I started getting transferred straight to voicemail. One sales specialist *disconnected* suddenly. In spite of some of the nickel and dime negotiating that occurs between customers and the management Ricardo provided me with the best car buying experience I have had to date. Horrable experience, spent some time on the phone with Freddy (whom I was told is the finance manager) about my financial situation. Told him we were coming from out of town and wanted to put everything on the table before we made the trip. Got there and asked for Freddy and was told he is just an assistant he has nothing to do with finance. So everything I talked to him about before we came, went out the door. The sales guy Robert asked me all the same questions Freddy did. I knew right then I made a mistake. All they wanted is for me to walk through the door and see if they could get me in any car. I told them what I was needing in a vehicle before we drove there, they had one vehicle that meet my needs. Once I got there I found it was so over my budget if I would of known I would of never drove out. Then I was also told they didnt want my trade in, to just take it back to where I got it and wipe my hands clean. Great advise Robert, so much for helping me out. You guys got me though, acting like you actually cared on the phone. You guys are the stereotypical car salesmen. Looking at other reviews after all this gave me a lesson in doing my research and looking at reviews before the fact. I am not the only person that this has happened too. Looks like they have a little sham put together and use it time after time. Also seen other reviews about this Freddy dude. Is he real, is he fake... No one ever seems to see him. Like the Wizard Of Oz he hides behind a curtain.

If Google had negative stars i would give that to them. i was on a chat with multiple people from the dealership. I requested information a 2020 rogue that was on the website. the person that was on the chat confirmed the car was available even went as far as to give me an emailed quote for the car. i arrived at the dealership and was told that all of the 2020 rogues had been sold. Was also told that the people on the chats inventory is 30 days behind. cant trust them. the car buying process is already stressful dont need to be lied to first thing. I have reached out to talk with anyone in management no one will return my calls. not good business

Visited dealership on 12/11/2020in Short: Do not waste your time at this locationin Details: They advertised around 19k for the New 2020 Rogue. I discussed it over the phone with a dealer. Came to the dealership and had test drive of New 2020 and New 2021 Rogue. After started talking about money, all of the sudden 19k for New 2020 Rogue is more like 22k. Plus, they for sure, tried to low ball my 2007 Lexus RX350 trade in. So, I walked away after wasted 3 hours.On the top of all that, dealership had a promotion of 50$ worth of Amazon card if you do a test drive. They refused to honor that.

My husband and I were looking all over for a car. a woman hit our parked car and totaled it. so we had extra money to put down on a car. went to drive time but they were talking crazy wanting a bigger down payment and higher car payment for an older car with high miles. this was our second time at this dealership. this time we met with Dave Drumke. he is an awesome salesman he went out of his way to get us in an affordable car that not only was newer then the car from drive time it has less miles and more features and a cheaper car payment. we were strapped for cash to pay for insurance so he went out of his way to faithfully trust us and he bought us insurance as well. he is the top salesman at the dealership I would highly recommend going there and asking for him. hes a great guy who is honest and wants to help get in a car that you can afford that suits your needs. we got a 2013 Mazda 3 with manual and automatic.

Like many others who left a review, we had a very negative experience. We were quoted a great price by their internet sales person. But when we made the long drive to come in, we were told that price was a mistake. The price suddenly increased by a few thousand dollars. The sales person admitted that this happens fairly often... its part of the strategy of this dealership to get people in the door. I really wish I had carefully read reviews before trying to work with this dealer...

Worst experience I have ever had. Website advertises a very competitive price for their vehicles. I called and verified the price was accurate and the availability of the a vehicle I was interested in. They assured me that everything was accurate and the car would be waiting for me to test drive when I arrive for my appointment.I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early and was greeted by a sales person. They go to look for the stock number of the car I was interested and they come back after a couple minutes indicating the car is no longer available. I was dumbfounded, my initial call was just 30 minutes before my appointment. They tried to get me to buy another car but I had already lost confidence in their business practice and left as fast I could.Very shady. Do not get tricked by their advertised price. It is a very shady business with a lack of integrity.

Went on a Saturday. The staff was very nice and friendly, no complaints there, but was left waiting just over 1.5 hours for a pre-scheduled oil change. Ended up having to go and directly ask for the closeout paperwork and inspection results myself. Not sure how long it might have been sitting there while I waited, or how much longer I might have been there if I hadnt gone to the counter to ask about it. Also mildy annoyed that engine coolant didnt get topped off after specifically requesting it, but the car was washed as part of the service which was nice.Overall, 2 stars for long turnover time and lack of communication on job status. The quality of the work was good though, and the staff were nice people.

Nothing has taken place. I got a letter from the GM about high trade in value on my Kicks and a couple salesmen demanded that I show up which was welcomed with great deal of resistance on my part. I am in a position of turning my Ford lease in and my Kicks does not have an extended. But after 2 years, I could be to far up side down.

Buyer Beware. If I could rate this dealership a 0, I would. I called three times to reassure a vehicle was on the lot. Set up my appointment and informed them that I would be driving down from an area an hour away.I get to the dealership and first thing they tell me is, “sorry we don’t have the car. The owner’s daughter is driving it.”I asked them to have her bring the vehicle down since it was the last vehicle with the exact trim I wanted. They refused too.Then they tell me I don’t qualify for any of the rebates on the vehicle. They throw this insane offer on a car where they discount a few thousand off the MSRP. (Car was discounted 9-11 thousand online...)They didn’t even have most of the cars on their lot. They were on another lot and they wouldn’t take me to the lot. I didn’t even get to test drive the car. Waste of my time. Save yourself and go to another dealer where the price of the car isn’t based on rebates that no one applies for.

Price for an oil change seemed fair, but the service just wasnt what Im used to.... they tried to sell me an overpriced air filter and cabin filter, no car wash (wish is a common service at other dealerships), and the oil was not full, I had to add oil when I got gas. To be fair, I have not discussed these issues with anyone at Liberty yet; I am sure if I had they would make it right.

He showed us different model options that were within our budget and had them all lined up for us to test drive. Eventually after much discussion, we were able settled on a new 2020 Sentra SR. We wanted the car in white and he assisted in finding a one at another dealership and even had it delivered to this dealership so we could take it home today. He’s a great asset to the Nissan team.

One star is too much for this place. My husband had been shopping for a while when he came across an offer from this dealership. He called and spoke to Joel 3 TIMES to confirm that they could meet this price. Joel said 3 TIMES that they could. My husband was sent an email with the same offer to confirm that they could give him the car he wanted for that specific price. Might I remind you that he got confirmation 3 TIMES FROM JOEL that they would honor that specific price! My husband made sure to get confirmation directly from the dealership because we DID NOT want to waste our time. Well what happens, we drive over an hour to this dealership thinking we were leaving with the car at the exact price Joel promised us right? Well we get there, and Christian (one of the sales guys) tells us Joel isn’t there, and hadn’t been there all day. Crazy right? I mean we did talk to him just a few hours earlier, but ok. So we tell him why we were there, except Christian tells us there’s no way he could give us that car at the specific price Joel told us he could. We go off. Why on Earth Joel told us the car was at the price it was 3 SEPARATE TIMES, and why Christian REFUSED to honor that price is beyond me. So unprofessional, so DISRESPECTFUL!! These people are complete jerks! We had our two babies with us and drove over an hour based on promises made to us only to be turned away without even speaking to this Joel person. I will be calling the manager, and speaking to the manager OF the manager to make sure some action is taken because we are beyond infuriated. DO NOT GO HERE!! You will waste your time. I can’t even express the level of anger we are feeling. Save yourself the grief people.

UPDATE: After leaving this previous review, I decided this needed a follow up. It pains me to leave a review like this but its important to know that if you are buying a pre owned car, the customer service is great only until you are on your way with your purchase.2 weeks after purchasing my car, it wouldnt start. I took it to service and they cleaned corrosion on the battery. My front fog light is now out AND my car stalled at a stop! I havent even had it a month at this point, and I certainly wouldnt have spent the money on a car thats already giving me issues. I have reached out and apparently, I am no longer important because they made their sale. At least thats how I feel. I have a significant reach in the community and it wouldve been nice to establish a good relationship, and send my people there as I was intending. Now, thats out the window, and I certainly wouldnt want anyone I know to feel like I do right now.Ive given them the chance each time to make things right and honestly, Im very surprised at the lack of care and concern for people like myself AFTER the purchase.I get it....its a used car. BUT...it IS a big purchase right?! Its just toooooo ironic all this starts happening starting at 2 weeks. I probably only put 100 miles on it in that time. Super disappointing. I had really intended on doing all of my car buying and service needs there, but unless some miracle happens and they get their heads out of their rears, I cant imagine this will change.So, to wrap things up..... Im beyond mad. Great customer service comes from caring about people, NOT money. I literally want to vomit thinking about this.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went to a ton of dealerships looking for a car. I used to sell them, so Im familiar with the car buying experience....especially as a woman. I didnt care for how most of the dealerships treated me. However, Christian was awesome and made my car buying experience a good one. Will definitely be back there for all my Nissan needs!

Absolutely the best! Bill in the service department and Stuart in the body shop were both awesome and extremely helpful. Everyone at Liberty is always great. I was always informed and knew exactly what was going on and when the work would be done. I can’t wait to see the dealership after the renovations are done!

I have leased cars for many years and have never had such an easy and seamless experience at Liberty Nissan. I don’t have a lot of time to waste hanging around car dealerships trying to get a deal done. I spoke to Moe over the phone told him exactly what I wanted and when I was told no problem, I was a little hesitant. Upon arrival they were waiting for me with the exact deal I wanted on the exact car I wanted. Christian made the process very seamless and easy. The whole process was quick and easy and when I changed my mind about the color midway through the deal that wasn’t a problem. I highly recommend going there. I will for sure be a longtime customer.
